The technician did a very complete job. He came the same day I called so I could get my new dryer. Mark was pleasant and the price was reasonable. A lot of lint came out.

They showed up for the inspection and was able to perform the work, great service, very professional, and very friendly.

I see alot of reviews saying they dont come with equipment, but our tech came with everything needed and spent time to get all of our vents clean. There was no upcharge and we were billed what they quoted . The amount of debris they ended up getting was unbelievable! Our tech was friendly and professional. And it might seem like they only use a shop vacuum but they also hook up a machine to the heater which collected alot of debris.

I came across VentX on Thumbtack. The reviews I looked through provided very positive feedback with of course a number of them that had issues however, each had a follow-up reply from VentX addressing their concerns which is what I look for and appreciate. I absolutely will no do business with any company that ignore negative customer feedback.

Mark was the technician that came to our house. He was very genuine, courteous, and thorough. He walked me through every step of the process, captured the before pictures to show me the states of my ductwork, cleanup everything exactly how he said he would do it. Afterwards, he captured the after clean pictures and verified each one against the before pics and what an AMAZING difference there is. It was crazy enlightening and we should have spent the money to have this service performed at least 5 years ago if not longer.

We noticed within a week how little the dust was building up on tables and furniture. And to think we have been breathing this poor air quality for years. Ughhhhhhh.

Anyway I digress somewhat. If it's been 5 years of more since your last cleaning OR you have NEVER has it done and 5 years have passed, contact VentX and set up an appointment! Make sure to ask for Mark M.

Mark M is great! This is the second time we’ve used him. He did an excellent job on our house as proven by the “after “ photos, he’s smart, efficient and excellent at explaining the process to the customer. We had a strange noise in our furnace and he came back to check on it the next day on his own time, happily and discovered I had installed the filter incorrectly. Problem solved, no fault of his. This guy gives GREAT customer service!

Mark was more thorough than any previous dryer duct vent cleaner we’ve had: he got on the roof and found a wire mesh over the outlet that was clogged with lint (and removed the unnecessary mesh); he cleaned the inner cavity of the dryer (where lint could cause a fire); he used a rotating brush as well as a vacuum to clean the duct itself; he ran the dryer’s own diagnostics to check for internal clogs; he took before and after pictures of everything; he measured the airflow reaching the dryer with a meter before and after the cleaning; he told me how long before another cleaning might be needed (3 years). There was a small add-on charge for the internal dryer cleaning but the total price was very reasonable.

Best experience I have ever had with an HVAC company. Mark cleaned out my dryer perfectly. He will be coming back to check the rest of my duct work next week. Highly, highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Mark did a great job showing us what it looked like through the camera and you could tell which room he was in. Professional and clean in the process. Be prepared that your old filters will be clogged with dirt once they are done and you should have extra filters on hand for Ventx to replace with new ones.
