I'm very happy with the service and responsiveness this company offers. Our furnace died in January 2025 right before a blizzard. Ultimate heating offered a better price than another company which works with Carrier furnaces and installed everything within couple hours. We had 2 service calls since then and in both cases our issues were resolved within 24 hours. Technicians are very knowledgeable and will explain stuff if you're interested in learning about your heating system. Great service so far, no complaints.

Ross was great. Communicative, right on time, no BS. Gave some great recommendations on preventive maintenance to keep things humming and didn't push to buy stuff we didn't need. Will definitely call Ultimate Heating for future needs!

Alex was able to quickly determine what the problem was, took the time to show me what he found and provided a range of options to consider. We ultimately decided to replace our 22 yo furnace.

The next day Junior was right on time and made quick work of removing the old furnace and installing a new one. Left the place as clean as he found it. Would use Ultimate again in a heartbeat!

Sam reviewed the thermostat and assisted me and downloading the proper apps to run it from my phone. Ross showed up quickly and did a very thorough job checking through my furnace. He told me what was wrong. Fixed it and stayed around for 30-45 minutes to make sure it worked for an extended period of time.

Ross was amazing. He explained what needed repair and took care of it quickly. He made sure everything was working correctly before leaving.

Ultimate Heating and Cooling is wonderful! Adan diagnosed the problem with our a/c within five minutes and had it up and running in no time. We also knew the coils needed to be cleaned. I had been quoted scary prices from several other companies as high as $1500. Adan checked the airflow and didn’t feel the problem was nearly as severe as I had been led to believe. He cleaned the coils for under $500 and showed me pictures before and after. Perfect! Ultimate saved us hundreds and Adan was so efficient and considerate of our home and dogs. We highly recommend Ultimate!

One of the best HVAC companies I have ever worked with! Had a new Evaporative Cooler and Furnace installed along with some electrical work and new thermostats installed as well. Very professional team (technicians and office staff) from estimate, install to follow up. Kyle and Christian both were fantastic in answering all questions, went above and beyond their job scope and were extremely courteous. Quality of work was outstanding! Highly recommend!
