Really pleased with the Dalco team at every point in the process of our split-head AC install this spring! Right from the beginning, Marc was super friendly and helpful in answering all our questions about what different types of AC install may make the most sense in our space, and provided multiple quotes for different options for us to consider. Once we selected a quote and scheduled install, the on-site team was timely, professional, and helped answer our questions about how to maintain & operate the new units. Dalco was also very responsive in answering lingering questions about the rebate process, which was very helpful. Would definitely hire Dalco again!

Dalco was great. They came out the same day I called and were quick to respond to my voicemail. I liked that they were able to see to my heater as well as my water heater. The tech, Travers, was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and going above and beyond discussing related ways to improve my home and insulation. Super helpful!!! Would definitely recommend.

Our AC failed just as summer started to kick in this year. We have had problems with the unit freezing in past years, as well as problems with the motor unit. Travers came out and diagnosed and fixed the immediate problem very efficiently. He replaced our motor unit which had been mis-installed previously, and connected two of our smaller zones which were causing the freezing as there was inadequate airflow for the amount of cooling. The system works much better now.

There were several things that we found great about working with Travers. First, he's a great guy - very friendly, but also hard-working and focused. He seems very competent and quickly diagnosed our problems and fixed them. He took the time to explain to us what was going on with our AC system, and also the peculiar demands that Colorado's dry, thin air places on AC systems and how we could best deal with that. He also has a great work ethic - he extended his already long day to help us when the system failed entirely, and we really appreciate that.

So overall, we are extremely happy with our experience with Dalco, and working with Travers. Highly recommended.

From our original meeting, Marc provided clear and tireless explanations of our options for replacing our heating and AC. We opted for a heat pump with backup gas furnace. The system met exceeded our expectations, the workmanship was excellent and follow-up very positive. I recommend these folks for their integrity, professionalism, and experience.

When we needed to have our heater replaced Dalco did an amazing job. We had several estimates from various companies and Dalco was right in the middle. They took the time to explain everything and make sure that the system that we were looking at would really fit our needs. They even helped take care of filling out all of the rebate forms. We love our new system and have AC for the first time.

A month late when our hot water heater started acting up, we called Dalco again.

Our water heater stopped working and we called around and was charged 2.5x what this company quoted. The technician came out assessed the issue explained what was going on. Practiced safe COVID measures and made needed recommendations. He got my family hot water timely and even gave us time to add an extra furnace cleaning service to our appointment. We will definitely use this company again!!!

Where do I start? I want to believe at the core of the company that they mean well and want to do the right thing. All the office staff and service techs have been cordial, prompt and professional. Unfortunately, I wish I could conclude that for the owner, Marc Brewer. The system that was designed by Marc has been minimal at best. We live in a simple 1,000 sq. ft. Denver Bungalow. It was NOT mentioned prior to the install that better attic insulation was needed. After bidding out the project, I spent an additional $5K on spray in insulation in the attic and added an attic fan. While the spray foam has helped with the system's performance, I still strongly believe there are design flaws and will be seeking further consultation on the overall design. We are almost 3 months from the install and the wifi thermostat that I have paid for has yet to be scheduled to be installed?!? This was a simple request when I originally bid out installing a "central AC" system. Its a $200+ part that I am now set out on my own to try and figure out how to hook it up. I had high hopes as I have various other projects I will be under taking, but I can confirm I will not be using Marc Brewer's operation. I am not one to write reviews and I, too, work for a small business and get the struggles of finding quality and reliable help. I conclude by saying that I have not received a call from Marc after requesting one from multiple Dalco employees, I bet I get a "google review response" now?

We've had great experiences with Dalco.They always arrive when they say they will and they do quality work and their prices are very reasonable. We had them replace our A/C unit a few years back and have used them for heating and A/C ever since. They replaced our hot water heater a few days ago and after I called I had a new hot water heater within 4 hours. They made it easy as they brought the unit and thoroughly explained the work they would do. Highly recommend them.

Travis did repairs on the installation of ductless AC installed by another company. He is a real professional; We have already recommended him - and Dalco - to friends. Thank you for going the extra mile and making sure everything was done correctly.

I was pleased with my DALCO installation of a new furnace and AC, but not so pleased to write a review. Dalco and Travers are earning this for their warranty support of the unit. For some reason the unit started acting up about a month in but was working fine when Travers showed up. Instead of just shrugging his shoulders Travers dug into the issue and helped uncover a faulty electrical switch. Professional, diligent and friendly; would recommend

Hired Dalco Heating & Air Conditioning to replace my old HVAC Furnace & AC for a new high efficiency Furnace & AC system. I highly recommend this company to anyone! This company does not use pressure sales tactics, the owner and his senior technician are very personable, friendly and honest, they are professional people you can trust. This is my 3rd time using Dalco and I will continue to do so. Everyone I have interacted with at this company has been friendly, helpful, and honestly easy to work with. Last year we had a whole home humidifier installed by them and this year they did AC maintenance. I will have them come out in the fall to do maintenance on my furnace. Highly recommend using them - I feel the cost is very fair and the service is fantastic.

We had a terrible experience dealing with Marc the owner of this business. His communication began as condescending and then turned to passive aggressive and avoidant as we proceeded through our bid, installation and payment processes. Fortunately we only experienced minor actual problems with the installation, scheduling and billing, all of which could have easily been taken care of had we received a basic level of customer service. We will be looking for a new service provider because there was no reason for this process to be so stressful and I don’t wish to be treated poorly when I am a paying customer.

If you want the company with the most experience and INTEGRITY- this is who to call. Saved us tens of thousands from the scare tactic from another HVAC company, and has been consistent, professional and reliable.

DALCO did a great job with my furnace install! I was very pleased with their service, and their price point was very competitive. I'd happily use DALCO again - they helped make sure I was well taken care of.

I had a wonderful experience from Dalco. The owner Marc is a great guy, and had taken the time to visit the site twice, as it took us some time to decide. His guidance was never a sale, and was incredibly informative. Their installer Travers was wonderful as well and even though he had an important appointment for an elderly couple (which was sweet he found that to be so important) he worked like crazy to finish getting the system setup so it could be used same day. We did a Mitsubishi Mini split, and a Water heater. Both installs were very clean, and the electrician they recommended (Tom) was also great, and affordable. I'd ignore the negative reviews about timing or responsiveness, these were likely just inpatient customers who think they are the only customer. For me, they were very quick, and in fact the job was scheduled and completed ahead of my expectation. Everything was better than expectation, in fact.

I could really go on and on about the consultation and advice Marc gave me initially (suggesting things which helped me, but didn't mean a sale for him), but I'll leave off by saying Dalco was one of the best deals on these systems, they were honest and fair to work with, and we will Definity work with them again. Also, mini splits / heat pumps are amazing, and Denver / Xcel offer some huge incentives to install them. It was clear other providers raise their costs to maximize those incentives, but the net result is a higher cost to the customer. I was surprised how affordable the system was after rebates, and It's whisper quiet.

Very knowledgeable and willing to fine tune a complex install until it is operating at its optimum.

Grateful for the team at DALCO. We had a mini split that stopped working. Travers came out and diagnosed the numerous issues with our unit. He's really knowledgeable. Marc, the business owner, also stopped by because our situation was really unique and he wanted to see it firsthand. Marc was incredibly helpful in understanding the various government programs available to us and helped ensure all the paperwork was in order. DALCO installed a new unit and it's working great three months in. Very grateful! Thanks Marc and Travers!
