Just had Denver’s Best Heating and AC service my air conditioner that wasn’t cooling. Steven was our technician and I couldn’t be more happier with his professionalism and knowledge. He replaced a capacitor in no time and also checked the freon level to make sure it wasn’t low. I am thinking of replacing the unit by next year and will give them a call.

My furnace stopped working overnight and the guys were able to come out to fix it within about 2 hours of me calling for an appointment. They were extremely helpful, told me exactly what was wrong with the furnace, and gave me a few suggestions to extend the life of the unit. The guys were very friendly and I'll be doing business with them again along with recommending them to any of my friends and family.

Absolute incompetence in communication. We were told 3 different things by 3 different people. Told they would be out the same day, then we were called back and told Tuesday and now they are saying 10 days... Go to Four Seasons Heating Inc.

We give Denvers Best HVAC five stars. They had very fair pricing on our new water heater and furnace replacement and AC install.Merrill, the install tech was very knowledgable. He identified and resolved issues with the duct work to improve air flow throughout the house. He also identified an issue with excess dust paticles in the home and installed a REME-HALO home air purification system and electronic air cleaner attached to the new furnace. No more paper filters. Our air is now very clean!!!!!
The joy of instant hot water and a new furnace and AC that will keep us very comfortable in our house for years to come is first-rate . You REALLY ARE Denvers Best HVAC.

The service on my AC and furnace install was wonderful. The office staff was very responsive and professional. Zachary, my technician, was very thorough and knowledgeable. He kept me informed and also advised me on getting regular maintenance. I would highly recommend this company.

I called them last Sunday and they were able to send the technician the same day. He was able quickly diagnose the issue with the blower motor and replaced it the next day. I could tell he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. The price was a bit higher than on a weekday, but I was happy that they were able to schedule me on a Sunday and were able to fix it the same day. It is worth it.

Denver's Beat Heating and AC repair was quick to respond and communicated clearly. They came when they said they would, and did a great job onsite. When he arrived there were two ways of approaching the install, they did an excellent job telling me the pros and cons and costs associated with both and left the decision up to me. They were also very patient with all my questions.

They have been servicing my business and home for many years. And recently, when my old furnace failed, I knew that I would probably need to replace it due to its age. As usual, I’ve got the best service from both the receptionist and the technician. Since I’ve been their customer for a while now, I also got a hefty discount on the replacement. My ac quit working on a 90 degree day. I called Denver's Best and they were able to fit me in for a same day appointment. I was so thankful to get my ac repaired the same day especially while having my 3 kids home for summer vacation. AJ was very knowledgeable and professional! I will be calling this company for any future ac or heating repairs.

My old furnace died and after discussing it with Shane from Denver's Best, we agreed it would be best to replace it. Shane was super professional, honest, and took the time to explain all the options to me. What I really liked was that Shane was also the installer for the new unit, and came back immediately when we thought we smelled gas after installation. He was really great throughout the process. The installation wasn't easy, but he did a perfect job - not an speck of dust left anywhere. New furnace is working great. Staff at the office was also very helpful and up front about the availability of furnaces during COVID. I highly recommend Denver's Best!

Our furnace was leaking and wouldn't heat during the freeze. I called them on a Saturday and they were quick to respond and get the repairman out. We wanted to get it fixed the same day, but the supply house was closed. For a small extra fee, we were able to get the supply house to provide the part and the tech was able to get the furnace up and running the same day. Wonderful and professional service!

Of course the AC goes out during a heatwave. And neither company we've used in the past could help in an emergency. My sister referred me to Denver's Best Heating and AC Repair and they came right out and fixed the problem. Merrill is wonderful and provided great, thorough service. Thanks for taking care of us so promptly.

I am writing to express my disappointment with Denvers Best Heating and Cooling. My AC and furnace, which was fully purchased from them only two years ago, malfunctioned. Unfortunately, my experience with their repair service has been unsatisfactory. Despite my repeated calls, which often went unanswered, I have received inadequate responses and a lack of resolution. On-site technicians demonstrated a lack of concern, failing to provide clear explanations for the issues or their proposed solutions. Specifically, I have yet to receive a copy of my contract from the manager, Lisa, despite repeated promises. It appears that the company prioritizes new customers over existing ones, which is concerning. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Denvers Best Heating and Cooling to others. They could do better !

Thank you, but I believe there's been a misunderstanding. I was charged $900, which includes $600 for labor. If the compressor was indeed free under the manufacturer's warranty, as you claimed, then the charge should have only been for the labor cost. Please clarify the $900 charge and explain what the additional $300 was for. Your team mentioned the compressor being $800 and Labor $600.

Also, I'm still waiting to receive a copy of my contract, as requested. I appreciate your assurance that long-term customers are valued, but I need transparency and clarity on this specific issue.

My husband and I could not have been happier with the service provided by this company when our air conditioning randomly went out on what seemed to be the hottest day this year.
They were incredibly prompt, respectful, polite, reassuring, and educated. I really appreciated the two young men who helped with my air conditioner specifically, they went out of their way to answer all my questions. They were very kind, and it was easy to reach them when I had any concerns or issues. I highly recommend them to anyone. Great service ☺️

The same day made a diagnosis, and unfortunately, an investment of a new system Was essential to make a reliable code compliance system, and at the end of the day service was above and beyond expectation

Out of all options in this area, they are the only ones with their level of commitment and really live up to their business name! I am happy to know my little sister, who just moved close to Denver, will be able to have all of her heating and AC troubles fixed. Oh, and they do appliance repair too! 10/10 for me.
