This place is a scam. They don't provide documentation for parts or labor costs, pulling it out of thin air. Sold me "$650" (because he didn't have receipts) of parts, which are useless one month later because the tech overlooked the much bigger problem because he, "wasn't looking for it." Incompetent.

Part 2: Your technician failed to notice the "unrelated problem", which he should have. I was never offered the full credit or left a voicemail. I was given an inflated quote & brochure though. FOH.

Rich is a phenomenal AC guy. Didn't up sell me on any unnecessary equipment. Did a great job educating me on my AC and furnace... AC works great after his visit where he came a day early. Thanks!

I am pleased with the service. I have used them three times in the past two years. I am pleased with how thorough they are when they visit, but I am more pleased at the fact that they don't gouge me. So far I have had excellent luck. I will use them again in the future. As well, I did not think they were too expensive.

Rick and the guys did an awesome job! You can tell they take pride in their work. They addressed and rectified issues that were wrong with the previous installation, were very informative, professional, and curtious. I would highly recommend them.

I'm very happy with Rabbit. Rick was the technician from Rabbit. He did very good quality work. They showed up on short notice and fixed the problem. I'll call these guys again in the future for anything HVAC related.

Yesterday I called Rabbit Heating to arrange for a basic inspection & cleaning of our furnace ($99). I was pleased to receive an immediate response from the company followed by a Tech arriving to complete the work the same day. This work was completed in a extremely short visit & my only concern is I hope that sufficient was done to ensure satisfactory operation this coming winter.

Had Rick come out to my house the other day and he quoted me 4500 dollars for a 3 ton ac replacement and 4100 for a 2.5

2 other places have both given be estimates for half that price. 5 minutes after he left i called another place told them his 4500 price and they said they'd do it for 2200 for the same name brand and size unit. Seems like you tried to take advantage of me with your price quote Rick. Not happy.

Rabbit replaced our AC unit and did a great job. They went above and beyond, including reworking the ducting to ensure it was as efficient as possible. They responded quickly, were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, clean, friendly, and polite. They will be our go to for any heating or cooling needs in the future.

We have used Rabbit twice in the last year, first for an AC and then a heater. They were great for both. Good prices and prompt service. Always kind with great customer service, before, during and after installation.

BEWARE!!! This company is very unprofessional and has very rude employees!!! I set up a 2 hour window appt. for 2-4 pm, and no one showed up at all by 4 pm. At 4:12 pm I received a call from the technician, who said he could not find my house, and this was after I told him I didn't think he was coming anyway. My house is clearly marked with a house # on the mailbox, and in black numbers on a cream background right on the front, but he stated that he could not find it? Then he very rudely said, "Do you want to cancel, because I have other places to go!" Wow. I called their office, and the 2 women I spoke to there were equally as RUDE, if not worse. They said 10 minutes was "no big deal", so I told her I drive for a living, and had already waited 2 hours & 15 min., so I asked her if their techs were willing to wait 10-15 min for a customer who was not home when they arrived for a scheduled appt.? She then asked me what I wanted??! I thanked her and ended the call, and then called back & asked the same lady if I could speak to the owner? She said she was one of them! Then she said the man that was supposed to be @ my house today was the other one!! WOW!!! The "customer service" here is absolutely TERRIBLE, and I would never buy a swamp cooler, or anything else from them!!

We called Rabbit for a second opinion after being told we needed a new heater. Their diagnostic visit was extremely reasonable, especially since we called them on New Year's Weekend. They were kind and helpful. Heater is now fixed and working great, without having to install a whole new unit!

We used Rabbit Heating & Air to replace our 24 yr old furnace in our crawlspace & install new Central Air.
They arrived on time,
work masks due to covid & throughout duration of the job.
They completed the entire job in 1 day. They put down coverings & cleaned up so well.
The furnace & AC passed City Inspection with 1 visit.
The crew was instructed by Rick to remove old insulation & re-connect a vent.
They were efficient from start to finish.
They performed every detail as Rick instructed them to do.
They didn't try to sale anything extra.
The end costs were exactly what was on the estimate. Their pricing is very fair.
They answered all of our questions.
Rick showed us how to replace the filter & basic information.
Barb assisted with the financing on the phone, it was critical in the process.
The new furnace is working great, with so much more air flow coming thru the vents.
We cannot wait to use the AC!
They were ready to work & get the job done.
So happy we chose Rabbit Heating & Air.

Water heater not working, was able to come within 2 hours of calling- on a Saturday evening no less. No other company contacted was willing- although they deceivingly advertise hours as though they are available until 8 and even 10 pm. Rick was very knowledgeable and provided an objective assessment of the problem and the overall condition of the water heater. No sales pressure to upgrade, although incentive was offered with partial cost of repair credited towards a new hot water heater if replaced within the next 30 days. I was also impressed that he declined to take a tip after an efficient repair on a holiday weekend. Rabbit Heating and Air can definitely count on my future business! Thank you!

The speed of the service was impressive, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Their knowledge was clear, and I valued the straightforward information they provided.

It is so refreshing to work with an honest and straightforward company! I searched around for a good HVAC company and came across Rabbit's website. They post their prices online for a full furnace installation. Who else does that?
The price was well below the astronomical bids I received from two other contractors, so I called Rabbit. Within a day, Rick, an owner of the company, came out and spent quality time with me explaining the options and making sound recommendations. It was not a sales pitch, it was more of a consultation with a very knowledgeable and experienced guy telling me a lot about my system and his recommendations for changes. He carefully listened to my input and modified his recommendations accordingly. I was thoroughly impressed. He mentioned several changes they'd need to make to my ducting to assure the full install would meet code.
After arriving at a great solution, and talking about the extras, I braced for the new price. It was the same as the online price! Woo-hoo!
Once we pulled the trigger, his crew was here quickly and were super courteous and did excellent work. Rick was onsite for most of the work. He and the crew stayed into the evening to complete the thorough job. They left the house spotless and with two brand new furnaces. I had the inspection done a few days later, and it passed easily.
I was very pleased with the whole process. When I first saw the online price, I figured it was a lure to get my interest, and that maybe it was too good to be true. But it is exactly what I paid. These guys are the real deal, and I can't recommend them enough.

I've worked with Rabbit Heating & Air on a few occasions. From replacing my furnace to, more recently, helping us get our AC back up and running (was over 90 degrees in my house. Yikes!) I've recieved nothing but exceptional and speedy service at a great price! Great work from great people. Highly recommend.

The owner is very knowledgeable. He was more interested in getting me the best equipment for the size of my house rather than just letting me buy the most expensive system. I bought a furnace from them and a year later i upgraded to central air. In my opinion and i did my research. i got not only a killer deal on equipment they supplied but the installers went above and beyond. Everyone else i know that has central air, you can tell the installer just threw everything in as quick as they could. Not these guys, they really spent a lot of time and effort on the install. I am a skilled tradesman myself so typically my opinion when i hire someone to do work is that i could've done it better. That was definitely not the case this time. i was thoroughly impressed and got way more than my money's worth. I highly recommend Rabbit Heating and Air. I hope to see this company continue to be successful in a market that is extremely difficult based on how much competition there is out there.
