first time trying out fusion heating & air conditioning, as they came highly recommended by three of my neighbors. so, i decided to ink a deal with them and arrange an appointment. they made sure to keep me informed with text reminders and a phone call about 10 minutes before their arrival. brayden was really amicable, knowledgeable, and efficient. he meticulously inspected the entire furnace system, replaced the filters, and promised to return in 6 months, advising me to ring the office to schedule the next visit. he was also able to answer all our additional queries. what's more, he was friendly with our dog. i would strongly endorse them based on our initial experience. an update, unfortunately, we had to swap out our old heat pump. on the day of the replacement, tracy and her team got in touch with us whilst on their way to denver. upon arrival, they introduced themselves and expressed gratitude for our business. they immediately got down to work after laying down covers to protect our floors. they efficiently removed the old system, tidied up the area, and installed the new system in roughly 6 hours. tracy then guided us on how to operate the new thermostats and even programmed them for us. she ensured that we inspected the work and were happy with the result as well as the cleanup. we were extremely satisfied. once again, she expressed her appreciation for our business. we are very happy with our choice.
