Rob, the owner of Quality West, is a consummate professional. He was very thorough during the initial visit, taking the time to explain the various options in a manner that made sense for a layperson. The resulting estimate was detailed, comprehensive and accurate. His crew was on time, tidy, organized, communicative, technically competent, and attentive. Their tradecraft was apparent in the finished product. Very pleased with my decision to use Quality West.

3 Bids 1- low high integrity and great guy. 1- Way high and questionable integrity in "Sales Pitch" and 1 Quality bid! Not the cheapest , not the most expensive and clearly the most knowledgeable. The team treated my home with respect and worked hard to make everything installed to perfection. The furnace that was installed awhile back was put in poorly and the guys removed everything and corrected it before adding my new Bosch Heat pump to ensure I am cool this summer. With all the changes to Freon and innovations in technology combined with lots of rebate opportunities and choices in equipment this process was certainly more confusing than it was for me a decade ago but Quality West made took time to explain ALL of my options and at various price points ensuring that in the end I made a choice I can feel solid about for years to come. They covered all of my hardwoods and wore booties without me asking and this was just one of the many things done during install that demonstrated the care, professionalism and integrity of the team! The new controls and equipment are a little complicated but they took as long as I needed to learn about operations before leaving and ensured I had a number to call with questions. Look no further because this IS the company you want taking care of your home and family!

Quality West Heating & Cooling recently installed for us the Fujitsu Airstage heat pump. We wanted to cool our old home (we previously had only one small window air conditioner in our living room) and also switch from our furnace heating. We did a lot of research on environmental impact. We had three bids and went with Rob, Quality West Heating & Cooling. Rob was straight forward in his presentation. The installers were absolutely fantastic! Friendly, and most of all respectful of our home. They always wore booties over their shoes, they cleaned up each day, even vacuumed the carpet on our stairs! We have now gone through quite a hot summer, and we are so comfortable. We are able to set the temperature (done through app on our phones) for each area giving us the option to have higher temps in rooms that we are rarely using, such as our spare bedroom. We highly recommend Quality West Heating & Cooling and also recommend the Fujitsu heat pump.

The Quality West crew did an exceptional job installing my two heat pump systems. They were very professional and did quality work. They put down floor coverings inside the house and wore shoe covers. They cleaned up the debris from the installation when done. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

If you read this review, save yourself the time and just call Quality West. They are easily the best out there. Don’t even bother with the other companies. Explanation below.

Explanation Starts Now:
I had three different companies come out to quote a new furnace, and Quality West Heating and Cooling was on a completely different level from the other two. Their technical knowledge was obvious right away—they actually examined the system, checked where combustion air would need to be added, looked at my thermostat location, and walked me through what needed to be done and why. The other companies didn’t look at any of that, they just felt like a sales pitch. They gave quick, surface-level quotes, recommended things that weren’t code compliant, and completely missed details that actually matter for a safe, good installation.

One company even told me I’d have to hire my own plumber to move the water heater. Quality West moved it for free, and even with that included, their total price was STILL lower than the other quotes. SO THEY DID A WAAAAY BETTER JOB, AT A LOWER PRICE!!!

The difference in professionalism and expertise was huge. They put down blankets to protect the floor, wore protective shoe covers and left the space cleaner than it was before. They also allowed me to watch and ask a ton of questions because I’m a nerd. I felt like Quality West actually cared about doing the job right instead of just trying to make a sale. From here on out, they’re the only furnace company I’ll use. Big thanks to Rob for making the whole process easy and giving me real confidence in the work being done.

Holy cow what a great experience. We were long overdue for a new furnace and water heater and Rob and his team at Quality West did an amazing job. We landed on the heat pump pictured here along with the other equipment and are super happy about the process. The team was professional and timely. They spent a lot of time walking us through all the new functionality and how to get the best out of the heat pump in winter and summer.
