Absolute did an absolutely great job on our rather large project consisting of a full circuit breaker panel update and backup generator installation. Michael handled the gas hookup to the generator, which had to be coordinated closely with the panel work. He found a small leak in the system that wasn't directly part of his hookup work and resolved that for us. He also put in a lot of work in making the best connection to the generator, which is working great!

Technician was very knowledge and gave me several options. Did a thorough review of wiring and validated any potential issues. Would highly recommend him to any future customer.

I have tried so hard to give this company the benefit of the doubt and make it right as promised so many times. The worst of it was an uninstalled smoke/ carbon monoxide detector, paired with a gas leak after their install.

The good: They were quick to respond to my request for help when my air conditioning went out in July, I was sold an air conditioner and furnace combo and they showed up the next day to install it as promised. The people I have talked with have been pleasant and professional.

The not as good parts, 1) I found my smoke/ carbon monoxide detector on my coffee table after the install (so I got a ladder and reinstalled it), 2) I walked in and smelled gas, turned off the gas and called them, 3) The guy that answered my call said it was probably an out-pilot light. I told him my new furnace doesn't have a pilot light (shouldn't he know that?), so then he said it was probably just left over smells from the install. I kind of felt like he treated me like a little lady that didn't know what I was talking about. 4) I called them again and said there was a leak. They sent someone out the next day. He looked at it said he tightened everything and it was fine. 5) I went down there and still smelled the leak. I researched how to test for a leak, purchased researched equipment on Amazon and found the leak. I sent the video to the company. This time they sent out a manager. 6) The manger was very kind, apologized, fixed the leak and said he would call me the following Monday after his camping trip to discuss a discount and issues I had with the whole house humidifier. 7) Almost 2 months later, they suddenly contacted me to schedule the inspection. Then all they cared about was their money. All of the promises to make it right or communicate were rarely followed up on. They very rarely did what they said they would do and I feel like they put my safety and my homes safety at risk. I would not recommend this company, and this isn't even all of it that I went through. I think they might be too big or too busy, but they are dropping balls. They offered me a 7% discount for my troubles, doesn't seem right.

Updated 10/14: called the number provided on the owner response to this post on 10/10, they put me on hold for 5 minutes and said Josh would be calling me back within 24 hours. 4 days later no phone call from Josh. This is what it has been for months now. Downgrading from 2 stars to 1 star. They do not do what they say they will do.

Dustin was super knowledgeable, helping us with our breaker box as well as some electrical issues we had inside the house. Highly recommend working with him!

After a very unpleasant discovery of wet carpet in my basement bedroom and dripping noise from inside the wall, Absolute Plumbing had somebody out here, first thing in the morning. A little bit of drywall cutting and investigation revealed a leaking well pipe... Frank did an amazing jo running into town to get necessary parts even though the plumbing was non-standard. Working in a tight space with difficult-to-handle material, Frank solved my problem in just a few hours. Frank was personable, professional and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciated his extra effort!

The technician gave false information concerning the company. He did appear to be knowledgeable about my HVAC system although when I discovered he was being honest it made me suspicious. I called the company and the first person I spoke with had no idea what services the technician should have completed. I asked for the manager to call me. I never received a call. I called back two days later and fortunately spoke with a very helpful and knowledgeable person. I have now received emails explaining what was done. Thank you.

Blake and the Absolute Team did an amazing job upgrading my furnace and HVAC system to put in a high quality air cleaner. Blake took his time, was thorough, and explained the system to me. Thank you.

We had Diego and Cory evaluate a floor drain that has backed up repeatedly. They quickly diagnosed the problem (line needed to be jetted) and handled the problem quickly and professionally. We will definitely use Absolute again!

Randy and Clayton did a phenomenal job replacing the old, crumbling cast iron under the house. They performed quick work with accuracy. I would trust Absolute to perform any kind of major installation and repair in my home. They have great pricing and quality craftsmanship that can’t be beat.

Nick Hymel was outstanding! He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC and had it up and running the same day. He was on time, professional, and explained everything clearly so I understood what needed to be done. His pricing was fair, and the quality of work was excellent. I’d highly recommend Nick Hymel to anyone needing AC repair or HVAC service.

Ian went above and beyond while wiring our new furnace. He fixed some issues with our electrical box and even helped out the neighbor while he was here! Ian was super helpful in explaining everything and had a great personality. Would definitely call him again!

Diego was very professional and polite. He did a clean and thorough job with our kitchen drain clog. He made recommendations for preventative measures to help prevent clogging in the future. Overall we were very pleased with his performance. Thank you and merry Christmas .

Just had a great visit from Absolute Plumbing, master plumber Jeremiah. He was very personable, very thorough and new how to fix our old plumbing so that we could install a new low-flow toilet. Highly recommend! And he came within a couple hours of calling their company! What a bonus! Finally, the price was reasonable and so much better than having to remove/redo pipes.

Ricardo did an outstanding job—he was professional, patient, and took the time to clearly explain the problem and our options. Ian inspected my electrical service, found several areas of concerns and explained how they can be repaired or improved. He gave me detailed estimates and advice. Then he installed a 220 circuit for my dryer (which is why I booked the appointment) and it’s working great. I’m very pleased with the service provided. He was
pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient.

I had a major leak from my dishwasher. They responded quickly, were considerate of my home, and helped me make sure the primary leak was addressed. Frank and Connor also provided guidance on connecting with water mitigation companies and how to start processing an insurance claim. Wonderful company! Highly recommend.
