Jeff was WONDERFUL! He was able to identify the problem and give good advice. Veterans was here the morning after I called. I was also not charged for the diagnostic visit. I’m very impressed with their efficiency.

My furrnace is over 20 years old, and this winter it was cycling on and off too frequently before coming to the correct temp. Chris came out to take a look at it, identified the two likely culprits, and serviced the furnace. He arrived in the timeframe the appointment was set for, was courtous and professional, and provided excellent service. I'm glad I that had Veteran come out, and will definitely give them a call back if I need anything in the future.

We had a great experience with Veteran. Free estimate and our technician Jimmy was able to come back and replace our toilet the very next day. He even replaced a part on our other toilet free of charge. Communication was great. We will use them again for sure.

Chris from Veteran Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric was great! He clearly communicated his arrival time. He efficiently looked at our HVAC system and gave a thorough assessment. He also showed us how to care for the system going forward. Excellent service. Will use again and highly recommend!

Jimi and Joshua did a fantastic job for me replacing my water heater. The company was very responsive in getting it done quickly.
The price was much much much more than I expected to pay but I am told it has a lifetime warranty. I hope that is the case.

From Morgan our estimator, to Vanessa the office manager, to
Diego and his apprentice (installers) were very professional and outstanding, A problem with our venting was discovered and was quickly resolved. Workmanship is both great and very detailed.
John (electrician) was very methodical and knowledgeable of code updates and followed them to the letter.
They ask in the rest of the survey about services, price paid. It is not the price that was paid, it is more of the work received and material installed.

Our sewage pump failed, which meant no dishwasher or washing machine until fixed. So your basic crisis. Called at 11:00, TJ came out to estimate by 2:00. TJ had the job expertly finished by 5:00. This is our second job with Veteran's. All the workers are extremely polite, respectful of your time and competent. TJ was no exception. Highly recommend for any Heating, Cooling, Plumbing or Electrical work.

All the people and the technicians were very nice. The quote/bid and scheduling process was a little confusing with lots of unnecessary emails and text notifications. Communication between estimator, sales person and the office could have been better. Josh the technician was great. Very helpful and on-time. Got the heat pump installed in 1 day.

My experience with Austin, the technician, was excellent in every aspect. Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable/competent and professional. He even brough back a couple of electric heaters to use while I waited for the furnace repair/replacement the next day. I highly recommend you get a free service call from Veteran before you pay anything or make any decisions on repairs/replacements.

We had a blockage in our kitchen sink and some previously bad piping work. Jim A came over and really took time to explain the issue to us. Darrell F and Joshua K were also there to help and were so kind and professional. They didn't even seem bothered by my overly friendly 3 year old. They did a great job and worked quickly. Overall the company was quick in responding to our issue and we will be using them again.

We just bought our house and decided to upgrade our AC system. Morgan came out and walked to house, gave us a quote on the spot and explained each line item. For the installation, we had three technician's; Roger, Justin and John and they were all very professional, personable and informative. They all gave me multiple opportunities to ask questions on the quote and install. They happily answered all of my questions and explained each component and function. Roger even labeled a switch that I didn't know what it was for.

Jim Anderson, TJ Blevins, John Kauffman and Joey Hernandez were fantastic from beginning to end and also Andrew. I will recommend your company to everyone. One of the best experiences I have had. Thank you again and again.

He was determined to fix the issue no matter how long it took, remained courteous and professional the entire time, and ultimately got the job done. Gentlemen, I have had two visits this week requiring estimates for work. I am more then impressed by the professionalism of those visits. To name a few; communicative, respectful and professional. My estimates came in within hours. I am getting gas line installed for a new kitchen range this Thursday. I am looking forward to the install, I will keep you posted.

Jimi did a great job replacing the shower valve in my master bathroom. Day of the appointment I spoke with a dispatcher to confirm my window (10am - 3pm), but then actually spoke to Jimi before he arrived informing me he was on the way with a REAL ETA. Jimi arrived slightly before his appointment window which he had confirmed wouldn't be an issue. This is top notch communication that takes minimal effort but makes Veteran stand out amongst its competitors. During the appointment Jimi inspected the issue we discussed the options and he made a quick trip to acquire the parts needed to complete the repair on the same day.

Replacing a shower valve isn't a crazy project, but given the competency of the team I opted to upgrade the valve and handle because they earned my business. He took the time to clean up not just the shower, but the space around it in the bathroom of all debris, worked around the noise limits of someone working from home, and listened and dealt with questions regarding the other services offered by Veteran. I'm not easy to impress with the quality of work and the quality of customer service, but this team knocked it out of the park. I would easily recommend Jimi Knight and Veteran HPE, and feel good about it, they've earned a returning customer in me.

This company was extremely easy to work with. Detailed quotes were provided and they were very responsive in answering any questions about the product and services and potential energy efficiencies. It was easy to schedule the work and the installation went smoothly. They not only performed quality work, they also protected floor surfaces and cleaned up afterwards. Andy, Diego and Bryan were excellent, skilled, professional and respectful. The system is still very new but is user friendly and seems to cool the home much faster than our old system. Would highly recommend based on this experience!

Jimmy was super helpful with our gas leak situation. Excel turned off our gas until we got this company out to help us fix the piping! Jimmy did outstanding work in repairs. He helped us in understanding the quote perfectly. No trip/quote fee was given or forced like other companies! This company is SUPER friendly to military families. Jimi Knight was an absolute savior for us. We were out of hot water for 2 weeks. Jimi came by at 830pm, way later than I would expect someone to work, and got our hot water running in under an hour. We couldn't be happier and really appreciate working late for us. Definitely would recommend Jimi.

Darryl and Joshua arrived promptly to give a free estimate of the cost to replace the water shutoff valves under my kitchen sink and to install a new kitchen faucet. There was no trip charge, which I appreciated. They explained everything thoroughly, and called their office to ensure I was getting the best possible price. They were courteous and professional, and I went ahead and scheduled an appointment with them to have the work performed.

On the day scheduled, Darryl arrived right on time. He replaced the three water shutoff valves (hot and cold water, and the one to the dishwasher) and installed the new faucet with sprayer well within the time estimate. Everything seemed to go smoothly. He had me look under the sink to see which valves controlled what, and then he double-checked his work to make sure there were no leaks. I can recommend Darryl and Veteran and will call them again if I need plumbing work in the future.

I had my furnace and ac replaced with a high efficiency furnace and heat pump and Veteran did a great job.
I had an issue with my setup automatically switching over from heat pump to furnace and their service team came out quickly. Jeff Meuse from service was amazing. He double checked everything and made a couple of adjustments and everything seems to be working as promised. I highly recommend Veteran.

I recently had some work performed by Veteran HCPE, and I am very happy with the experience!

Andrew Cox and James Knight came to perform some gas valve shutoff work, as well as installing new 240 outlets. They were very communicative and flexible throughout the whole experience! They didn't even mind as our dogs decided to be apprentices and stay by their sides for most of the job!

Prices were very competitive and I was very happy with the final price point. Never throughout the process from estimate to final invoice did I feel pressured to accept any work.

It was also very appreciated that they helped to move the old stove out of the way for the new electrical stove. This was above and beyond what I expected!

Looking forward to returning to Veteran HCPE for my future needs!
