My furnace went out and they were able to have someone come within a few hours. The tech Kelly was fabulous and he passed the dog test :-) my dogs loved him. I feel very confident having them come replace my furnace and I feel very comfortable with them in my house

I am completely happy with the new air conditioner and heater I received. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain any questions I had. The turnaround time to have them come and do the work was extremely fast. I was very impressed with the workmanship and all of the employees were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was referred by my next door neighbor who had Ultimate install a new furnace recently. He highly recommended them for a professional installation. Ultimate communicated with us well throughout the process and we were able to install the new furnace promptly and had the installation inspected by the Jeffco Building Department the next day!

Needed a quick service turn around for a home under contract that needed refrigeration line insulation replaced. Ross showed up on time and did the work completely without and issues. Great customer service and they were able to schedule us in the time frame we needed!

I scheduled Ultimate Heating to perform regular cleaning and maintenance on two furnaces in my home. They told me I needed a new furnace,which can be upwards of $10,000. The furnace is about 7 years old and should be under warranty, which was the first red flag.

I brought a reputable company to get a second opinion. The first thing they noticed is that the furnaces had not been clean. They performed their own inspection and a carbon monoxide test and said the furnace was in great condition . They also had to clean the furnaces for me, which meant I had to pay twice for the service.

Long story short, I sent photos and videos of the dirty furnaces to Ultimate and they told me that if I wanted them cleaned it would be an extra charge and that their technicians performed their work as expected.

I told them that with those expectations I would never do business with them again. They refused to give me a refund.

The tech came and inspected the system, rewired the new thermostat I'd installed, told me the heater wouldn't work at all, and we'd need to spend $14-16K for a whole new heating system. I contacted a friend of mine in another state who's an HVAC tech and over facetime, we discovered the thermostat was rewired incorrectly by the tech that came out. My friend walked me through rewiring, and setting up the thermostat correctly, and now we have things working like they should, without spending a ridiculous amount on a whole new system. This company was either incompetent, or intentionally trying to keep my current heating system from working so they could upsell me a whole new system.

I have been a very satisfied Ultimate customer for over 13 years. They recently replaced my aging and repair-prone furnace and air conditioner with a new HVAC system and whole-house humidifier. The price was right, and the installation process was outstanding. The team arrived on time, protected my floors and carpet, worked very efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly, explained how to use the new thermostat, and politely answered all my questions. Kudos to Ross, Sam, Jorge and Dylan for their superb customer service!!

Technician Ross let me know when he was on his way and arrived well inside the window I was told he would. He was very knowledgeable about our furnace and its operation and ran a test of the system, but of course, it didn't do what it had been doing for us. He told me what to check if it happens again and to call them when it does and he'll come back. He wore shoe booties in the house and was very personable and professional. I will definitely call Ultimate Heating again when I need them.

I’ve worked with Ultimate for many years - both with Kyle G and Kyle M. I can’t say enough great things about them. They are honest, incredible communicators and do great work. Any time we have HVAC needs, it’s awesome to know we have a company we can trust.

I saw their truck in the neighborhood one day and noticed the Carrier brand. I called to make sure this was a family owned business and was assured that it was. Ross came to inspect my furnace that wouldn't come on. He found that it was pretty much done and would cost more to repair than worth it. We sat down to discuss a new system and made the deal. It was thursday and the install date was the next Monday. Jr Comacho arrived with his father which was a father/son team. The install was very professional and the crew walked me thru every step. By the end of the day I had a brand new HVAC system that works beautiful. That night it got really cold and everything performed as it should.
I will say that the moment I called everyone was great including the scheduler. It was a very easy decision and I will recommend them to all that I know.

After a week long back and forth with one of those Home Warranty companies - complete scams Don’t EVER BUY ONE they are all liars! Anyway, I called Ultimate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electric and Tina picked up the phone I was in tears having been without hot water for over a week I had no idea how long it was going to take to get a new water heater installed. This extremely helpful & compassionate company got me an estimate within hours, and booked on the scheduled the very next afternoon. The price was reasonable and everyone that made contact with me was efficient and honest. I was defeated, angry, and in tears at 2pm; by 3pm I was hopeful; and by 5pm I had an estimate talked with the plumber, and was on the schedule for the next day. That’s customer service,

Ultimate provided a very competitive quote on a full Carrier Infinity cold weather heat pump with gas furnace. Installation only took one day to remove old furnace and install the new system. Junior's team was very polite and did an outstanding job installing. Once completed, Junior made sure everything was working as it should. Thank you to the Ultimate team for a successful, stress free installation.

The Ultimate team arrived on time and went to work right away. All of the team were very knowledgeable and completed all of the demo and installation work in an excellent fashion within one day.
