I have been using True for about 6 years. They never disappoint me with all aspects of their business from scheduling to Customer service and knowledge of complex systems. Todays visit was a periodic checkout of my A/C system. The technician Colin de Koziowski was super helpful explaining what he was doing and details of the visit. This company had great reviews and I was originally excited that they had a same-day appointment available. They ended up never showing up or calling for the original appointment window a few days ago. When I called they said they were having issues and "our tech will definitely be out later today". No one ever came, no one ever called.

I called back the next day and they told me that they were sorry and another appointment window was confirmed for today (2 days after the original appointment). "You will be first on the tech's list since you had issues and your appointment is in the morning."

30 minutes after the appointment window closed today, I get a call saying they will be there later in the afternoon.

When the tech shows up, obviously in a very bad mood, he ends up cutting through the AC drainage pipe and creating another issue of repairing that. When asked if he will be fixing the new damages he replies "no" and charges us for literally making the problem worse.
