I originally bought a Groupon, but
then I spoke to George and he said that ai couldn't use the Groupon for move out clebing- this was not disclose din the groupon. I still set up the service and George wa staking all over the place about pricing, it's also hard to get a word in with him. The day of they will quote you the price. I spoke in English and Asp wish with Jiel- the head of the crew and she quoted me $360 I then was charged $416. I called George and he said he would refund me the $45 dollars...we'll see. Overall the cleaning was ok, not pristine.

The cleaning women showed up an hour late . They clean three bathrooms and half the kitchen in 45 minutes . The cleaning itself was fine but when demanded $85 for 45 minutes of work ,they told me they worked “extra quick”. The price was for three cleaners one which is her son who is the translator. I've tried calling miracle maids , to get a response and figure out why I was charged so much ! The coupon read $62 for three hours. They seem to be blocking my phone call , unprofessional, never use this company again if they continue to run a business this way.

I have been using Miracle Maid’s services for almost a year and have had a great experience. The pricing is fair and I have been very pleased with the cleaners that come. They are very polite and no job is too big. I typically have my house cleaned every two weeks. With animals in the house there is always hair and they seem to get everything nice and tidy.
Occasionally I will have them stay a little longer to do a more thorough cleaning if I have a special occasion or need a deep spring/fall clean and they do a very thorough job. My schedule is always changing and I appreciate the flexibility to accommodate. I look forward to their visits!

I booked this service for 3 hours of house cleaning, and they did 2 hours but charged me for three with things still dirty. They also rescheuled twice, once was an hour before they were supposed to show up. I called to complain and George said they would give me a deal next time for $50 since they messed up. When I called back he said that due to wage increases, he couldn't do $50 as promised and tried arguing as to the reason why. Looking at these other reviews, others have had the same problems with the owner and getting things clean. Would not recommend.

I found this company through Groupon, where they have an active coupon. I was told that they do not except Groupon anymore eventhough they are currently offering a coupon on that site. I felt it was poor customer service that they were not willing to honor that price, or any sort of discount, and that it was highly unprofessional that they have no intention of removing the coupon from groupon.

After discussing the square footage of home, I was told it would take 3 hours to do entire home and would cost $105. When they arrived, I asked them to just do my main floor to insure a thorough cleaning could be done, cutting square footage they would need to clean in half. They said that they were unable to do it in 3 hours and they would need an additional hour, which was a shock after my conversation on the phone with owner. I agreed to an additional hour with total cost being $140. The crew claimed to have gone 7minutes over the agreed upon time, so they said I needed to pay $170 intsead, which does not make sense, nor should i be responsible for paying more than agreed. In the end i paid $65 more than the original price quoted to me for half the amount of work.

Additionally upon first glance the home appears to be cleaned well, however upon closer inspection many of the baseboards are not cleaned (which I specifically requested), the shower/tub was not properly cleaned nor were the doors and handles, the floors under furniture like my bed were not cleaned and the walls throughout the home were not wiped down. I expected a far better job especially for such a small job at this price.

This is my first time using this service to clean a 480 square foot apartment after moving out. The cleaning crew showed up over half and hour late, I'm not sure how much later as I had to leave. I was quoted around 4 hours over the phone, they sent a team of 3 people who said they did 6 hours worth of work, when they clearly did not. They missed all sorts of things from wiping down light switches to counter surfaces to dog hair on my carpet. I sent multiple pictures of examples of the poor job to the owner (I assume), my main point of contact. He sent a supervisor out to fix the job, she cleaned somethings but still missed wiping down the baseboards and a couple issues that I sent pictures of. I had to spend 40 minutes of my own time actually doing the job right. Overall they did a terrible job, I feel ripped off, never use this cleaning service! Updated: after leaving this review, I was called, and the (presumptive) owner proceeded to argue with me and lie to me about the amount of work his company did. Terrible customer service as well. Please never use this service if you value your time, energy and sanity.

I was told they charge $45 per man hour, then they charged me $60 per man hour. if they dont correct this, im going to report their fraud to the BBB

Edit: They corrected it. I dont recommend this company. They play tricks, and if you arent careful, theyll rip you off. They also dont do a very good job, I spent an hour today cleaning all the things they missed

Edit after response: I know what man hours are. You told me it would take 8 man hours. The maids tried to leave, without telling me, after 5 man hours. I told them to hold on, and had them do several spots that they skipped. they then left after 6 man hours. Later, I found out there were many more spots they skipped or did a poor job, and I had to do it myself. The company still charged me 8 man hours, which 2 were later refunded. If I wasnt paying attention, or not home at the time, I would have been ripped off.

Your maids, which I tipped very well before I discovered your scam, never planned on working 8 man hours, and did everything they could to rush and do a poor job. If you think the labor commission will find that anyone is responsible for their pay other than you, then you are a clown, in addition to a scam artist.

Do not hire this company. George is the one of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever talked to. He was sexist and demeaning, telling me that if I understood the business I would know that he was being reasonable and that I should ask my husband about it bc he would understand.

I, like many other reviewers, purchased an $89 Groupon for a 3 hour clean. When I called George to schedule the service, he said that the Groupon wasn’t applicable for a move-out clean so I’m working with Groupon to get refunded. George thought that my 900 sqft, 2 bed/1 bath house would be closer to $120-150 for 3 hours (quoting around $45 per man hour). When the cleaning crew showed up late for the service (was quoted an arrival window of 11a-1p and they showed up at 230p), George called me to let me know that the clean would require 10 man hrs for $450. When I told him that we couldn’t afford that, I asked if there was anyway we could just do a light clean for 3 hours and then I would clean the rest myself. He said a 3 hour clean would be pointless, but they could skip some areas to get down to $300. I asked if I could just have the 3 hour service that I requested and he became rude and angry, threatened to lien the house, and then hung up on me. After a lengthy text exchange where George tried to explain Colorado Lien and Labor Laws to me, he agreed to leave it all alone if we Venmoed him $50 to pay for the maid’s time to show up to the property even though no service was performed.

Got their maid services for my apartment recently they were highly professional and finish their work in very much less time highly recommended

Bought the Groupon and will not be using them again. Paid for the 4 hour Groupon. 2 ladies showed up and "cleaned" for 1 hour and left. We call George and said they needed to come back for another hour of cleaning. They came back and "cleaned" for another 30 minutes. Came home and nothing was clean. Dust on all surfaces, floors with visible dust/dirt still. Counters with crumbs. Very disappointed that we wasted money on this "service". We will be cleaning our house for the remainder of the day now.

Update since company reply: He has not offered us a refund on anything. He told us to contact Groupon. Don't trust them with your money. We left the tip on the counter before they even arrived. I will be working closely with Groupon to make sure his company is removed from their service. Nobody deserves to lose their hard earned money to this piece of trash company.

Also, since when was fabuloso "eco-friendly"?

I am done updating my review since George wants to battle back and forth like a child. Run a decent, honest business and maybe you wouldn't need to spend all day arguing with reviewers.

Tidy Task has been so amazing! I’ve gotten my apartment deep cleaned twice now and both times Jose has done an incredible job. He’s extremely thorough, detail oriented, and always shows up on time. The value for what you get is definitely worth it.

Absolutely thrilled by Carl and his team. This is the first laundry service I have ever used and, to be honest, we chose Tidy Task based on the one Yelp review I read and the picture of Carl and his family on his website. I had a ton of questions because frankly I’m rather fastidious about my laundry. Carl answered every one in great detail which made me feel quite confident that Tidy Task was the right choice. Jojo arrived right on the dot this morning at 8 AM. I could not believe when she showed up at 1:15 and all six loads were finished, folded, and organized by my husband’s things, my things, sheets, towels, kitchen linens, etc. Unpacking and putting everything away was so easy and it all looked so nice. Normally, when I do laundry it seems like things are wrinkled or crumpled, especially our duvet cover. This looks like it was ironed! They followed all the instruction on what was to be hung/folded and it all smells wonderful! I had decent expectations based on my communication with Carl but even those were blown away! Now, I just need to convince my husband that we should have them for house cleaning too! HIGHLY recommend!!
