Luis called ahead, arrived on time and worked efficiently. And the price was reasonable. This was the first time I’d had the ductwork cleaned (including the dryer vent). Going with Lowe’s and Luis, was a good choice.

Luis came in and rocked it. Showed up early and got to work. When he was cleaning out my fan, he had issues getting to it, so instead of doing a half job, decided to pull it out to clean it properly. He did notice the fan wasn't blowing to full capacity during his inspection, so he suggested I get someone to check it out. It's hard to find good honest folks that days and he really shined.

Honest, Quick, Thorough. Great company with outstanding results. They did a great job cleaning a dryer vent.

Luis was great! He actually called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled, which was perfect for me! He spent a good amount of time getting 8 years of dust, fur, and whatever else cleaned out of our air ducts, and finished with an anti-microbial treatment.

I'm glad I saw the company's truck driving through the neighborhood one day, or I would have never known about Lowe's air duct cleaning. They are reasonably priced, let me request an appointment online, and followed up quickly to confirm an appointment date and time window.

I will definitely be booking with Lowe's again!

Luis did an excellent job at our residence today: He called ahead of coming out. Arrived on time. Took his shoes off at the door (unprompted) and physically and verbally walked me through what I could expect. He found some problems with our furnace and let us know so that we couldn’t promptly address it. He worked diligently and left the house in the condition that he found it. I would t hesitate to recommend Lowe’s and specifically Luis to anyone! We’ll definitely be requesting him by name for future jobs. Thanks, Luis!!!

We just moved into a new home and hired Lowe’s for our Duct cleaning. Luis was very professional, thorough and friendly! Our vents were quite dirty and I appreciated viewing the before and after photos. Lois informed us of a newer AC that didn’t need cleaning and I so appreciated his honesty by not up charging us. After looking at reviews online for this company I knew I wanted Luis to do our air duct service and requested him. On a very snowy day where mostly everything in Denver was closed, he braved the roads to show up to do the job! He called ahead to confirm his arrival time and was here promptly. He did an incredible job cleaning 3 floors of supplies and returns. He is polite, respectful, and kind and I appreciated that he took off his shoes every time he came in from the inclement weather outside. He was fully prepared with all the equipment that he needed and worked quickly and efficiently. We will definitely use this company again and highly recommend Luis, we are so pleased with the service he provided!

I was amazed at how attentive to detail my technician was in cleaning the HVAC. Plus, how he cleaned up afterward. Don’t be fooled by low price ads sucking you in. Those ads only quote supply side. Lowe’s Air came in and did both supply and return vents. He cleaned each vent individually and it all got sucked into a giant HEPA vacuum. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Luis cleaned our HVAC system, he was super great, friendly, and kind. The service was great and we’re happy having a clean system.
I think there may have been a dent that was put in the wall which was a bummer, but was small enough that it’s whatever.

Javier Sanchez was so professional and polite! He did a fantastic job of cleaning our house vents, spraying the antimicrobial and, dryer vent. He also showed us the picture of the dryer vent. I highly recommend him and will tell family and friends!!!

Luis is a top notch technician. He walked me through the house and showed me exactly what he was doing in each section. I got the extra service for cleaning the motor and evaporator coil. They were running a special so the pricing was very reasonable. When finished he let me know anything that I may need to address. I’d definitely use them again and I would request Luis Chavez.
