Ian King did a great job with this project from explaining the scope to the end product, transforming my garage into a useful workspace. Friendly and very professional, worked quickly.

Robb and his team did a great job with a minisplit install in my hundred year old home. I got quotes from five companies, and he was the only one who was able to offer a ceiling mounted vent in a tricky room, which made the entire install blend seamlessly into the room. The team took great care with the plaster, which can be a challenge, and they cleaned up beautifully when done.

There was a small issue with the install that was not time-sensitive, but one of the installers drove back from the shop in a snow storm that same night to fix it.

Great service, they know what they're doing, and they stand behind their work. They also had the cheapest quote of any of the companies I contacted and provided the best solution. I would use them again for any HVAC needs without hesitation.

We woke up to a cold house because our furnace went out during the night - not fun! Scheduling an appointment w/ Quality West was so easy - Josh was very attentive to our concerns & got a tech out right away. Matt was very professional & efficient. He explained his repair/maintenance procedures, potential issues w/ our furnace, and answered any questions/concerns we had regarding safety & our 22 year old furnace/central air system.

Rob, Bob and Dave recently installed a new furnace, humidifier, and did some duct work for my basement refinish work. I was very impressed with their customer focus throughout the process, from initial quote to the follow-up call to ensure I was happy with their work. Work quality was excellent, completed on-time as quoted, and at a competitive price. Great local small business that I am happy to recommend to my friends and neighbors.

I've been a customer of Quality West Heating & Cooling since 2014. It is a great company. The replaced the original furnace & AC that came with my 20 y/o house with a new RHEEM system. What a great job!

I book seasonal maintenance through them and they are always prompt and professional. Matt came today and completed a system check.

Quality West Heating & Cooling is top notch all around- we highly recommend their company for A/C (haven't used them yet for heating but I would!)

I gathered several A/C options, pricing/quotes and did interviews of four Denver based companies. Rob (owner) of Quality West has great integrity, is incredibly professional, quick to respond, knowledgeable/ informative without the feeling of a "fire hydrant" of info.
Rob took time to really find out what we needed (not only cooling but filtering for allergies/ asthma) and customized a system that was right for us...not too big, not too small.

He also has excellent admin/ office support. Josh who answers phone is incredibly knowledgeable on all things A/C with lots of field experience (and likely with heating too) so was able to quickly answer questions on the spot and get back to me to schedule various appointments. Their system for putting together quotes is easy to understand, efficient and really organized (I love when companies have simple systems, i.e. adobe programs to sign documents online!)
Great communication leading up to start of project, arrivals times, etc. The team was professional and conscientious while doing all the setup, install and getting everything up and running. They were great about draping each room for cutting drywall and cleaned up every day before leaving.

It also seems the team genuinely like each other- they seem to have a real ease working together which feels good when people are in your home for several days.

Finally I'm a big fan of people following their passion, as I think it shows in the outcomes. These guys have a true passion for Heating and Cooling (which seems to make a big difference!)

From start to finish we were really pleased and highly recommend them and would hire them again.

My furnace went out and suddenly I found myself getting bids for a replacement. I don’t make large purchases without a ton of analysis to ensure the right solution for the best price. I didn’t just have a broken furnace I have air flow issues too as the rooms furthest away never get enough air. I didn’t want to just replace I wanted to solve a 23-year-old problem. Rob was out the same day walking me through options and not over selling just giving me the facts and not pushy. His approach to resolving the air flow made sense and was very conservative as he proposed small low cost/no cost changes we could implement over time after a period of observation with the new system instead of hitting me up front with new dampers etc. up and making significant changes to the air flow. Rob clearly knew what he was talking about and has likely installed himself over the years as many systems as he has sold. There were three other comparable bids and none of them were even close to the value I was to receive from Quality West.

These guys don’t look at each install as just another job they take pride in their work, are extremely professional and even have some fun along the way. They were creative in their piping as I upgraded to a two-stage variable speed system that required PVC piping so the ascetics of the piping in and outside of the home mattered to me and they were conscious of that. I would much rather work with a company like these guys that are dependent on referrals instead of doing a bunch of advertising because for them customer satisfaction really matters. This is the reason for this long review as they deserve the recognition and I would highly recommend Rob and his team Bob and Dave.

My boiler was emitting carbon monoxide and was tagged and shut down by Excel. Having no heat in the middle of January wasn't ideal but I called Quality West Heating and Cooling after hours and left a message. Within 20 minutes the owner of the company, Rob, called me to ask about my situation. He came to my house the next day to assess what needed to be done. Because of the rust and other issues he recommended a new boiler. Rob and his crew, Dave and Bob, showed up later that day, squeezing me in their schedule and started tearing out the old boiler and formulating a plan to build a new one.

I can't say enough how hard they worked to get a new boiler installed so I would have heat. It took three days including all day Saturday staying every night until 7:30pm. Rob kept us informed every step of the way. I learned more about boilers than I care to know. Rob and his crew were very respectful of our home and made sure everything was cleaned up when they left.

I must add, Rob is very knowledgeable of boilers and loves building and working on them. When they're finished it's more like a "work of art". Rob and his crew take pride in their work and went beyond our expectations.

The name of their company is Quality West Heating and Cooling and I can say the name fits. The quality of work is amazing. They also installed a water heater several months ago and did a great job. The crew is professional, courteous and VERY knowledgeable. They didn't cut corners or try to sell me something that was not right for our house. THANK YOU!

Replaced an ancient boiler with a Lochinvar high efficiency unit . Moved the entire setup into a different room in the basement. Replaced a traditional water heater with an indirect unit running off the boiler. All new piping and ventilation installed, exhaust and intake were run up existing chimney. New internet connected thermostat installed.

I could not be more pleased with our experience with Rob and his crew at Quality West. When Rob did the estimate I could tell how passionate he was about his company and the work he does. He talked through all of our options and made me feel very confident that I would be getting a top notch system. They were on time, professional, and friendly to work with. The job came out beautifully, it is a piece of functional engineering art that I admire every time I walk past it. They cleaned up really well, could barely tell that they were there which is amazing considering how much dirty work was done. Rob was very diligent about communicating everything that was going on, including when they would arrive and leave each day. His enthusiasm for the project rubbed off and I felt excited about the work that was being done, it could not have been any easier on us. I have full confidence that Rob will stand by his work and provide excellent customer service in the future if needed. We will be using Quality West for our annual or emergency maintenance going forward. I just don't think it can get any better than this, it was easily the best experience I have ever had with a contractor.

Efficiency, quality and honesty sum up this fantastic company. Initially used them to repair a leaking boiler. They were here quickly, accurately diagnosed the problem and fix it for a reasonable price.

We subsequently had them install a three zone Samsung inverter in our house. The whole process was fantastic. The owner and his crew worked tirelessly to get it installed and did a great job of it. Most amazingly of all we had all three zones running at maximum for an entire month and it only increased our power bill by $25.00!

Several months after the units were installed they stopped working correctly. We called them up and they sent someone out that day to look at them. They found the coolant line had a leak, fixed the problem and best of all did not charge for the service.

I highly recommend their services. Their dedication to customer service and doing the right thing for the customer is a rarity in this day and age!

I had this local company in Littleton, Colorado install a new furnace after getting several bids . They were the best price. I have since had them do both maintenance and replace a thermostat .

I’ve been using Quality West to service my 28-year-old furnace for the last eight years. I always appreciated their honesty and willingness to keep it running year after year rather than try to sell me a new one before I needed it. I finally made the decision to replace my furnace and air-conditioning unit last month before they died on me. Since it was such a large purchase, I did get quotes from several different places in town but decided I trusted them the most. Josh and his team went out of their way to make sure I had exactly what I needed and for the price I was looking for. They went above and beyond and did such a professional job installing my units. Even the county inspector made a comment about them doing a great job. If you’re going to spend a lot of money on a long-term purchase you definitely want to make the right decision and using them is something you won’t regret. I could not be happier.

Really great staff. Very knowledgeable. They have been servicing our heating and air conditioner system. On the last visit they recommended a new one. They gave us a great deal, even had an electrician upgrade our breaker to the correct amps. Very comprehensive service. And all of the guys are great to talk to. Made me feel very comfortable about being here while they worked. Very professional - really know what they are talking about and they are really trying to get the customer the best deal without unnecessary up-selling. The air conditioner works great, is quiet and very economical. Will be using them for a yearly check up on the furnace and air but even if we move, we will be calling them to service our next house too.

Quality West Heating & Cooling recently visited my home to service both furnace and air conditioning units. They offered competitive prices, easy scheduling and responsive office staff among other things. The technician arrived on time and completed all the work quickly. In the course of the visit, he took the time to explain his approach and offer tips about my system. He also helped me locate and troubleshoot other issue affecting my system that was not directly related to the visit, clearly exceeding my expectations. For all these reasons, I have no concern about strongly recommending their services.

My furnace has been giving me grief for a few years now. I am hot natured and have made do with space heaters or my grandparents trusty kerosene heater since probably 2019. No issues.

Of course this year we have a polar plunge and I’m leaving town for a few days when I fire up the furnace except no fire came on this time. I love remembering things don’t work at such inconvenient times. I called around, with the forecast showing a high of 0 the following day I would imagine I wasn’t the only one remembering their furnace didn’t work, and unsurprisingly no one had any availability. My flight was at 6:30pm and I wasn’t leaving until I knew my pipes wouldn’t burst.

I called Quality West and the only regret I have is not getting the name of the gentleman who answered the phone. I explained my predicament to him and he gave me the news I had expected and heard four times over already. Before hanging up he got my info and told me he would call me back. Uh huh.

Not three minutes later he called. There was a nice lady who had scheduled her regular maintenance that was happy to switch to the following day. He told me his tech would be there by 3 and that’s only the beginning of the good news.

Tech showed up. It’s snowing. It’s colder than a witches you know what and all I can think about is how expensive this is going to be. After some testing the tech told me it was simply a dirty sensor and he’d cleaned it. The house has been toasty ever since. $119 for the diagnostic and that was it!! No charge for an emergency visit or parts!

They will be the only ones I call in the future!

I highly recommend this company. I own a very old house. My furnace was failing and I found myself needing a new one. Quality West provided me with courteous. friendly, efficient, helpful.... service. They were very knowledgeable and able to provide me with a new Ruud furnace that respected my budget and was an effective and reliable fit for my 1890 home. All this during one of the coldest spells Denver has had in awhile. Highly recommend for all your heating and cooling needs. They were even patient and kind to my ginormous foster dog.

I highly recommend Quality West Heating & Cooling. I found the staff and service in general to very professional. The company's communication was timely and attentive. The staff showed up when they said they would, they did a fantastic job with an installation, they were courteous and responsive and they did a thorough job cleaning up after completion of the project. I can recommend without reservation this company.

They installed large high efficiency furnace in my house 5 year and 2 months ago. They said they registered the new furnace, as the installing contractor is supposed to do. However, they did not which reduce the warranty period from 10 years to 5 years. Their laziness just cost me a $1,000 repair bill that would have been covered by the warranty they screwed me one.

Rob and his team with Quality West did a great job installing an AC unit onto the existing furnace with not much room available. Even the city inspector was impressed by the work. Quality West came also back and re-routed the AC lines through the basement. They will not consider the project done, until the customer is completely satisfied. This is rare to find nowadays. I can highly recommend them.

Rob and crew are awesome! After moving to our new home, we decided we needed to replace the boiler and hot water heater. Every other company we spoke to had a pushy sales person and quoted amounts that could purchase a new car. Rob was laid back and explained things without using scare tactics or trying to get us to make a decision on the spot. The estimate was very comprehensive and significantly less expensive than others I received. When it came to the time for the installation, I had to go out of town, but was kept in constant communication about updates and the status of the project. The installation team also did a great job of respecting our home while doing the work, no stained carpets, scratched floors or banged up walls and they left the work area clean and organized (per my wife who was home for the project). The completed project is BEAUTIFUL, which is saying a lot for a boiler and water heater, but it's like a steampunk work of art. The city inspector reviewed everything and commented that it was one of the best jobs they had ever seen. 10/10, will use again, just call Quality West!

I contacted Quality West heating and cooling to get a new furnace and A/C unit. Rob was very professional and his crew did a great job. I would recommend their services. I got 2 other quotes, both were over the Quality West price. One of the other quotes was almost double. The work actually came in under the the estimate and I am very satisfied. I don’t feel like I was shorted or nickel and dined.
