EDIT: Review done after initial call in order to get a discount. No review=no discount. Tried to start a fire days after tech left, chimney still did not vent. Called, no show. Called again, showed but problem not resolved and was told to call someone else. I paid over $400 for a cleaning which they said would solve the venting issue. It didn’t and I’m out that money and still where I started. Would not recommend this company~ clearly not knowledgeable in wood burning stoves.

Original review: Shay called ahead and arrived on time. He was extremely polite and professional. He was thorough in his cleaning as well. I will definitely call again!

Ben did a fantastic job cleaning our chimney. They were efficient, left the house clean, and even gave us some tips on how to burn better,
I will use them in the future. I highly recommend them!

Mark was very polite and did an excellent job. He did have to do repairs on the duct work that were not part of a general duct cleaning and did an great job. I'm sure it was a longer call than normal because of the repair but he was always courteous and professional. Thanks Mark!

They were quick to schedule and provide an accurate quote. Their long distance travel fees are the most reasonable I have seen. Dru, the on-site tech was fantastic!!!! Respectful of our home, talked us through the process and was very efficient.

Very polite and courteous customer service. Easy communication via phone or text. The tech was prompt and the process took roughly an hour for my condo (1200 sq ft) and the price was right. The ducts are clean and I'm happy.

Good job. Tech was quick and efficient. Did not explain how much lint he got from duct as I never have done this before. But should be fine as long as it solves the problem for me O would like a paper receipt for my files if possible. Thanks, Bruce

Dru kept me informed re: his arrival time. He is friendly and efficient, and did only what was needed (we knew in advance). We were charged the minimum as only our chimney needed cleaning. The entire process took no more than 20 minutes. Very happy with the service.

Mark was very helpful and competent. He needed to replace the dryer vent attachment with the correct part which was very complex. He did a great job.

Showed up on time, Mark the tech was very nice and knowledgeable and pointed out some things I needed to be aware of. There were not items Vently could do so it wasnt like he was trying to up sell me. Did an excellent job cleaning and sanitizing the vents. Overall an excellent service and experience.

He did a good job clearing the vent. It took longer than expected because of bends in the vent. Bad design in my opinion. Two places to improve: he was going to leave the piles of lint in the stones outside. I asked him to vacuum it up especially since it was windy. He did not re attach the outside vent.

The job was professionally done. Great follow up in getting the appointment set, tech was on time and extremely personable. Very nice guy. He explained the process, showed me pictures of the vents, so I knew what he was going to do, and then cleaned up everything and left absolutely zero mess. 10/10 I would use again.
