They maintenanced two fireplaces in my home that had not been used for years. When they completed their work, my fireplaces looked like new.

Between mid-November 2025 and January 2026, we scheduled three different times with Levi Air Duct Cleaning Inc. to clean air ducts, dryer vent and chimneys in 2 houses. This entailed on our part, rescheduling and/or taking time off work to be available for their 4-hour window, moving heavy furniture and dryers to insure access to vents, and delayed use of the fireplaces over the Thanksgiving and Winter holidays. Each of these three scheduled cleanings were canceled the morning of the appointments due to scheduling issues of getting workmen to our home. Once, even twice, we understand. But three times is nothing short of incompetence!

Worst experience ever! They came out to clean our system and left it just as dirty as it was before. They even forgot to put registers back on. They took the dryer vent off and slung debris everywhere. They didn't even clean up after themselves or reconnect the dryer vent. They did more damage then actual productive and helpful work. Never use this company.

Dan and Lian were great today. They made sure I understood the price and procedure for getting our chimney back to safe. We set up the Gold package per their recommendation, and they even repaired the mantle! Great service, we'll use them again.

Dan and Lian came to my house to clean my air ducts. They were spectacular. Vents look incredible. Both of them were very professional, friendly, and accommodating. They walk through every step of the process with you so there are no surprises. Highly recommend there services.

[CAUTION] I highly recommend looking at the other 1 star reviews as their experiences were very similar to mine and look for someone else to do a cleaning. They pressure you a lot into getting their subscription plan that’s over $1000 and the guy pretends to be on the phone with his supervisors and doesn’t leave till you give them a 5 star review. We used dryer vent wizards afterwards and there were way more professional and helped a lot more and were very patient.

Dan and Liana came to my home and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. I have never met such friendly and informative people. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the process. They also left the dryer spotless with no debris behind. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. A very professional team with the huge vacuum truck to suck all the dirt out of our duct work at our house and commercial building.

Do not use this company!! I had to call in another company to fix my furnace when they caused it to stop working. They also scratched my walls with their hoses by pulling them against the walls when bringing them into the house and I have have to repaint as a result. My furnace was still dirty after they "cleaned" it as well as not working.

Same day service and a more complicated job was completed well and professionally. Diagnosed water in the dryer vent lines and lots of turns that contributes to the trouble. Glad to have this situation resolved!

Dave was awesome, got here an hour and a half early and did a great job. It only took about an hour and the price was fair.

We had our ducts / AC / and furnace cleaned. Service was on time, very clean and professional. The process was explained to us and all our questions were answered through the time they were here. Good job.
