Carl has a terrific job for us for years! When we had a flood, he came and took our area rug to the headquarters where they worked on it and got it back to great. He helped us carry out wet carpet which helped us out enormously. I won't use anyone but Chem Dry.

We have had Chem Dry do our carpet and our furniture for 30 years at least an as always a great job today

Cannot reccomend this company enough. They seriously went out of their way to help us with some tough stains and followed through with us until the end. Kraig is a kind and generous fellow who really showed up for us when we thought we were at a loss, even going out of his way to take multiple trips further than his normal commute to help us out. If there was a 10 star option I would hit it.

Kraig was incredibly thorough and wouldn’t give up until the stain was entirely lifted, which was a miracle!

We couldn’t have done it without him. I recommend this company 100 %. Thank you!!

We recently had Karl of Chem-Dry clean our carpets, and he did an outstanding job! From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and thorough. The carpets look like new again, and he went above and beyond to make sure every spot was taken care of. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole process easy and stress-free. Chem-Dry of Colorado did an incredible job cleaning our upholstered Arhaus sectional! It is an ivory color and had a ton of dirt and wear from daily use of two kids and a large dog. Justin spent hours treating and cleaning the entire couch and all the cushions - and it honestly looks almost brand new again now! I couldn’t believe the transformation and never expected it to turn out so good. Thank you for saving our couch!

All the way around, this family is one of the most knowledgeable and professional business owners I've had the privilege of employing. Their care and courtesy are second to none. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are oriental rug experts and take such pride in their work and my rugs.

I have a number of Oriental area rugs. Over the years, I have tried numerous professionals for cleaning and repairs. Some have been good; some unscrupulous and all very expensive. I called and spoke with Uzair on the phone. He came out that afternoon to assess the "new" rug I purchased at an estate sale. His knowledge and education of rugs was incredible and I felt his pricing was quite fair so he took my purchase with him to clean and repair. Not only did I end up with a gorgeous rug and quality pad that he sold me, but I ended up with a great contact in the future and an appreciation for a true professional in his field. What a find! I'm thankful I have found this business.

The guys at Shine did me proud this year. I’ve been wanting to have professional holiday garlan and lights installed. The team was professional and personable. They helped me decide what was right for the house and made everything easy. The house looked beautiful for the holidays and their takedown was seamless! Can’t wait to use them again next year!

Update:
Poor experience with Shine for 2022. After they did an excellent, and very professional job of hanging Christmas lights in 2021, we were looking forward to the same experience this year. That has not been the case. Many broken promises about arrivals, returns, repairs. Delay after delay, now a month after the lights have been installed, we are still waiting for them to return with the rest of our lights. The work is no where near the exceptional quality we saw last year (we asked Marcus to make it look like they did the year before and he said, "that's impossible"). We are paying for full service and receiving far from that. Disappointed.

We had an excellent experience with Shine. We called to ask questions about Christmas light installation and within a couple days Will was at our home to discuss design/pricing. They were able to begin the install the very next day. The team was professional and hard-working. We had high expectations for the quality, and the job overall. Our expectations were exceeded. The lights are beautiful; perfectly straight, each bulb carefully placed. Great communication and customer service. Top-notch experience overall and highly recommended.

My husband and I hired Shine to install Christmas lights on our house. Our experience has been amazing from start to finish. Will and the Shine team have been responsive, professional and did an amazing job with our lights! Our pup even tore up part of the extension cord and Shine came out the same day to repair. I will use them year after year. Keep up the great work!

We had both our guitars and windows/screens cleaned. Jeff was easy to reach to schedule an estimate and Greg was super attentive, detail oriented and thorough. Greg made a point to show us some issues with some our 25 year old windows which was appreciated! Jeff followed to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. New customer now a future repeat customer! Very pleased!
