Excellant experience with the whole crew. They answered all my questions and were great to work with. The install looked great and the crews clean up was outstanding.

They were so responsive, got a technician out quickly and he did a through diagnostic on my HVAC system. I just bought my house and I knew the HVAC was about 2 years old and I was concerned about the noise it made. They were able to help my system run more efficiently despite them being too large for this house. Thank you so much for your help. Plus they were very affordable!

I got quotes from multiple companies before going with Comfort Pros. These guys know their craft, were extremely professional, and priced well compared to other companies. They offered the best warranty and made sure my house was comfortable by providing mobile AC units while waiting for my install. Not only that, they were one of the only ones that seemed to understand the rebates provided through energy providers. Other companies kept giving conflicting information that didn’t match information provided directly from the XCEL and United websites, to the point I had to call the companies to verify what was true. Jeff from Comfort Pros was last company to give me a quote and the only one that completely understood the rebate process. Where others talked in circles to make it sound like they knew what they were talking about, Jeff was knowledgeable and honest from the get go. After his quote I immediately cancelled other pending estimates and scheduled my install, and I’m glad to say everything went well. I’d highly recommend them again.

We decided to have a whole home humidifier installed and Comfort Pros was highly recommended by a good friend of ours that owns a home construction business. We are so happy that we decided to go with them and finally pulled the trigger on getting the humidifier installed. They came to give us an estimate and when we accepted they were back within a couple of weeks to handle the install. The install was fast and clean and the gentleman that came to our home, Ryan, was very professional, funny and provided lots of information answering all of our questions. We are very impressed with their quick, friendly and knowledgeable service.

Comfort Pros is an amazing company. Talked me through many options when we were getting a new air conditioner and heat pump. Very knowledgeable and understanding of our price point. Also it was so warm outside they are and delivered a portable air conditioner to get us by until our install. How thoughtful . I had an amazing experience with Comfort Pros and my heat pump install. Jeff gave me multiple proposals for my project and ways to combat a hot second story. Jeff and his entire crew were great on the day they installed. They had drop cloths down and took the necessary time to do the job correctly and finish it in a day’s time. The work looks very clean both inside and out. And finally, the upstairs is perfect now as we can keep each room cooled independently. So glad I ended up going with Comfort Pros and if you decide to use them for your project you won’t be disappointed.

We've just had a heat pump and ceiling cassette installed with Comfort Pros and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. They worked with us to utilize as many of the old holes/runs as possible to limit new holes put into the house, they were very responsive to all questions and communications, and overall were very timely with the project not to mention one of the more competitive price options out there. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing heating and cooling work done.

We upgraded a 17 year old Trane system to a total replacement. Heat pump, thermostat, furnace, steam humidifier. We were impressed with the quality and appearance of the new system. Ryan lead the team, very knowledgeable and competent. Mason was just excellent. There were 2 others whose names I didn't catch but everyone worked efficiently and in about 6.5 hours it was all done except for showing us how everything worked. We stepped into a whole new era and Comfort Pros was absolutely excellent! We highly recommend Comfort Pros. The new system is a big leap into the future.
