Rick was very helpful in determining the correct a/c unit based on the layout of our home. His team was able to come and install the unit within a few hours. I am pleased with their diligent work and the price they offer for the a/c units. They even list their price online, so cool. Furthermore, the inspection passed with no issues at all. Lennox seems to be a fantastic brand and it cools my house in no time.

Great technicians and service. Our heat went out in the middle of the night and they were here same day and install next day postponing plans they had that were less urgent. Pricing was reasonable and the level of attention given on informing me the progress from start to finish was excellent. Installed both a new furnace, ac unit, and re-ran ducts, new registers, and intake in the same day, whereas other companies were 6 weeks out prioritizing larger jobs. Would recommend them to anyone.

From start to finish this company is one of the best I've every dealt with. Amazing people and great workers. They are thorough, kind and hard working. They were able to get me in for set up of my AC almost right away. They came out made sure everything was covered so nothing would get damaged or dirty. The job was a tough one and they worked all day at it. Everyone was courteous and polite and their financing options are so helpful. They are very fair with their pricing as well! I will be using them again for any of my HVAC needs. I highly recommend them!

Beware of this company. Guy came out for non working air conditioner and said we needed a new compressor, a $7,000 part. Had Mac Vik come out for second opinion and it took them five minutes to diagnose a dead battery pack. Rabbit recently went to my parents’ house (prior to our visit) and had them also purchase a new compressor… probably scammed them as well.

I used Rabbit Heating and Air to resolve a problem I was having with my new evaporative cooler (installed by another company) I was told on the phone that it was a $60 fee to come out, but that it would be taken out of my total charge if I used their company. I was pretty sure the leaking was just an issue with the float arm, and told Rick, the technician who arrived, that. He was on my roof about 15 minutes and then came down and spent a lot of time bad mouthing the original installers. I find that to be incredibly unprofessional behavior. He told me he did adjust the float arm and that fixed the leak, he said a metal tube had a crimp in it, and showed me a picture of a metal tube with a very slight dent, he stated the spider/water distributing apparatus was leaking and he screwed it in using a little teflon tape. He also informed me they don't work on coolers with internal water sources, mine isn't. He then charged me $179! He didn't use any parts, and all he did was twist the float back on! After he left we noticed the water was spraying out of the tube connected to the outside faucet. It was fine the day before he came. It was obvious he had pulled on the plastic water line. It's easy to catch your foot on it, I've done it myself back when I took care of my cooler myself. I called and he came a day late. He accused everyone but himself. He fixed the issue and begrudgingly said he wouldn't charge me! He was very dismissive of evaporative coolers and this made me even more uncomfortable.
I cannot recommend this company. I found this technician disrespectful and unprofessional, and I felt taken advantage of by this $179 charge.

Rick at Rabbit Heating and Air definitely takes pride in getting a good job done.

I had a 35 year old furnace and no AC, so I was looking to upgrade everything at the same time.

He gave me tons of options which I definitely appreciate. Compared to the cheapest competitors who just said "We'll throw in an economy AC and furnace for ya", his detailed explanation on options really helped me feel like I was a part of the process.

Because I care so much about the environment, he was able to get me a High Efficiency Heat Pump/AC installed + High Efficiency Furnace installed for a lesser price than the "Economy Models" from big name contractors, and while it's not the dirt cheapest installation, I feel good knowing I got a quality system installed.

I recommend Rabbit Heating and Air 100%.

Rick is a fantastic person to work with, and his team Alex and others are hard workers who do the job right. We had 3 quotes for a new AC system and theirs was the most honest & reasonable with a high quality product and excellent service. Would absolutely recommend them, we are very happy with our new system, the way it was done, and the cost.

We had an issue with our heater. Our house was freezing cold when we woke up with two little ones in the house, I was super panicked! We called to see if we could get it Looked at as soon as possible. They responded immediately and sent someone out. Rick came to the house, and he was very kind and explained what was going on. Overall, very satisfied with the service and the interactions. Would definitely use rabbit, heating and air again in the future.

Rabbit bear several other quotes and came out within 24 hours of my water heater going out. They communicated well. Prices were always clear and no hidden fees. Technicians arrived on time and were respectful and explained the whole process. They finished quickly and cleaned after themselves. I paid what I was quoted. This is how business should be done!

Mark from Rabbit explained thoroughly my furnace's problem and cost alternatives. I decided to replace the entire non functioning furnace and he got in install scheduled for the very next day. The team was fast and did a nice job. Cleaned up after themselves too! I had a follow up call to them regarding a drain pipe and Mark was back out in two hours to make a modification to better suit our site. Thanks Mark, for providing great customer service! I'll use them again if needed and would recommend them to anyone.

We had 2 AC Units and 2 Furnaces in our home that were undersized despite it being a new home. Rick (the owner) came out to our house to bid the project and walk me through our options. In addition to providing the best pricing in the Denver area (they even post their prices on their website), the company was very professional and they completed the entire job in 1 day!

I would highly recommend Rabbit Heating and Air if you are looking to replace your AC unit or Furnace.

    The good:
    -Rick was a nice guy.
-Came same day after hours (4-6pm).

    The bad:
-$175 for a diagnostic visit, which means, $175 to set foot on your property and diagnose nothing. They did not solve anything, tried to sell me on a few different solutions, none of which were actually the problem. Add coolant was $500+, a leak detection test was $150+, etc. etc. For being in the business for 34 years, it was embarrassing because I believe he intentionally didn’t solve the problem only was there to make money off me. I get it, it’s a business you want to make money but this is the type of review you get when you aren’t authentic to your customers. I could see right through the pitch.

I found the problem out on Google in 30 seconds, but called to have an expert verify.

Felt like I needed to shower after the sales pitch to be honest.

I then proceeded to fix the issue myself, completely unrelated to everything done by Rabbit heating.

It is what it is, but I wouldn’t recommend even bothering giving them a call.

Our dryer was overheating. They came out, found a bird’s nest in the exhaust (!!!), removed it safely, and had everything working in no time. So grateful for their attention to detail and calm professionalism.

We've used Rabbit Heating & Air at two different properties now. At one property they installed both a furnace and AC unit and at the other, they installed an AC unit. Rick was awesome to work with on both projects and was very fair in pricing. They were also super quick to get our unit installed so we didn't have to suffer in the heat and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. I would highly recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs!

I was having issues with my furnace and Rabbit was able to squeeze me in same day for an appointment. Scheduler was very helpful. Rick came out and was able to fix our problem within 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience!

Very nice and knowledgeable people with real fast service, but when it came time to purchase a 3 Ton 14 Seer unit, which I needed, it was a bit pricey for sure and was supposedly going up another 7% if I didn’t get it by the end of the month. I ended up going with IMS for about $1700 less and that was before the 7% increase.

Rabbit Heating & Air, LLP did an outstanding job for me on a very old fan coil unit for my condo. Even finding parts for these can be very difficult, but Rick and his team were able to handle this very smoothly and Rick even made modifications to the piping by adding a drain valve for bleeding air / draining water. Very useful for any future maintenance or work on this unit.

Amazing focus on specifics! They examined my whole ductwork and flue, highlighting problems I wasn't even aware of. Following the cleaning, the air circulation enhanced significantly, and the fireplace operates flawlessly now. Really comprehensive assistance.

Rick Rodriquez was very professional and fair. Rabbit presents their pricing up front. They are very competitive and do not add fees. We compared to Costco contractor and they were cheaper. They flexed their replacement appointment around our family vacation but still fit us on their schedule on 97 degree days. They fixed numerous things: bad pad placement, moved the electric service box, doubled our basement return duct capacity, which greatly increased the air output on the second floor! Along with a larger and more efficient unit, our electric bill went down! I recommend Rabbit and will use them again!

Rich came out and gave me an estimate for both AC and heating. He answered all my questions and seemed to really care about his craft. We went forward with the estimate that seemed reasonable and I am happy we did. They were very professional and clean and I really appreciated that courtesy. I will always recommend Rabbit!

I had a very disappointing experience with Rabbit Heating. My realtor hired them to perform basic furnace maintenance and cleaning shortly after I moved into my home. The technician arrived very late and was only at my house for about 45 minutes. My furnace is located in the attic, and as a first-time homeowner with no experience, I had no way to verify what work was actually done. I trusted that the service had been completed as described.

About 1.5 months later, my furnace stopped working. A different technician came to inspect it and took around 50 photos with me present. He stated clearly that the furnace had not been cleaned recently at all, and the photos supported that.

When I called Rabbit Heating, I was told that their technician claims he was paid $175 simply to “locate the furnace” and look at it — not to perform any maintenance or cleaning. That is completely unacceptable and was never communicated to me or my realtor. The technician knew the furnace was in the attic and that I would have no way of knowing whether any real work was done.

Charging nearly $200 for someone to do nothing beyond identifying where the furnace is feels misleading at best. I would not recommend using this company unless you get everything in writing and verify exactly what work is being done.
