Cannot believe how clean & fresh the air is in the house. Since the dust, dog hair, etc. build up gradually you dont notice how dirty it is, once the ducts are cleaned & sanitized there is a huge difference. Mile High's crew was excellent, with minimal disruption they did a fabulous job & were great about explaining the process . Locally owned & operated & such a difference in the results of previous duct cleanings, never an immediate dramatic result before. Could not recommend Mile High enough. A 💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥rating on a scale of five!! Our two Newfie's Otto & Zelda are major contributors to the need for MH services.

Andrew and Jeff did a great job cleaning out our ducts using negative air pressure. We had to cancel twice due to snowstorms, but they were on time and conscience of moving in and out of the house with their shoes. They completed the work in 3.5 hours.

This is the worst I have ever had. One thing his workers don’t clean all the vents as agreed; secondly, the job is not quality, 3rdly he charges way more than others in the industry, 4th they don’t care about other households stuff while working. They broke 2-3 floor registers when they were working for me. The owner of the business promised to come back and take care of the skipped jobs but later on he ignored me and disconnected the communication. After all, I don’t recommend this company to anyone. There are many begging to work unlimited number of vents for only $129. Contract them and avoid this guys.

Mile High Duct gave me very specific information over the phone and did not try to up sell me. They arrived promptly, actually called and came earlier, and the did the job efficiently. All the pictures looked much cleaner than before.

He honored the original estimate, thoroughly cleaned our air ducts, and took the time to explain the entire process in detail. Throughout the cleaning, he showed us the results, which gave us confidence in the quality of the work. He also did a great job cleaning the dryer duct. We highly recommend Andrew for his professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail!

Folks who cleaned were very nice but did not do a good job picking up after themselves. Left bits underneath and around air vents after cleaning and even left one vent completely unscrewed back on. Good communication and response time though. Pricing was fair compared to other companies I looked into.

I had a fantastic experience with Mile High Ducts and highly recommend them! Andrew was incredibly responsive and professional from the start. He kept me in the loop every step of the way—letting me know when he arrived, when he wrapped up, and even sent before-and-after photos and videos of the work.

He also took the time to thoroughly explain the entire duct cleaning process over the phone, which I really appreciated. The job was done on a 1908 home in Park Hill, and the difference in air quality was noticeable right away.

Excellent communication, trustworthy service, and a job very well done. I’ll definitely be using Mile High Ducts again in the future!

Not what I excepted from a family owned business. Only here for an hour, from setting the appointment with Andrew, he stated would take a couple of hours based on my Square footage. I had an appointment to get my furnace repaired or replaced and they advised I get my money back because of the quality work that was done. They informed me a house my size would take 3 to 4 hours if done correctly.

If you have an appointment, you may want to stay home and watch them do their job or cancel your appointment
