I've been using CFM for years - they are my go-to for commercial HVAC equipment and materials because I know I'm going to get the correct item, when I need it. I will always recommend them to anyone.

Rachelle is rude and not helpful at all. I will advise my technicians to go elsewhere whenever possible.

Here is another great company that can help you out of a pickle. We had some issue with some equipment we installed & talked to them and they stood by the whole time and help work out the issues

We do so much business with CFM and a ton of parts on a regular basis but, we all thoroughly dread having to speak with the receptionist. We would hope any company would want someone answering their phones to be helpful and polite as that is the "voice of the company"

Horrible service from begging to end. Ramsey or anyone will not return calls or emails. In my opinion the only reason they are in business is because they are a rep WE have to use for various suppliers. They cornered the market and just don't care. You have no other option but to tolerate their abuse.

Horrible Company to get parts from when you need to replace components for Greenheck units. Never answer the phone. You leave a message; they never call back. They definitely to get better organized to provide better customer service.

I replaced the furnace. The Tipping Hat experience was stress free and professional end to end. The team took care of everything. Sidney, the supervisor, helped explain everything up front and put together the quote while Elizabeth helped with the details of the quote and they both made me feel I would be totally taken care of. Vasile and Cole did an excellent job installing the furnace. Joe did the electrical work. Everyone explained everything about the project. I also liked the 10 year warranty and some filters and maintenance included so I know the furnace will be taken care of in the future.

Our furnace went out on the coldest day of the year. The Tipping Hat team responded quickly and replaced our furnace the next day. The team was professional, competent, clean and educational. We would recommend them to anyone.

Chris was awesome. We called and got a same day appointment to unclog our kitchen sink. They were prompt in sending a text message about when he would arrive. He was on time and very professional. He evaluated the situation and got right to work. Within minutes, he had it unplugged. He cleaned everything and made sure it worked. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises. Thank you for what you do!
