Blessed with a lot of family for the holidays but our carpets ended up a mess. Eric did a great job cleaning them; now they look and feel like new!

We were very pleased with our experience with Chem-Dry of Colorado. Our technician (Justin) was very polite and professional. The area rug we had cleaned looks like new and the entire carpet feels like it has had a facelift. We were debating the wisdom of cleaning the carpet again before we replaced it and are very happy that we did. The color is great and the texture seems improved.

Andres cleaned my carpet, and he couldn't have been more friendly and hardworking! Chem-Dry is the only carpet cleaning that I feel can really clean my carpet. It leaves no residue and actually removes stains that I thought were impossible! I have been a devoted fan of Chem-Dry for about 7 years, and I wouldn't use anything else. The service I received from Chem-Dry Colorado was fantastic. When I called to schedule, they got me on the schedule within 2 days, and were so polite and professional. Andres did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet, and made sure I was completely satisfied before he left. Thank you!!!

Jeff and Pauline were professional, punctual and personable. They were respectful of my home and animals. They explained the solvents they were using and educated us on how different Chem Dry is to other companies. My dining room chairs had never been cleaned in over 15 years and I was AMAZED in the way stains came out and how brand new they looked again. I recommend them to come into your home!

We have a puppy, we have kids and therefore a gross carpet. We had previously hired a "professional" cleaning company and it was worthless. So I wasn't real excited to dump a lot of money into cleaning my carpets, but I haven't had time to do it myself.

Justin came over and was very nice and kind. I thought I needed the extra clean, but when Justin looked at our carpet he said we didn't need that kind of service. I really appreciated Justin's honesty and also the fact he saved us money. He was here for about 2 hours and our carpets look brand new. I had given up hope that they would ever look this good again.

Not going to lie, it wasn't cheap, but it WAS worth it. The puppy smell is gone, and my carpet looks like new. Super impressed with the results and would recommend to anyone!

I am extremely happy with my experience at Chem dry! They were very professional, and took their time to clean my large wool rug. It looks brand new! I will definitely go to them in the future!

Karl did a fantastic job (and I am not one easily pleased). Extremely professional, knowledgable, showed up on time, and very efficient. I even saved the receipt so that I can specifically request him next year.

Please beware. This company cleaned my carpet in October of last year. The tech did a thorough job, I have used them prior with satisfaction. I then get a call from the owner stating they did not process my payment correctly 5-6 months later. As they payments are initially sent by non secure email from tech to owner for process. They did not run my information correctly. I even received a paid invoice from the tech. This did not seem appropriate. I called my card with ensure I was charged by them all that time ago. I called back. Moving forward- I receive monthly bills with over due stamped on bill with additional late charges. I then call today to confirm payment and I had to close out all my credit cards as I became wary after my credit card company stated unsecured transactions are number one reason for breach of financials… this cost me money and time. And I called owner to confirm this. He admitted to receiving unsecure transactions and went on a rant about he does not have millions of dollars etc…. I told him what he was doing is illegal. He said what I was doing was illegal in eyes of God…so bizarre… all businesses please watch your charges and dealings.. I hope this is not happening to older folks or unknowing people. He then said f you and hung up on me.

I just called Chem-Dry. Greg answered the phone. I said I'm considering getting upholstery and carpets cleaned, and do they move furniture. They don't move "the big stuff." I started to ask another question, but he abruptly interrupted, and u was not able to finish spraking.I let him speak, and tried asking another question, again he abruptly interrupted me, not allowing me to finish my question. I tried a 3rd time to ask a question, and once again, Greg interrupted me before I could complete my words. He sealed his fate and made the reputation that this company has people who CANNOT allow a potential customer to even finish their questions! Learn to shut up and let someone speak. Who doesn't know the first rule of communication? - It's LISTEN! I hope Greg learned a lesson. I'll never bring you my business and will share with everyone I know, my first experience and how awful it was.

I've known Craig (owner) for 20+ years. He's single-handedly built this business based on the integrity of their brand and all it stands for; exceeding customer service and utilizing the most effective and carpet friendly cleaners. They stand by their word in both their quality of service and results. I encourage you to give him a call - thanks to Craig and his team, I was able to sell a home with white carpet throughout after having 5 dogs - in 3 days. I'm a fan for life....

Not sure how well they clean carpets, but at least one of them drives their van recklessly: Swerving, not using turn signal before turning, and stopping in the middle of the road. Do better. Raleigh Street in Westminster, Colorado, 4/2/2025 at about 10:25am, in case a responsible supervisor is paying attention.

Kraig did a fantastic job on professionally cleaning two wool rugs for me, one was 6’x9’ and the other was 5’x8’. I dropped them off at his shop and he communicated with me during the cleaning process so that he could effectively remove a stain that was on one of them. I highly recommend this small business and hope you’ll support them, too.

I arranged for them to clean part of a sectional. Sent very clear pictures and agreed on a price. The tech showed up, looked at the job, set up his equipment and got to work. 15 minutes later he called me over to tell me it would be an additional 35% to continue the work. I asked him to pack up and won’t be using them again.

I witnessed one of your employees at the Sam’s Club gas station in Arvada, CO, using a racial slur toward another person. That behavior is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and deeply offensive. I truly hope this incident does not reflect your company’s values or standards of conduct.

Our carpet is old and so is our dog. It needed a lot of care and cleaning. Carpet looks and smells clean! Thank you to Jesse for his hard work. Very professional!

Kraig is the best! Resolved a major cat urine stain on my carpet that was not resolved after months of using enzyme cleaners and other OTC products.
