Ali and his assistant's professionalism and attention to detail was superb and greatly appreciated. Costly for a small bedroom, but grateful RiNo has the equipment to be able to clean our carpet in our high-rise! I feel lucky to have found someone of such quality to call whenever we need!

I booked you to clean the carpet. You should do your job. I know very well about my house carpet. I am ready to challenge those are not pet stains. I can do lab test and I can prove that you were wrong. My wife clearly explained that are turmeric strains. Its the prayer place, how could will get pet strains. You should do your job. You should not tell wrong things to my tenant. I paid you $340 and you asked my tenant additional $290. You should inform me ahead before charging them. I called you, but not my tenant. you look for opportunity to charge from my tenant. I paid $290 to my tenant as you charged. If you take money like this, I would check other cleaners which can do better job and better price. You are actions breaking owner and tenant relationship. Don't do this to next clients and don't ask extra money and reviews.

Ali was amazing!!!! I forgot to book my carpet cleaners for my 6th floor condo move out and had to try to book with less than a week’s notice. I asked for several quotes on Yelp and was lucky enough to get an answer back from RiNo. I’m so thankful they were able to make it happen. Because of my high-rise condo sitch, they had to use portable equipment but the entire job was done in less than 3 hours, despite Ali having to make multiple trips down to the truck for different attachments and equipment. He even worked around my very curious/grumpy pup. The price was exactly as originally quoted. I recommend them to anyone looking for fast, friendly, efficient service you can trust!!

RiNo Carpet Cleaning did a fabulous job in our new purchase. We didn’t realize the extent of the stains since we didn’t have the history of the house, but it turned out to be excessive. The guys from RiNo came in with UV lights, assessed the extent and went straight to work. They did a wonderful job! I couldn’t believe how new my carpets looked. I had a horrible stain from a facial vitamin C serum that turned my carpet pink and they were able to get it out. It’s barely visible now. I had two other companies come in and try to get it out they were unable to but Rhino was able to do it! Great customer service and extremely friendly.
