Would recommend Joe's Commercial Heating and Cooling to anyone who is in need of furnace or air conditioning repair or replacement. THEY came on a hot Sat to fix the air and. WE decided to get a new furnace and central air and went with them they were here in a few days to put in. Very professional techs that came to install. Thanks!!!!!

These guys are straight forward and are quick to respond to any emergent call. My AC stopped working and as soon as I called they had a Tech out to my house in less than 30 minutes. Ryan, the repair technician, gave me good advice about the AC unit and he was professional and polite. I would work with them again.

I ordered a new AC system for our new home. Joe showed up on-time and was very professional. He had to deliver us some bad news about how our AC was installed by the contractors that built our home. He took the time to explain the problem, fixed the issue, and installed our additional AC in a timely manner. Additionally, for such a fantastic service they helped us out at a friendly price.

I'm very happy with the services from Joe's Commercial Heating and Cooling. Joe came to my house and spent more than an hour discussing my needs, accessing my house and explaining different types of furnaces with their pros and cons. Everybody involved in this project was very courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. All work was completed in one day. I highly recommend this company!!

We've used Joe's Commercial Heating and Cooling for our new AC and Furnace installation. Recently we had an issue with our home inspection where the inspector did something to furnace, shutting it down completely. I was quite upset. Enoch came out, moved our time up, and were very helpful with righting and repairing the situation. Thank you !!

I had a new furnace installed. They were able to do it the same day which was great. Problem is they did not reconnect the power for the condensate pump, installed the condensate drain over the filter box so I can not put in a filter and they did not seal up the duct work completely. Now I can’t run it without it leaking everywhere and the furnace closet is extremely hot. It’s been one full day and they have not called me back to make this right. I should have gotten more bids and been more selective.

I do not see that they have a contractors license with Denver so that’s not a good sign.

Our central AC suddenly stopped working. We had been dealing with another company, but I was not satisfied with them. I found Joe's initially by a link on the AC manufacturer's website, but I was encouraged by the high ratings here to give them a call. They responded to my call in a timely manner, their technician arrived within the promised time range. Superb.

We just had our HVAC system replaced by Joe's and we were very pleased with the quality of their service from beginning to end. Robert, our technician, together with his colleagues whom we have utilized on two other occasions, was punctual, knowledgeable, respectful, friendly and professional. Overall it has been a great experience with Joe's and we will use them for our future needs as well.

I needed to find a company to do annual heating and cooling equipment maintenance. Joe's Commercial Heating and Cooling were super quick to respond and showed up within hours of me reaching out to them. The technician wore booties and a mask and was very polite. He took his time inspecting the units and didn't find any issues. He didn't try to sell any extra services. A great experience with the company - will definitely use again!

Had a horrible experience with this company. They were very professional and response when I first called. Were quick to promise the world and charge me $149 for their annual Home Service membership. A William Tierney took my credit card info and set up an appointment at 11:00 am. The following day, my self and 2 other gentle men were waiting and no one showed up. After calling their dispatch we were told a technician was on the way. An hour later, still no call or technician. When I called dispatch again, I was told that the technician would need to re schedule. Need less to say, I was not happy. I asked for a refund for the $149 and was told no problem. Over two weeks later I still don't have a refund. So I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Joes commercial told my bank that the charge was legitimate. After talking to Joe's customer service department A Mr. Ryan Reagan called me and was absolutely not sympathetic to my experience. He was basically upset with me for trying to get my money back when they made me wait for over and hour. Need less to say. They can refund my credit card the $149 just as easily as they can charge it. I still don't have my refund, or any service from Joe's and have basically been wasting my time. I would be very cautious when dealing with this company. If I do not receive a refund, my next step will be to contact the better business bureau.

Joe's Commercial Heating and Cooling servicemen was wonderful to work with. They were very professional and carefully installed our furnace and AC 9 years ago. Have been diligent about having the furnace checked but not so much the AC. After cleaning and charging the compressor the air conditioner is running so much better quieter and less frequently. 100% recommend!!

Was charge $585 to repair a ac capacitor. This is over 2.5x average in area. In my opinion this place overcharges Shop around before settling on them.

Our furnace went out right after Christmas, we were quoted $10,100 from a competitor, and Rabbit was less than half. Thank you so much!

I have used Rabbit Heating and Air for furnace repairs and upgrades. They are efficient, do solid work and are priced reasonably. I wouldn't think to call anyone else!

Rabbit installed both my furnace and water heater, I have never seen a company so professional from beginning to end friendly phone staff and the installation was on point very nice work, I would recommend Rabbit and the crew to everyone :)

This company is horrible the kind of people I'm certain scams elderly with there pressure. Rich is very unprofessional including kicking my equipment to try and get it to work. I almost lost my patience with the guy. Then they charge $60.00 to come out and kick your equipment and try and sale an overpriced new unit. When asked they give NO military discount but list they give discounts to the elderly on there website. I would avoid this company at all cost they are the kind of people that will confuse and take advantage of our senior citizens and turn their backs on folks that defend this country.
