Our AC system stopped running and we're unsure what was going on. Michael showed up and diagnosed the problem as an electrical issue. It was diagnosed and fixed in under a half an hour for under 200 bucks. I recommend them.

Mike was amazing, professional and very knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend, we have two toddlers and a baby who's bedrooms are upstairs and got very hot due to our AC that stopped working. He came out immediately on Memorial Day to get started working on it ASAP! He was great at communicating and was a hard worker ☺️

All Weather is amazing Micheal is truly amazing came on time seems and was very professional answered all my questions was polite id go through them over again if needed.. My AC stopped working called Mike he was professional from the beginning kept me informed every step of the way, unfortunately after he tried hard to revive my old unit it’s time was up. He had me up and going with a new unit the following afternoon! His work is worth a million $!$!! Thank you Mike for making me needs your top priority.

Avoid if at all possible! The contractor did not finish the job on day one then no showed our follow up. Did not return phone calls and did not return texts (which we could see were 'read'). This is a business you should not work with - imagine if my circumstances occurred in the middle of winter leaving you and your family literally in the cold. Terrible experience.

Mike, my service technician was excellent. He
Explained the issue and the cost to fix these issues. He reached out to my Home
Warranty to see if they would cover all cost. And of course they didn’t but that’s a story for another day. My experience with this company overall was stellar.

Mike was going to replace my HVAC motor for me. He sent me an invoice for $700 for the part, I paid it, and then never heard from him again. My texts wouldn't go through, calls went straight to voicemail. He totally ghosted. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt that maybe something happened, but after reading reviews here and other places, this seems to be a common occurrence. This guy is a scammer/criminal - don’t use him.

Mike and his team are stand-up guys! If you need anything done with your HVAC unit or water heater, he will win your business. Highly recommend!

Wish we had held off paying the invoice until after the job was done.

After radio silence, we offered more money to complete the job but haven’t heard from Mike / All Weather since we were told a replacement part was in the mail about three weeks ago.

Despite lengthy silence we gave Mike the benefit of the doubt and trusted his word.

We eventually asked if we should look elsewhere for someone else to complete the job, we heard nothing back.

If he told us the work was beyond his expertise or he wasn't available, that would've been fine.

We've worked with him before and he did great work in a single day - he would've been our first call if our HVAC went down or needed replacement but this recent experience has been weird & unrelatable.

I initially thought maybe he was having personal life problems or something but he responded promptly to a message from another phone number that he thought was a new inquiry.

Hope he reads this and betters communication for future clients.

Solid work, reasonable price. Would use again. Bad experiences with 2 HVAC companies, absurd quote from the cooler company, then I thankfully found these guys who did the work for a more reasonable price and did a great job.

Our technician was Kelly Delatorre, he was awesome! He did an amazing job and made sure the new dryer vent duct looks nice and neat. He was very polite, friendly and patient. He made sure to wear booties inside and cleaned up everything after he was done, he did a great job.
We had an unreasonably long and winding dryer vent duct and just to clean it it would cost 400, rerouting the whole thing and making it go straight cost 700, so I consider it a good price and now we will be able to clean it ourselves since it is short and has no elbows anymore. 👍

Adan was professional and personable. I had a damper that was not installed correctly and was making a horrible banging sound. He found the damper and corrected the issue. I am so relieved! I highly recommend Ultimate!

Ultimate heating did a wonderful job installing my mini split in my business building. The crew was clean and tidy from start to end. The front desk was helpful and responsive with my excel energy refund (energy rebate was honored).The communication and a little hand holding during that time was excellent. When the initial county inspection wasn't correct, at no cost to me, the changes were made so inspection could be passed. I am not sure how many other companies would make all the little steps to make the installation seamless. Thank you !!!

This company is amazing!! Our central ac stopped cooling...called last night after hours, they had a tech out here the very next day! Alex was professional,knowledgeable, and very friendly. He diagnosed that the capacitor went out on our unit and was able to repair it on the spot! On a 100 degree day, we are incredibly grateful to Ultimate and tech Alex for getting our house nice, cool and comfortable again, all under 24 hours from when we called. Thanks so much!!! 😁

Ultimate is great. Installing a new furnace was efficient and easy for us. Junior and Ricardo did a wonderful job. Very helpful in explaining the process and information on operation of the system. They were careful to cover the floors and cleaned up everything when they were done. The electricians Mark and Dylan were great too. We would highly recommend this company. Wish we could give them more stars!
