We are very happy with our new HVAC system. Jeff, the owner, was knowledgeable and patient in answering our questions and helping us understand heat pumps and new technology in heating and cooling. Installation was a great experience. The installers were polite, respectful, clean, careful and patient. They helped us through learning how to operate the equipment and have followed up promptly with answering questions after the installation. Our system is less than a week old, and so far no problems, but I am confident that Comfort Pros will continue to out perform in meeting our expectations.

I have had several heat and air systems installed in various homes I’ve owned over the years and have found that the most quiet, reliable and best performing system has been Trane. I recently purchased a heat pump, AC unit, humidifier, and air purification system from Comfort Pros. The owner of the company spent a great deal of time explaining the operating features of each and I felt that the system would help with my allergies. Every aspect of the installation was highly professional and included a tutorial on programming the thermostat. Comfort Pros sets the gold standard for service.

I initially reached out six different companies when getting quotes for a new heat pump + furnace. Jeff was very thorough and explained all my options very clearly. His team was quick and clean with the install.

Jeff was here on time and got to work right away. He was able to fix the issues with my furnace and give me some advice to keep it working efficiently. The price was fair and I would recommend comfort pros for your comfort needs.

After both my AC and heat went out in September and waiting 3 months for a different company to finally tell me they wouldn't be able to install the unit they quoted me for, I reached out to comfort pros. The middle of December and it started to get cold, I wanted to get heat installed before the holidays and time was running out. Jeff was extremely helpful providing a ton of information, being very responsive with any questions I had, and provided multiple tiers for my quote. Soon after I accepted my proposal, they were able to schedule me to install the new furnace and heat pump within a few days. During the install, they kept everything very clean and were not in the way at all while I was working from home. Once they finished, they explained everything about the new system and went over the new thermostat with me. They even initiated the rebate from xcel for me without me needing to do anything. It was a great experience from beginning to end, look forward to working with them in the future for any maintenance.

Comfort Clean truly saved the day. My sellers had the furnace serviced by them just a few weeks earlier, and then—of course—right before closing on New Year’s Eve, the ignitor went out and needed to be replaced. The buyer’s final walkthrough was at 1:00 pm and closing was scheduled for 2:00 pm.

Without hesitation, Comfort Clean jumped into action and got someone out immediately. They diagnosed the issue, replaced the ignitor, and had the furnace working in time for the buyers to complete their walkthrough and still close on schedule.

In real estate, timing is everything, and their responsiveness, professionalism, and sense of urgency made all the difference. They were truly a godsend, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Jeff Leitch and his team are amazing. He is super thorough and spent a lot of extra time ensuring the right solution for my home. I look forward to working with Comfort Pros again in the future.

Highly recommend Comfort Pros! Furnace kept shutting off before reaching the set temp. Had another company come out 2 days ago but they weren’t able to properly diagnose the problem. Temp fell to 59 degrees overnight. Was able to get a same day appt and Ryan arrived on time, seemed incredibly knowledgeable and fixed the issue. Keep up the great work Comfort Pros!

I did a lot of research and got multiple quotes for my furnace replacement and humidifier and heat pump install. Every step and in every way, these guys were the best by far. Excellent support when I called in, respectful, educational, and helpful bid/sales visit, multiple easy-to-read but detailed quote options, regular updates prior to install, and an incredible install experience.

When they were installing, they upgraded multiple existing items that weren’t up to code and didn’t charge me extra.

Everyone I have interacted with has been kind, knowledgeable, and great at what they do. They are a family run business and they make sure you feel comfortable working with them.

Oh - and they offered me the top line of equipment (Trane) and still came in thousands less than my other quotes.

From start to finish our experience with having to replace our Furnace/AC with Comfort Pros was A++ Amazing. Cannot recommend Customized Maintenance Services enough! Would give them a 10-star rating if I could! They replaced my HVAC system a while ago, quality, thorough work. I was having a bit of an issue with my heat this last week. They were so quick to respond, showed up immediately and solved the problem. Great work, honest, trustworthy... The absolute best!!

I am very satisfied with the service. My family just moved to Denver and we were advised to have air duct cleaning right away. Luis was on time, thorough with his work , and a great communicator. A+ experience overall!

Leaving this for a family member who got completely screwed over. The crew was careless, tracked dirt through the house, and treated the job like a joke. To top it off, a sealed box of brand new air filters mysteriously vanished from the basement after their visit. Total lack of respect and zero accountability. These guys shouldn’t be trusted or in business.

Luis was great! Efficient, effective, and friendly. He did a great job cleaning our dryer vent that hadn’t been clean in years. I feel much more comfortable using the dryer now.

I had a great experience with Lowe’s for a dryer vent cleaning. They were able to send Luis Chavez out the next day and he was communicative, prompt, and professional. He worked very quickly and the service fee was as promised on the website. I would definitely use them again for other air duct and dryer vent cleaning!
