Like everyone that seems to work for Tipping Hat, plumbing, heating, electric, Arnie was a professional. Very courteous and very knowledgeable. I’m very grateful to have purchased a new air conditioner/heat pump through Tipping Hat. The entire experience has been fantastic. Not to mention the quality product they Installed.

Josh was great. Super friendly guy. He got our new water heater installed quickly and it looks really nice. Josh kept us in the loop the entire time and helped us get the best price. Highly recommend tipping hat. If ya can ask for Josh Grill.

Call to get an aproximate price of replacing a kitchen faucet-I had already purchased the exact faucet. Turn on valve under the sink. I also asked about replacing the insides of tiolet--again I had product. I asked for an aproximate, knowing situations arise--was told no more than $150 for both. Thought that was more than fair--I wrote down the numbers and the gentleman's name who helped me. When the techician arrived--he was very nice and courteous--told me $507 just to replace faucet. He told me not to worry, he would take off $100. Really??? He then went to his truck and had theinitial phone call replayed--verifiying everything I was told. Told me the plumber I spoke with was mistaken. I left from work, wasted my time and his. Again, he was very nice and courteous. A scam Don't trust this company.

Very professional, kind, and efficient. I was given great advice about our 16 year old hot water heater without feeling pressured to buy anything. Their plumbing work is VERY professional and well done. The price initially seemed a little steep but for how much work they did I absolutely feel like it was worth it. I would highly recommend Josh, Jordan, and Finn.

Whole team was kind and awesome. Worked with us through multiple options. Understanding and adaptive. Got my new furnace system installed quickly and efficiently. They were also kind and loving to my doggo Peaches.

Pedro was personable and professional. We had a good time talking about my water heater and drip irrigation system in the backyard. He flushed our water heater, replaced the expansion tank, and installed a new hose bib, which greatly increased the water pressure in our backyard. He was also friendly to my curious cat who supervised his work performance. Thanks Pedro!

Steve did an amazing job fixing an old wall heater that hadn’t been working for quite a while. He was quick, friendly and efficient. I hadn’t been able to find anyone willing to help me fix it after calling several different HVAC businesses and he came in and made it happen! Confronted with a failed main furnace requiring immediate replacement, my wife and I reached out to several contractors and ultimately decided to replace ALL four of our 22-year old HVAC appliances, —2 gas furnaces and 2 Freon AC units. After 3 days comparing/consulting countless equipment options, quality/warranties, and costs, we chose Tipping Hat. It was a very good decision! From start to finish Jillian D. and Katrina H. in the front office handled our initial inquiry and MANY subsequent calls/texts/eMails promptly and patiently. We can’t say enough positive things about Sebastian E., the technician who performed an incredibly thorough initial 1.5 hour assessment of our HVAC needs in order to provide us a wide array of customized solutions…..then explained in meticulous detail pros and cons of each. Compared to other bidders the cost of the Tipping Hat proposal we chose (two 2-stage variable furnaces and two 19 Seer2 communicating variable heat pump & ACs) was appreciably less than other comparable packages, their warranties were far more comprehensive & longer in duration, and financing options were more flexible (be sure to ask about their “no lemon“ policy!). The very next day 3 Tipping Hat vans and a 6-man service team showed up at our door and got right to work. They were an amazing “well-oiled” and clearly experienced team. Floyd S., site manager for the day, introduced all of them individually and explained what their unique jobs were for the day. Special shout out and sincere thanks to them all: Romeo S, Joe, L, Jordan, W, Tyler, G, and Finn M. I cannot possibly list all they did for us, but would note that I spoke with each of them individually several times during the day. In every instance they were approachable, informative, and pleasant. They all sought me out whenever a variation in their usual plan was required and explained the concern, cause, and proposed solution before proceeding. Finally, to a man, each conducted a “mini walk-through“ on their particular project to show their work and answer any relevant questions. Ten hours later they left – project completed, premises cleaner than when they arrived, and with us EXTREMELY satisfied! It’s been only five days, but both upstairs and downstairs systems are performing exactly as billed: smooth, quiet, and effective.
Their ad says, “We provide good old-fashioned service”… and we couldn’t agree more. Thanks, Tipping Hat!

Bill did an outstanding job reinstalling the water heater and flushing out the new line. He also reinstalled the small sink in the bath down stairs which had been removed before the jack hammering started yesterday. He had to put on new p trap under the sink as the old metal ones were not able to be used. He also examined the sink faucet in the laundry room as it was not functioning right. It came out that the faucet itself was not working and was leaking in the cabinet below. Bill was amazing with his ability to diagnose the problem and I will be installing a new faucet. He is by his actions a very valuable employee,very respectful and polite. If you are giving him a reward please double at my request. Thanks Lew

The Main crew that ends up doing the actual work was amazing. They were professional courteous, and did excellent work. Thank you Dan N., Jordan W., Roman P., Joseph S., Tyler G., Romeo S., Finn M., Austin V., Cole B., Joe L. These individuals worked hard and communicated with me the entire time. Please take the time to notice these individuals they are your backbone to this company , if you didn’t have them Tipping Hat would not have the report that they do. I will say, however, I was disappointed in the salesmen That came out and did the initial estimate. At first, It seemed everything was going as planned but a little rushed. Justin was courteous and did as much as he could in his position, but then I was brushed off twice by Kodiak to get the final run through to make sure we are on the same page and should have been here for his crew to know all the details that needed to be taken care of. I appreciate the fast work that Tipping Hat offers but when running through the initial plans, I feel it was rushed and should have been communicated with the crew that does the work so they are on the same page as to how the work needs to be properly done. Through all of this, Elizabeth has been amazing and patient thank you. She has made sure that my project was taken care of. I would recommend Tipping Hat, but I will say make sure there is good communication with the customer the crew and the sales people.

I decided to get my 30+ year old A/C unit replaced with a heat pump before the incentives expired and saw some ads for Tipping Hat. I went through the reviews and decided to call for an estimate. I had immediate responses from them and was able to schedule a day and time quickly. The estimate process was simple and worked with Billy to explain what I was looking for. After giving a tour of my current set up he went out and came back with several options for me. I liked the estimates and he answered all my questions. There was no high pressure for anything and after my decision he let me know my current furnace was not the best (contractor model). He could have easily played that up while trying to sell to me, but let their offerings speak for themselves. He offered some add ons if I was willing to install the next day which was much appreciated too.

I was able to get the heat pump installed the next day. The installation team were polite and made sure they didn't mess up the place. They got the work done in a day and left the place in a good state. They took their time to go over everything they did and answer any questions I had.

I was happy with the entire experience and the team at Tipping Hat was great to work with. Im glad I found them and if I need any more services I will call on them again.

We were very impressed with Tipping Hat! I thought it would be a simple water heater replacement, but I was really happy with how they fixed some of the poor legacy design from the previous setup and made it far better. Really a solid, beautiful job by the Tipping Hat crew.

Mark came in and explained all about what needed to be done. Much more than just changing a faucet. He had to rebuild the pipe structure inside the wall for the shower. It was old and out of code and (I guess quite a pain to do) understood that we needed it done as soon as possible. He worked up three payment options. He was very easy to work with.
It seemed liked we had known him forever.
He came the next day made the necessary repairs. The work looked great. He answered some questions I had about other work the company does. He gave me his card.
I will request Mark for any work I need done in the future.

Start to finish white glove experience! Our furnace has been limping along for the past 5 years and finally took its last breath a few Thursday's ago. Tipping hat was prompt to arrive Friday morning to do a walkthrough and assess all the things. Furnace, A/C, Water Heater... the works. You see everything was 20+ years old or close and well if your going to do one why not do them all. The sales team was knowledge and very helpful. They even had their crew deliver 4 space heaters to get us through the cold weather until the install could take place. While install was a full day and into the evening event every crew member was respectful and I felt very safe and comfortable. With so many professionals in and out of the house I was surprised by how well they worked together and respected each other. When it was the plumbers turn to work in the same tight space as the furnace there were zero issues or complaints. You can tell these men respect each other and the company they work for. It was a breath of fresh air to hear playful banter and everyone being in good sprits. Each specialty kept me informed through out their process and had me review and sign off on their portion of the project, thoroughly explaining everything to me. The service team behind the scenes who were scheduling, answering my random text messages, and ensuring permits and inspections were done are a very kind, prompt bunch of women. Tipping Hat is blessed to have so many astonishing and competent employees. We will without a doubt be using them for more projects moving forward. My old furnace was beginning to seep water and the corners of the heat exchangers. In addition, carbon monoxide numbers were in increasing making it necessary to replace the unit. I’m so pleased. I chose Tipping Hat to do the replacement and inform me of the best HVAC unit for my home. I had excellent service from Sebastian, who explained everything, including the cost and comparisons of products, two Floyd, Joe and Romeo who did the tear out and installation of the new units. Kevin made the appointment for me so that I could have another bid on the cost of the job and Chrissy updated me about the time of their arrivals. They worked diligently all day, long carrying old stuff out and new stuff in in spite of the tremendous winds we were experiencing. I had an appointment and had to leave at six, so Floyd and Romeo finished setting work Thermostat and cleaning up after I left. That’s what I call a trustworthy team. I came home to a warm, clean house and a thermostat working perfectly. Knowledgeable and courteous employees who display good values are an asset. Any company would love to have. Tipping Hat had a 4 man team come out to replace a new hot water heater. Zach and another technician came to do provided the electrical work connected the electrical box, it was done cleanly and safely, and made sure to walk me through what they did and showed me the electrical line and color so I could see , and showed me the on and off switch. They did this in a timely matter, before heat pump water heater unit was installed. Also Tristen and Cameron, the technicians for the actual installation of the water heater heater went smoothly and timely There housekeeping was very clean when they left. They got me set up on the Rheem app where I can monitor my hot water at any time.

I called and spoke with Shannon, who was friendly and set me up with an appointment to look at my plumbing issue. I was impressed that they were able to come out next day.

Leah sent me a text message asking if I was available earlier than my appointment window (a welcomed surprise) for the tech to come out.

Cameron came to my house and quickly assessed that I had a leaking pipe. He was able to provide a quote on site and get the repair completed quickly and (most importantly) correctly. I no longer have a leak and I can sleep at night again.

The cost of the repair was reasonable and I am thankful that Tipping Hat was able to come out so quickly.

We recently hired Tipping Hat for a major overhaul of our home systems, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Our project was extensive, involving a full HVAC replacement, the installation of a heat pump, moving our breaker panel from the exterior of the house to the basement, and replacing our whole house fan.

I called Tipping Hat because they had a $49 come out special and I needed to know what was going on with my furnace. Joe was sent out with his assistant to check the furnace and to tell me what was wrong with the furnace and what needed to be done plus the cost. He stated to give them a call back and they would get it done. I called them back to let them know that I wanted the work done. They came at the time at the time that the appointment was set for. They were very professional and polite. They tested the furnace to make sure that it worked correctly. I would gladly call Tipping Hat back for any furnace problems that may occur in the future. Great company to work with.🙂

Outstanding experience! Tom P., Jillian D., and Katrina H. from Tipping Hat Plumbing, Heating & Electric were truly fantastic. The service performed was to flush out and do routine maintenance for my hot water tank, including checking for wear and tear. Lucky for me, nothing major was discovered, but it was absolutely worth having the service done. It gives me peace of mind that the tank will last a good long time. They maintained excellent communication throughout, and the work was performed professionally, right on time, and with impeccable quality. The value for the price is incredible.

This hole crew from top to bottom did a wonderful job. Very nice group of people always keeping you in the loop. And clean and well organized. The reason for the 4 stars is the price. But it was done well and fast.
