I recently hired Vently Air for vent cleaning, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and thorough.

The gentleman who came to do the work was incredibly courteous and went above and beyond. Not only did he clean 11 feet of ventilation, leaving it running as if it were brand new, but he also took the extra step of cleaning my GE front-load dryer vent—even though he didn’t have to. That level of dedication truly impressed me.

He worked efficiently, explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was spotless before he left. I noticed an immediate improvement in air quality and the performance of my dryer. On top of the excellent service, the price was very reasonable for the amount of work done, making it an even better experience.

They cleaned the vents, but they told us one price over the phone and then they immediately tried to upsell us when they got to our house. They also left a mess all over my desk and computer equipment. It would have been nice if plastic was tarped over my desk before they started working.

Technician showed up 2 hours late. I never received what was advertised on the internet, no video, or filter change. When I checked the main duct work it didn't seem to be that clean. Technician only had a 4" duct brush, a compressor and a shop vacuum for equipment.

Honest, fast, trustworthy. Was very happy with my service. Best price I’ve seen. Had someone want to charge me nearly $3500 for a dryer vent cleaning. Vently Air completed my service of 14 feet for $155. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again.

I had my dryer vent cleaned out. Mark was very nice and professional. Did a good job however I found it odd that after cleaning the vent from the outside, the dust and debris was left on the cement for me to blow/clean up. I would have also liked the opportunity to clean the floor behind the dryer while he had it pulled out. Just little things but they do make a difference. I'd use them again but next time I'd make sure they clean up after themself; both the inside and outside and I'd clean behind the appliance while it's moved out.

I am completely happy with the services I was provided. Mark kept me informed about what he was doing, why he was doing it.

Mark was great to work with! This was my first time getting my air ducts cleaned and they made it very easy. They gave me a first time discount and quoted me $475 for ~1,000 sq feet. Quite reasonable compared to other estimates in the area. They also showed me before and after pictures of the air ducts to show the cleaning. Would recommend!!

Mark was very professional and cleaned all of our vents in our home. Unfortunately, I did not realize how dirty and dusty they were. I feel so good to have them all clean. He took pictures and showed us before and after. I was surprised that we were breathing dust all this time. It’s not something that we think about so for your own health Please have them cleaned. Great experience!! What turned into a routine dryer vent service ended up being an over the top, unbelievably professional service, including replacing a part he noticed was missing. Couldn’t say enough good things about the service!! Communication with the company was excellent as well!

Caught a major fire hazard and fixed the problem. Our tech found the lint buildup smoldering in the dryer vent pipe. Once this starts, it keeps smoldering until it starts a fire. We're incredibly lucky and grateful for his expertise. Thank you!
