Horrible customer service! The employees DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. It takes on average 4 days to get back to you then another week for parts to order. Then you get the parts (another week) and they are INCORRECT!
This is not how you do business; I'm surprised you're still in business. Thanks for getting my customers mad at me!! You are forced to get parts here because they supposedly can get the parts. I really hope another part store open up or starts carrying these parts. If you can avoid going here don't go.
