I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not hire this company. I had them diagnose a furnace issue. Their quote for the repair was six times higher than the next companies (licensed technicians). The astronomically high quote was part of Horizon's scare tactic to make us replace our furnace (only 5 years old) with a completely new unit. They even had their sales department on the phone before we could process what was happening. After explaining we'd like to talk about it and seek quotes, they kept pushing us to decide. Further, their replacement furnace cost was over twice the price of other quotes received. At the end of the day, the repair was a simple fix completed within an hour for minimal $ from a separate licensed and xcel recommended technician. Do not hire this company, and if you do, please seek other quotes to compare, so you can understand how much this company price gouges and tries to scare you into a replacement furnace!

For Liz who helped schedule the appointment to Jonathan and Stefano who consulted with me and did a fantastic job fixing my dying A/C unit, I was really impressed with the professionalism of Horizon. Thanks so much for getting my A/C unit up and running again!

I heard through a neighbor that Horizon was the best company to work with, as I was searching for new a garage door. The service was excellent! I was explaining that did to my age and new knee, I could no longer get into my crawl space to change my filters for heating/ air conditioning. They offered me a service for minimal amount per month to check out both regularly and change whatever needed to be changed. After cleaning my air vents, the other company told me I would need a new furnace and a/c unit. I called Horizon immediately to come and check for me. I did not realize they had marked it on my paperwork the last time they changed the filter that I would soon need a new furnace/ ac. They took care of the job quickly and to perfection. Recently, they came back to check the furnace when I asked the gentleman if he knew anything about gas because my back burners on my range quit working. He found the problem immediately and did not charge me. I realized that Horizon wasn't just as another company but a family. Anything I need that pertains to my home, I will be calling Carol @ Horizon Services. They REALLY CARE!

The Horizon technicians are excellent. The furnace check up was thorough and everything done was explained very clearly.

Fortunately I hired Horizon Services 4 years ago when I moved into my “new” home and I quickly needed an entire HVAC system (2 furnaces, 2 a/c condensers, etc.). My new Trane system is superb and was exceptionally installed. Even the Denver permit inspector man was very impressed. Additionally, above & beyond their technical expertise is their customer service. They truly take a personal interest. From the very first phone call with Liz, then working with Jonathan as project director, to every single interaction with the team - everyone is responsive, kind, knowledgeable and they follow-up. They also do all the routine maintenance to ensure my equipment runs well for a long time. I have met the owner and his wife and again, that interaction is special and not common with other companies these days. I have had a couple plumbing issues and Horizon has efficiently handled those as well. I endorse Horizon Services without any hesitation. I am a loyal customer and would not consider a competitor. Service tech Jason was on time and professional. He took time to explain in depth what he had found during his annual inspection of my furnace system.

On Monday, October 20, I learned that I would need to have my boiler replaced. I was justifiably upset but Jonathan and Tom assured me that they would "sharpen thei pencils" and take care of me. I have been with Horizon for 18 years.
Later that day I met with Carolyn who gave me the replacement cost. I put the charge on my credit card and told Carolyn how I planned to pay for it.
The next day, at 7:30 am, Mike and Jonathan arrived. The place protective covering on my tile floor and proceeded to replace the unit.
They kept me informed throughout the process and finished around 4:30 pm.
I have absolutely trust in Horizon and encourage any homeowner to establish a relationship with this company.

Horizon services were absolutely incredible! From my call in to book my service appointment to when my service tech, Josh left they were absolutely professional, friendly, wore shoe covers into my home. They took time and answered all of my questions, showed me what they had done, and explain what needed to be done.
I would highly recommend you use Horizon Services for ALL of your plumbing and heating and air conditioning needs they are the best!

Replaced "janky" leaky spray foam plumbing hack from a quick flip underneath the kitchen sink. Prompt. Professional. Communicative.

Called to ask for an estimate on replacing ductwork. They spent 30-minutes of their time at 5pm walking me through diagnosing the real cause to my heat issues. We came up with several more cost effective options to improve my heating and AC. This advice and time spent on the phone was all for free and in the spirit of doing the right thing and helping someone out. You don’t find that often these days. Great company and even better employees.

Jose and team were great in helping us get our AC up and running again after it went out in the dead heat of summer. They were able to get us in quickly, explained everything they were doing and all our options to resolve, and I felt had very fair pricing. I will be using Right Away for all my HVAC needs moving forward!

Jose and crew, including Haley in the office, are very professional and explain everything in layman’s terms…I’ve used Right Away in recent history to install a new water heater, boiler and outdoor water faucets and I’m very pleased.

Jose and his apprentice were exceptional. He responded very fast to our request, he was very thorough, explained everything he was going to do and completed a complete gas re pipe job in less than 6 hours. Very reasonable pricing, I would definitely use him again and refer him to friends and family.

Jose A. came today for an emergency appointment since our AC wasn't working. He found the problem quickly and walked us through all the potential solutions clearly and succinctly. I felt good about making the decision we did because we had all the options. And then he got the work done RIGHT THEN and we had working AC within two hours. He was so helpful and I'm grateful!

Jose came over and did a great job - he was here less than an hour after I called, fixed the problem and was gonna in less than half an hour. Pricing reasonable too. Would recommend.

My heater stopped working the day before we were supposed to get a winter storm in denver. I called Right Away Heating at 8:30 at night. Jose was at my house in 2 hours. He walked me through his observations as we looked at my heating unit, he figured out the problem quickly, and fixed it. It turned out to not be an extremely complicated issue, but I was so appreciative that they respond to emergency calls, were professional, and a pleasure to work with. Also, affordable.

Jose was absolutely incredible. I had a complex furnace issue that I needed to be immediately addressed because the outside temperature was 0 degrees. Jose came out just hours after I called. He walked me through the issue and allowed me to observe for my own benefit. Ultimately Jose informed me how to fix the problem and gave me two options: 1) to allow me to acquire the necessary parts myself and to install the parts myself, and only pay Jose a reasonable service fee or 2) to pay for the parts, installation, and the service fee. I chose the later and my furnace has been working great ever since.
