Great company to work with

Everclean was on great. Scheduling was easy, they were on time, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

Not recommend. They cancelled and re-scheduled multiple times. Do not give you an exact time but rather a possible range. Cleaning is surface-like at best, under beds and couches remains filthy, etc. They do not have the same cleaner.

I am extremely disappointed. I came home after the service, my front door was open, many of the lights were leftlon in my home, particles from the mop were remaining on the floor, powder cleaner residue left on the toilet, bathroom shower is hanging by a thread with toys emptied in the tub and soaking in cleaning detergent which means I will have to rinse and clean it again, dog hair everywhere, dust, my child's homemade picture ripped to shreds while someone cleaned my refrigerator, there was a framed picture of my daughter that was knocked off her dresser and not picked up, the list can still go on.

The owner never returned my concerned emails. I will never use again.

You did come visit my home when only my partner was there and the experience was horrible. You guys tried to up-charge him when we just wanted a simple inspection.

I used LeV Air Duct cleaning INC yesterday. I think they are not transparent with their prices and they are really expensive. Of course they said the cleaning price is $69 but or course they are going to tell you you need a deep clean which start at $900! So be prepare. If you do not do it you will need to pay the $69 anyway!
After that, they ask for a review, which they do themselves. That is why ,I am writing this second review. I have to say they did a good job. But I am sure someone's can do it for less. No would no recommend a company that is not transparent with the price!
Anyway. I recommend do your price research first, before calling this guys.

We’re very happy with the work that Dan and Lian did today. I’m impressed with how professional they are! As a person who has allergies, I look forward to the fresh air! We really needed this service. We’ll be in touch with them and hope Dan and Lian are available to help us when we’re ready to have our air ducts and vents cleaned again.

There are no words to describe how amazing amazing they were. They were thorough, honest and personable amd made me feel like I was the only client they had. It's hard to find honest people these days and they were upfront about everything and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. I would 100% recommend them for pretty much any service they offer and I will definitely be using them from here on out for any and all services they offer.

Yuvi was great. He was punctual and explained the entire process, giving us options of service. Yuvi was professional, kind and thorough in the work. We would recommend.

The team was very responsive and polite to what we needed. While their rates were higher than some competitors, we were very happy with the service and attention to detail the team provided.

The quoted prices are very misleading. My FIL signed me up for them to come out and clean our dryer vent as our clothes have not been drying well. He spoke with the rep who quoted the $69 price or whatever. My FIL told her it would involve 10-15 feet of pipe to clean along with going to the roof. She said it was no problem, would cost a little more.

The team arrived and was very nice. When I was quoted over $900 for an air vent service, I told them that was a bit steep. My FIL came over and found out how much they were charging compared to what he was quoted. Once finding out how much he was quoted compared to how much they would charge, I told them they were being dishonest and did not feel comfortable with continuing any service. Lian (the owner's wife) then said that "karma is real and I will get what is coming to me". When asked if she was threatening me, she said "yes". She then got her husband (the owner) on the phone - when I told him that she threatened me, he asked "Am I supposed to be scared by you telling me that?"

The other tech (Dan, Lian's cousin) was very kind and even understanding when I told them to get off my property. Needless to say, I will never, ever use or recommend this company.

Let me respond to Mr. Lev's response. I have just enough hearing with two hearing aids to not be completely deaf, so I depend on reading lips often in conversation. When others are speaking English as a second language, it makes it hard for me to follow them in conversation, so I depend more on things in writing. I let Mrs. Lev know of that. When given the contract, there are a number of components on the top of the contract which makes the $900 a pretty good deal. However, when talking with 75 year old father in law about what he was quoted on the phone and finding out that I was misled, the deal was considered void at that point. Once the threat was made by Mrs. Lev, I felt even more uncomfortable and demanded they left my property.

Mr. Lev, if you or your wife felt intimidated by my large stature, I'm sorry about that. I however will not let you intimidate me or my family over this interaction. I consider this interaction complete and will never happen again. I am placing this response because I feel it is very important that I was almost taken advantage of in a situation involving an elderly person as well as a disabled person. I am willing to let this end here.

Lian and Dan came to our home today to look at our dryer vent and relocating it. They were very honest and knowledgeable. They noticed our dryer vent was very clogged and was eventually going to cause a fire. We would happily recommend them again and would happily use them again.

They were very professional and kind ! They explained everything before they started and I appreciated that . They did a great job !!
