Gordie and his coworker From Builder's were perfectionist and did excellent work. They were very detail orientated and I would recommend them to anyone that needed a HVAC system installed.

From start to finish they went above and BEYOND to help my Senior folks who were taken advantage of by another company! They have gone out of their way to help them!!! We have a service contract with them and called in more than a month ago to shut down our evaporative cooler and furnace check. Every time I call in, it is the same story - working area, by area. Called in again today and got the same story. We've never had this issue with them before, but this has gone WAY past ridiculous. If you like getting excuses and the runaround, sign up to be one of their customers. If like me, you find that very annoying, find someplace else.

Builder's is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. They quoted me $3,500 for problems they made up. Two other companies told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my boiler! Builder's also quoted me $800 for a radiator knob! Shame on them!

Furnace had no power. Josh came out and told me I need a new transformer ($250.00). Then after about an 1+1/2 hours he told me the termostat wire had a short in it. He took a look in the attic and said he was not going to go up there. He said he could send someone else over the next day. I made him put the old transformer back in and fixed it myself!!!!!

Builders heating and AC is excellent! My old heating system was inefficient, and they assessed the challenges & replaced it and some faulty ductwork They set very realistic expectations about schedule, price and challenges, and consistently operated on time and on budget. And they were very competitively priced.

Everyone I dealt with from beginning to end was great. Everyone understood what we needed and got the installation done quickly and professionally. I very much appreciated the care they took working around our other equipment. I couldn't have asked for a better group of folks to work with!

I have an instant hot water boiler in my house and have used other services that have not been able to diagnose the problem. On emergency Jason was able to come out that day, quickly diagnose the problem the other service did not catch, get the parts and fix it!
Builders also installed my mini split A/C system and when it had a mechanical problem after install went out of their way to come out quickly and replace the entire system under warranty.

We had a boiler/water heater replaced along with repiping of the old system and adding an additional radiator. The project was a lot bigger and more complicated then anyone anticipated. Laramie and Jason were always professional and kind. They answered any and all questions and made sure the job was completed to 100% of our satisfaction.
Jason spent a ton of time with us going through every possible option until the perfect solution was reached for our budget.

Had hot water issues. Technician came out and diagnosed as a bad mixing valve, but didn't have the part to complete the job. Charged me $79 for a 10 minute diagnosis. He thought the cost to replace would be $250. He came back 2 days later and said the part was $400+ and the install was over $400 for a total in excess of $800 for a mixing valve.. I politely asked him why he didn't call ahead and offer cost information before coming out and wasting my time and then asked him to leave. I checked on line the exact same part is available for less than $130. I know these guys need to make a living, but really? Had someone else come out and replace the part for much less $$, but that didn't fix the problem. Builders Heating & Air Conditioning didn't even get the diagnosis correct. Glad I didn't go down that rabbit hole with them. Who knows what they would have tried to gouge me for replacing part after part until the problem was fixed. Ended up being a bad check valve.

Builders Heating & AC used to be a company I enjoyed working with. That has changed since they were bought by (or merged with- not sure which) Fix-it 24/7.

I made an appointment for early October of 2020 to shut down my swamp cooler. This was with Builders. At some point when the change to Fix-it 24/7 took place they lost my appointment and so the technician was a no-show. I called and they rescheduled me. The morning before our new appointment, our water line to the swamp cooler began leaking into the house because it froze and burst.

I used to be able to call and talk to someone who could answer a question or schedule service right then and there. This is now impossible because Fix-it 24/7 uses some service to take EVERY call and then you get a call-back. The operators taking the messages are not local, and I'm pretty sure FIx-it 24/7 is only one of several companies they work for. This doesn't work for me - I can't always take calls where I work, so it's frustrating that I miss a call and have to start over.

I like working with local companies where the relationship and service are good. Fix-it 24/7 may be local, but they run things like a big faceless corporation. I'll be looking for another company to handle my cooling needs going forward.

I had Dave and team install a mini slot heat pump in my detached home office. The system is quiet and effective. The install is clean and neat. Dave was responsive. I’ve finally found my go to HVAC company after using 3 others that thankfully I’ll never have to call again.

Kyle and his crew did an excellent job of installing our new efficient furnace and ac. We were very pleased with their work, extremely courteous and professional. We highly recommend their company.

Just had my furnance and water heater replaced. Old house and furnace .Dan and Clarence did an excellent job. Very professional, right on time and they were able to get it done in one day. They explained everything really well,were gracious about the missong steps outside the back door and very patient with the dog. Dave was great to work with also. Highly recommend.

We have had three different technicians. All have been very knowledgeable, professional and excellent to work with. I highly recommend this group. Customer Service was superb as well.

This team is amazing, we've had them install a new AC unit at a rental of ours as well as a new Swamp Cooler at our primary residence - the sales/initial team we met with, Rich, the team at the office (I believe Sherry) and the installers/tuner upers are amazing. They're on time, fairly priced, and communicate easily and often. I will use them again for our 2nd rental in the future when needed - and have no doubt you will be happy if choosing them for your needs.

I've been using Builders Heating & A/C for several years to maintain and service my swamp cooler, and have been satisfied with them until now. They quoted me $700 for a replacement pad, including installation - of course I thought this sounded very steep, but they stood by their price. I was able to purchase the exact same pad online for $160, and have another company that's going to install it for $95 - a total savings of $445 over what Builders quoted me. Needless to say, they won't be getting my business anymore!

I have purchased 2 furnaces from these guys, the one for the rental house was a very difficult install. I have them service both houses annually for the furnace and they set up and winterize the swamp cooler each year. Guillian is the bomb! She keeps things running smoothly in the office and is so personable. Prices are fair and workmen are professional and always clean up after themselves.

Builder's Heating & Air Conditioning has been my "GO TO" specialist for years. They recently replaced my Furnace, AirConditioner and Humidifier and I could not be more pleased. They were very thoughtful protecting floors and interiors during the installation process. The job took several days and I was very impressed not only by their professionalism, but by their patience helping me understand the new system. I would highly recommend Builder's Heating and Air.

We invested in two major home HVAC projects this year, installation of an Evaporative Cooler and a new 96% efficient furnace. Builder's Heating and Air Conditioning handled both jobs with exceptional professionalism and skill. Both pieces of equipment were the right choices for our home and both the sales staff and installation staff delivered the schedule and quality promised. We highly recommend this company!!

We have lived in our house for 16 years and since day 1 Builders has been the only HVAC company we have used. We scheduled a heating annual maintenance check up for October. About a week before they called and said they had mechanics who were sick and had to reschedule. So set up an appointment for November 6. Today, November 4 they called and said they had to many emergencies and they would have to put us on a waiting list. The new owners don’t seem to have there company in good functioning order. When and if they call me just going to tell them I no longer need their assistance.
