Owner followed up that day asking about my satisfaction with the service kept note of my feedback. He wanted to know about any problems I experienced and said he would follow up. I’m sure he will. This was my first cleaning and I extended the contract to a monthly cleaning. I’m adding on an additional service.

Charged by square footage of house but the basement did not need to be cleaned. Yet, it factored into price. Cleaner showed up with kids in the car and a vacuum that did not work well. He had to come back the next day because several areas were completely skipped and not cleaned. I asked for deep clean, move in. This is not what I got. The second day, I cleaned the kitchen myself. A second cleaner came the second day, which i appreciated. She said she was a contractor and didn't work for the company. The first cleaner never touched base, no checklist or review. Just left. Very disappointing. Not fair pricing. If you want your new company to be successful, this is not it.

Pearly Magik had my home cleaned and sparkling after having guests that trashed my home. I didn't have to go behind them. They knew what clean looked like and did just that.
