Once they figured out our main issue, they did not pressure me into making a decision on the spot . I was explained everything detail by detail as it was happening. Josh G was the main person dealing with communication. We ended up having our main line pipes replaced. Josh G was on site early in the morning waiting on the rest of the crew . When i bought my home in 2023, I knew there were some ... imperfections. No AC, and a 30 year old furnace. I hemmed and hawed over replacing the furnace and adding AC, and this year started getting quotes. Tipping Hat was my final quote, and not only the most affordable (about 10k less than my highest quote) but also ... the vibes were just better? Dan came to my house, gave me a really clear run down of factors to consider, quoted me four different options at different feature levels and price points. He was fantastic. Warm, patient with my questions, and clear about the risks and benefits of my options (heat pump, traditional heat/ AC, just replace the aging furnace etc etc).

We went with the heat pump heat+ AC, with backup furnace for the super cold days. He quoted me the full price right then and there -- including duct work, electrical, new smoke detectors, and a top of the line thermostat. Their team even take ownership of submitting paperwork for Xcel rebates! THEN he got me booked for *the following morning*.

The team arrived promptly at 8:30a and they were AWESOME. Tyler, Sean, Vasily, and Joe were all individually fantastic - and clearly worked well as a team. Warm, transparent, careful and respectful of my home and my family. They worked all day, and the job was completely done, and they had cleaned up after them selves by 3:30. I am thrilled. The AC repairman from Champion HVAC Service, I think his name was Maddox, was incredibly polite and diligent. Although it cost a bit more than I initially expected, the pricing was fair. They really know how to do a thorough job, utilizing a powerful suction machine located on a special truck instead of just a regular vacuum. Maddox did a great clean-up job, sealed up vents, applied some anti-bacterial spray at the end which was a nice touch, and even provided visual proof of the work with a small camera. He also sealed all the areas where he had drilled into the ducts, none of which were over an inch, except for the hose connection point. He even cleaned out the inner parts of the AC unit. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received in Denver.

I contacted Champion HVAC Service for A/C maintenance as a new customer. They communicated well about when their technician would arrive. The 5-star rating comes from the fantastic service provided by Tony. I had turned off our A/C after noticing ice forming on the Freon line at the outside condenser. Ice usually means there’s a Freon issue. Despite the hot weather, Tony efficiently diagnosed the problem and discovered a Freon leak on a line before the A-coil in the Air Handler. He needed to step out for a short time to pick up a part for the repair. Our heat pump system is over 9 years old, and it faces tough conditions. Tony fixed the leak and recharged the Freon. Now, our system is running cool again. He was professional and thorough in checking our heat pump system. A company’s reputation is built on the quality of its staff, and Champion HVAC Service clearly has great people. Their dispatch team communicated effectively, and Tony delivered exceptional service, so I’m happy to give them 5 stars!

i called after a friend recommended them because other ac repair companies were too busy to help. someone actually answered the phone, which was a nice surprise. i explained that another company had come out the day before and quoted me over $2000 just to fix my ac, and charged $119 for a diagnostic. the person on the phone said my situation didn't sound right and promised to send a technician the next day. $592 later, my ac was working perfectly. the other company wanted $188 per pound for refrigerant, but here it was only $70 per pound for the same thing. nicolas was the technician who came out, and he was very patient explaining everything he was doing. i definitely recommend this company for ac repair and will keep using them. later on, my ac stopped blowing cool air again. i called and they showed up the next day. they found out my condenser was frozen and needed replacing, which sounded like bad news at first since it would have cost $2,000 plus labor. but they checked if my unit was still under warranty, and the next day called me with great news—the condenser was covered, so i just had to pay for the installation. when tony came to install the condenser, i asked if he could also check my furnace and he said yes. after about 4 and a half hours, i had a new condenser installed, coolant recharged, and a freshly tuned furnace, all for under $1,000. five stars for this ac repair team!
