We have been looking for a locally owned and operated HVAC, Plumbing, and Electric service provider and are happy to have found our go-to.

Jeff made a strong first impression for the company on his first visit. I went ahead and signed up for their maintenance plan.

No charge for service visits. Maintenance plan is applicable to all trades they support.

We had a great experience with Justin Gibson as our installer of our heat pump and the rest of the tean, Andrew Cox. Jack King, and John Kauffman. They arrived promptly as scheduled and did a walk around with us. Then they promptly went to work. We were told how the installation would take place. During the process we were kept informed as the installation was in progress.
The project was on track and on time. The installation was completed on time. After the installation was completed Andrew Cox explained the electrical work done for the install. When the entire installation was complete Justin and Jack did a walk around showing us the installation and what things were done during the installation.
We were told about the one year Veteran Heating service plan and how that worked and what it included.
He explained the Nuve thermostat. Explained how the heat pump worked in the cold and warm weather months.
We would highly recommend Vetran heating and Justin and Jack as installers and Andrew as our electrician.
There were other team member who also a shout out, Morgan our sales person and the office staff who kept us informed before during and after installation.

Elliot with Veterans Heating, Cooling, Electrical was awesone. Spent the entire morning making sure the system was working as promised. Also explained what was causing our problem, repaired to manufactures specs and explained why our electrical bills were so high. Great guy, very professional and well versed - all under warranty. Assisted with t-stat programming and left with a happy customer- 👍

I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. As a veteran myself, it truly meant a lot to work with a veteran-owned business. They offered a very generous military/veteran discount on the installation of a new water heater, which made a huge difference for my household finances and helped us move forward with the project without hesitation. The scheduling was quick and smooth. On the day of service, TJ and Joshua arrived on time and were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. They installed the new water heater properly and made sure everything was fully up to code, something that had not been done correctly with the previous installation.
Once the job was completed, they cleaned up everything thoroughly and took the time to walk me through the entire system. They explained how to operate it, how to shut the water on and off, and what to do if any issues ever come up. That level of care and attention really stood out. I genuinely feel confident knowing I can reach out to them if I have questions in the future. I’m very happy with the quality of work and customer service provided by TJ and Joshua, and I highly recommend this company especially to fellow service members and veterans.

Highly recommend! Austin and Chris were amazing and communication was on point! These guys know their stuff and were extremely professional and efficient. Love the new system they installed for my elderly parents. The thermostat is also so much easier for them to use and I can log in remotely from my phone and help adjust things as needed too. Amazing staff all round. Five stars all round!

Diego, Bryan, Paul and Andy did a great job with our new HVAC system, i.e. heat pump and high efficiency furnace. The job was completed in just a day and a half. The crew was neat, professional and courteous.

Jimi came over (early! Omg, unheard of!) and was super friendly and professional. He gave us an estimate right away, explained everything in detail and explained to us about the membership and all the privileges it comes with. If you’re a veteran, the membership is even better. He did the work in a short amount of time, cleaned up and then took a look at our bathroom that we want to redo this summer. Told us exactly what needed to be done and what the time estimate would be.
We got an estimate for the same issue, with a different company a couple months ago and they wanted to charge us 4 times the amount we paid Veterans! That says a lot about this company!

Veteran’s Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical has been outstanding from start to finish. Their team delivered exceptional quality and elite craftsmanship at a price we couldn’t pass up. Thanks to them, we finally achieved our home heating and cooling goals with a new heat pump, and we’re already feeling the relief of having a more efficient system for winter.

Before the upgrade, our home relied on a gas furnace and a swamp cooler. The new heat pump integrates perfectly with our existing furnace and allowed us to remove the swamp cooler entirely. While the swamp cooler was inexpensive to run, we’re grateful to eliminate the maintenance—especially climbing onto the roof on hot days—and the dependence on outdoor air that was sometimes smoky or full of pollen. It’s a huge comfort knowing we’ll be able to cool our home this summer regardless of air quality, humidity, or temperature.

Our installation was completed by Justin and Jack, who were fantastic. They stayed on schedule, worked safely, and delivered excellent results. They took the time to walk through the plan with us beforehand and kept us updated throughout the process. Even when I requested additional ductwork on installation day, they handled it smoothly with only the expected added cost.

A big thank you as well to Morgan for the initial estimate, creating our quote, and helping us get this project started.

Sewer repairs are never fun, but Veteran Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric made the process as painless as possible. We caught our issue just before a major backup, but we knew it wasn't a situation that could wait. After getting multiple quotes—including a total excavation that would have ruined thousands of dollars in landscaping and a trenchless quote that was significantly higher—we chose Veteran.
From the start, the staff was professional and punctual. Jim A. arrived on time and did an initial camera inspection and even cleaned the line for no charge while providing the quote. They offered a pipe-bursting solution and were completely transparent about the costs. Most importantly, they handled all the city permits, utility locations, and inspections, coordinating everything perfectly for the day of the job.
We were very concerned about our xeroscaping, but Jim and his crew were incredibly careful. By using pipe bursting, they fixed the line with minimal digging and finished the entire project in less than a day. Jim stayed on-site throughout to ensure the highest quality work and even showed us the repair before backfilling the holes so we could see the results firsthand.
After they finished cleaning up, you couldn't even tell there had been an 8-foot-deep hole in the middle of our yard. We could not be happier with the work Jim A. and his crew did. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Veteran to anyone!

This company is a scam and they will steal your money. All of the 5 star reviews are fake. I was scammed by another company under Premium Home Services. It's run by a couple of scum bags including Yosef Bernath. There's plenty of information online about these predators and their fake businesses.

Our tech came out same day and we had high hopes for getting our heat back on, but of course I'm leaving 2-stars so it didn't work out. Dispatcher didn't inform tech what he was looking at, and the tech wasn't very knowledgeable about the unit either. I'm leaving an extra star because he at least let us know he was out of his depth and referred us to another company, unfortunately this happened the next morning in the middle of the day so we're gonna be sans showers for 2 nights instead of none. Not responsive or knowledgeable about (our newish lochinvar boiler). Can't recommend, despite the other praise on here.

The person answering the call was very polite. She explained the details of their services very well. They sent a picture of the service man and work related experience prior to his arrival. He was very professional. Very personable. Explained his assessment findings In detail. Explained the process needed for repair. We were very impressed. I’ll be their customer for life! The lady Lucy, who works at the office, was so friendly and efficient when setting up my appointment. The technician who came to our home was another great employee to deal with .He was able to complete the repair work much faster than we had thought and never tried to up-sell me any services I did not need. After installing a new system which has been a vast improvement, we’ve been able to rely on prompt and professional service and maintenance. Each visit includes best practice suggestions to extend the performance and life of the system. We received different plans for our system so we could choose to fit our budget. We’re pleased with the product and service. Ryan is knowledgeable, professional and personable. I recommend this company.

Highly recommend Joe's Commercial Heating and Cooling. Their service was excellent and they worked us in quickly since our old system had quit. Every person we encountered was professional ,friendly , knew what they were doing and were good communicators. We couldn't be more pleased with our new AC system.

Our tenant complained that the furnace wasn't functioning properly. We examined it ourselves and couldn't find a problem so we called Joe's Commercial Heating and Cooling to come out and clean the system and assess it. Their specialist found that the high limit switch was worn out and replaced it. rates were valid. Spectacular service delivery!!

I had both a furnace and an AC installed by them and they did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them.
