I had 4 different companies come out to do an estimate for installing AC in my home and out of all the companies, Rob at Quality West was the most knowledgeable and quoted us the best price for getting AC exactly where we wanted in the house. Also, Josh, the service manager, was really fun to talk to on the phone as he had a ton of expertise on the Fujitsu mini split units as well and it really made up my mind since I wanted people who knew this stuff inside and out and they certainly did.

It was a big job and took the crew several days to complete, but they were very communicative throughout the process and cleaned up every night before leaving so we could still enjoy our spaces in the home. My house is nice and cool now and the system is QUIET!! I wish it wasn't 95 degrees outside while they were having to work in my attic, but they powered through the heat.

I would definitely recommend the guys at Quality West Heating & Cooling. I have even already recommended them to neighbors!

Have had an excellent time working with Quality West on our heat pump project. Great communication from Josh in the office and lead installer Bob and his team are punctual, transparent, and efficient. Despite the intrusive nature of our project, our home was left cleaner than when they started. We continue to have great service from them even after the installation process. Their pricing is better than competitors AND our house is quite comfortable. Can't beat it!

Amazing company/service at a great price. Installed a new A/C unit: cheapest quote I got with better units. Very clean and professional install. The owner even came by the morning of install: install team was great and friendly.

We had these guys come out and work on our boiler. when the technician was finished he gave us a bill which included a "tune-up" that I didn't ask for or approve, and then he asked for a tip! I did give him a small tip because I thought he had fixed it, but It wasn't fixed and I have water leaking from the boiler for the first time in the 3 years I've had it. I called them back they did refund the tune-up fee. So now I have a boiler that works only sometimes and water leaking from it. I called again and they told me that they don't work on boilers anymore this time of year and just left me high and dry. I would look for someone else if you're considering Quality West.

We first met Rob when he installed our A/C about 4 years ago. We were very pleased with his work, and started to use him to service our boiler. When making his annual service call, he discovered that our boiler was leaking carbon monoxide, and so he replaced it with a new unit. The plumbing is a work of art! We would not hesitate to refer him.
Update: We are still happy customers of Quality West. In addition to providing great maintenance on our boiler and our A/C, they just installed a mini-split (heat pump) in our enclosed porch. This replaced the space heaters we were using, and makes it officially a 4 season room. This is the future of home HVAC and Quality West knows what they are doing. They applied for permits, obtained all rebates for the project (which turned out to be 60% of the total cost), did a beautiful job installing it, and we have been enjoying it for about 2 months now. Our electricity usage has significantly declined so we are helping the environment and our own pocketbook. I highly recommend Quality West and Rob's whole team! You'll be so pleased to work with them.

Outstanding job! ! Our bedroom is the hottest room in the house, so rather than run the HVAC system, we had Quality West install a mini- split in our bedroom. Rob, the owner, came for the estimate and explained the technology as well as our options. Working with Rob and Josh was easy and their price was very competitive. On the day of install, Rob was there with his 6 man crew. The crew was neat, respectful and knew exactly what to do. We discussed changes to our plan with Rob and the electrician and it worked out beautifully. We are so impressed that Quality West is going to take care of the maintenance for the entire HVAC system.

Quality West upgraded our furnace and AC recently. I was really impressed with the level of communication from the office manager and techs. I had a few questions before and after the install. Josh got back to me immediately. Rob, the owner, showed up the morning of the install to walk through the work with the installers and myself. Very organized and excellent communication.

They were on time, did a great job with the install, and cleaned up. I work from home and there was minimum interruption. Overall, very pleased with the install and highly recommend them.

We have had great service and professionalism from Quality West. Ben was here yesterday to do maintenance checks on our mini-split, which we love, and our furnace/air conditioner. Quality West installed our mini-split in last fall, and it has made our upstairs cool and comfortable during the summer heat wave. It is also reassuring that our ac and heat systems have been monitored. Ben and all of the other workers have been very efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful of our property. We highly recommend Quality West! We even had our son call them for his mini-split.

WOW. Entire staff is very professional. Showed up on time or earlier than scheduled. Had Central AC installed on a 3rd floor condo, they had some difficulties with the tiny utility closet, but was able to get it to fit in. They even repaired pipes that were not up to code. The team is very clean, courteous, knowledgeable, kind, and explained every step of the way. Rob & Joel are incredibly nice and even had the team come on a Saturday to replace a defective unit. They really went above and beyond to ensure installation went smoothly for a stressed out homeowner. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this company!

We cannot rave enough about Quality West. We had three companies come out to diagnose a furnace issue and unfortunately learned we needed a new furnace - Quality West's technician Ben was the only one to explain the issue to me. Rob came and quoted us for a new heat pump and furnace system and patiently answered at least a hundred questions from me. Then Bob and Joel worked nonstop into the night to install our new heat pump and furnace, reconfigure our humidifier at my request, install water sensors, replace our flue unexpectedly, and fix some major ductwork issues from our builder. After all that, they still explained the system to me and my husband and made sure we were both comfortable not just with how to use it, but how to handle the maintenance ourselves if we wish. This is the first winter we have felt warm in our house, all thanks to Quality West!

THEY ARE THE BOMB!!! I wish i could give more than 5 stars. I had found them on HomeAdvisor because i needed a 2nd opinion on a problem w my boiler. This was 2 years ago. I then had them out that same year to do an annual winter checkup. Both times it was Don. He was prompt and explained everything that was going on. Well, now to this year. I called for my annual checkup got it scheduled then had to change it last minute. Not an issue. The owner Rob was my service tech and he had to give us the bad news that we needed a new boiler. Not a surprise it is over 50 years old. Rob gave us a quote which looked fair. We just had the work done. It was great. Took 2 days but all the guys were great. Very friendly, professional, and personable. They took the time to clean up the rats nest of pipes and wires from 50 years of sub par work. It is now like a piece of art work. They took the time to explain about everything. All shutoffs and so on. If you need heating or cooling work done call them.

The team at Qulity West was very focused on providing a fantastic experience. Rob delivered excellent customer service from the initial quote through install. The County’s inspector was very impressed with the quality of the work.

The Bosch heat pump worked great through the cold nights and impressed me during the first day in the 80’s.

Incredible service. Had an issue with my A/C and Quality West was able to get a service person out quickly. Ben was thorough and happy to explain what he was doing while he tested and checked the unit. I know little about HVAC systems, but he gave me lots of great info and advice while fixing and servicing the unit. Friendly, fast, effective, and affordable.

After getting 4 quotes for an A/C or Heat Pump replacement for the A/C unit and Air Handler in my attic, I decided to have Quality West do the work and I was very happy with the decision. They were the lower price for the heat pump but I selected them for the knowledge and professionalism. They completed the whole job in a day that included additional electrical work and attic catwalk. They were able to give credits up from for state and utility credits. Finally, they did a great job cleaning up everything afterwards. I recommend them to anyone and I will use them in the future.

Quality West is an amazing company. There is no company I trust more. They installed an amazing mini-split system in my home which allowed me to have a/c in my house without ductwork. This is an efficient cost-effective way to cool my house--I also use it as an additional heat source in the winter. They also installed a new boiler after my old one started spewing carbon monoxide. The piping is a work of art. On a Saturday night, they came for an emergency burst pipe, working in the dark to figure out where the leaks were and how to fix them. They are always professional, prompt, courteous, and competent. They even play with my dog!

If I could give this company more than five stars I definitely would. Rob was so knowledgeable about the product that he installed into my house. I really appreciate how professional the whole crew was and how my new boiler hot water system was beautifully installed. They made this whole process so easy on the customer from directing us to good financing, dealing with the permits, the inspectors, removing old hot water heater and the antique boiler that was on it’s last leg.

We got several quotes to replace our 20 year old furnace and AC. Quality was not the cheapest quote overall, but the price was the best when comparing the particular equipment they were offering. They were prompt, neat, and courteous, and cleaned up perfectly.
When done, they tested the system, and Rob told me he was not satisfied with its performance. It was working, but not as well as he wanted. They came back out, spent hours talking with the manufacturer (Bosch), and tried several things to get it right. It seems our old duct work, and some issues with our house were hurting efficiency. They worked for 2 days fixing issues, until it worked as efficiently as it should.
Never once were we told that we would have to live with a sub par system, or that they would make it "good enough." It was going to be done right. That kind of integrity would have been worth paying a much higher price, but it was all done at an excellent price point for the quality of equipment. There's a reason Quality West has such high reviews. Highly recommended.

Had Quality back for the installation of another Fujitsu heat pump mini-split in our home. They completed the work while we were away and left our home totally spotless. The unit works great and they worked with us to maximize or rebates and tax credits. We will keep using Quality for all our heating and cooling needs!
