Jose was a life saver. Even though he worked after hours to fix our heater/furnace, he didn’t complain and showed genuine concern. He replaced our furnace igniter and got us up and running. He was very proficient, and professional. We will be using Right Away Heating again, and we hope to get Jose to fix our HVAC system in the future!

Jose was wonderful! He explained everything to us and why it was happening (first time home owners). He was knowledgeable and professional as he fixed our HVAC system and got us up and running! He even stopped by on a busy day after we noticed a pipe may have had a leak after being rotated to make sure we didn’t have any issues. He’s super responsive and considerate of your time, giving you text and email notifications about his arrival. Would recommend again and again!

A costly mistake using these guys. My heat went out. They came and charged me $400 to replace the igniter in my furnace (they also removed all my closet shelves without replacing them to access the crawl space). The heat still wasn’t working after they left. They went back again and said they fixed it, and that they would waive the service fee for the second visit if I purchased their annual service plan (keep in mind the original issue still wasn’t fixed). They left again. Furnace still wasn’t working. They went back a third time (for which they alluded to charging me for the visit but ended up not doing when I questioned the issue still not being fixed) only to find there was water in the heat exchange. A major issue that should have been found on the first visit. They still could not find the reason for it. At this point they told me I needed to replace the heater. Needless to say after three visits and still no reason for the water I didn’t feel confident in moving forward with them to replace the heater, but was still on the hook for the original $400 to replace the igniter on a furnace that now needed full replacement - and a closet that still needed to be put back together. Their techs don’t seem to have knowhow nor customer service skills. I texted the owner to allow him a change to remediate and never heard back. Do not recommend

Ryan was right on time, very friendly and professional, and gave practical advice on servicing the unit. First HVAC company I've used in Denver and expect to go back for all future needs

Jose and his colleague were prompt, kind, and extremely helpful. They not only fixed our heat, but they also gave helpful tips to prevent future issues and inform us better on how to maintain our equipment. We could not recommend them enough!

This company was awesome. Very speedy service, only had to wait 30 minutes for our emergency. Jose was our technician and he was great! He was very professional, polite, friendly, and knew a lot! We will definitely use them again, if needed and refer to others that might need help in the future.

I wouldn't reccomend this place because the drivers are very rude and impatient. Whoever was turning on Santa Fe and 7th around 230 pm today needs to chill! Road rage is a thing. I couldn't even take my children to the library without them fearing for their saftey, because one of the drivers was aggressive with us as we were turning trying to find parking for the library. Be aware of who you let work in your home.

Always great. Prompt, good service and no sketchy up charges. Ryan is particularly good, but everyone from Rightaway is top notch. I’ve used them for years and will continue.

Wonderful service across the board! We had gone through three different techs and lots of money only to have our AC not get completely fixed. Ryan came and within 45 minutes had sorted through the mess of the other techs and got it up and running. They offer a two year warranty for their work as well which really put our minds at ease. Would highly recommend!

They've been a life saver a number of times. The staff are friendly and honest and their prices are very fair; I never have to deal with pushy sales tactics, and their service plan is a no brainer.

When my unit stopped working just months after I moved in, another company wanted me to drop $8000 to replace, rebuild, and rewire the entire system. Right Away got me back up and running for $1600 with just a few hours of work.

My system was poorly built before I moved in, but Jose and team have made a number of improvements to keep me cool and comfortable.

When going with a contractor, I prefer to use the little guy rather than the big companies. Less overhead with more competitive pricing and generally more personal service. This is the case with Right Away, a family run business. Jose, the owner came out to work on our furnace and did an excellent job. The thing about Jose which I find rare amoung technicians, is that not only does he have the experience and technical expertise, he is also very personable. An outgoing and friendly guy, he explains in simple terms and by way of analogy, what the problem is. Again, a quality among service people you don't always find. I very highly recommend Righ Away Heating.

BEWARE!!!! I had this company install a whole home humidifier on my upstairs furnace. I had an issue with them about not securing the wires properly, coming loose and the unit stop working. I never touched a thing and they blamed me for opening the box and taking them out and then charged me for the fix that they created. Now the circuit breaker box that they installed with the whole home humidifier is faulty and they charged me a service fee and want to charge me for repairs. Even the technician that came out today said, who would do this? The owner lacks basic communication skills, is passive-aggressive, and does not stand behind his work.

I had a furnace issue during a recent cold spell and they were at my house with an hour of my initial call. Very professional service. The technician told me the issue was a simple cleaning of a particular part, which he cleaned and had me back up and running very quickly. Price was very fair, service was great, would highly recommend.

Great experience! Was able to schedule a next day appointment. They walked me through everything I needed to know. Prices are fair and Ryan was great. Signed up for their annual plan. Would definitely recommend!
