I got my 3 ducts cleaned. All the ducts were fully dusty. The technician checked it and went to the truck . I thought they are going back but they came to the ducts with their latest tools .

I hired a company 1 day before hiring them. That company was not serious with the job . They came at 4pm instead of 12Pm . In the evening they left doing half of the work that was also not thorough. Then i called this company who charged me less and did work within 1hour.

The team was very professional and respectful of my home. They did an excellent job cleaning the air ducts and left everything clean and tidy.

Two calls...two messages. No response!!!

No one answered the phone and no one called me back.

Have not had a return phone call

I don’t know who they have running billing and customer service but I think they should rethink their customer service. Very rude and unprofessional, charged me 205 dollars for an AC refill and almost half of that was labor.

The people at curlees are very friendl,they helped me when I could not pay them right away, and needed the most. Heat went out in the middle of a cold spell, and they made sure we did not freeze. Still working with them.

Bruce put in my original system and has been taken care of my house for the last 20 years. I trust him he is efficient and timely and I can't say enough good about him I hope he never goes out of business.

1st and only one to answer my call for help. Fixed my heater problem that same day! Just plain good service at a dam good price. I'll be sticking with Curlee for now on.

This place got the job done. It was a bit of jumping through hoops to get a hold of someone but when I finally did, they went over and repaired what I needed. I gave them access to the vacant house because I was going to be away while they were scheduled to perform the work. I tried to contact the business back again, to get a status update without luck, despite several left voicemails. The next contact I received, was the bill in the mail. No issues here, it was a bit more than I was expecting and I would have been better with it had I been notified of the extra charges when they arrived to the site. Regardless, I sent off payment but have yet to hear back from them.

I'll use them again if I can get a hold of someone.

This is the greatest company ever, I contacted several places in Sterling to have someone come out to fix our furnace that broke down on Dec 24 2023 and NO ONE but Curly's would be available till January 2. Our House was 42*degrees and all we had was a electric blanket I had called all over and would of paid any amount even if I had to sell my car for $1000.00 to get heat for my family and animals. Thank God for Bruce Curly and he did NOT even charge me extra because of the holidays I will make it worth his while.GOD BLESS THIS MAN BRUCE CURLY
