Allen and his some did an amazing job replacing our A/C unit. They also were extremely professional and efficient. Allen also make sure all of our heating components were operating correctly. I wouldn't use anyone other company for my A/C or plumbing needs!

Made my problem painless. I had a backed up kitchen sink. Called in the morning and by 2pm Roberto was at my house and took care of it efficiently. He also gave me lots of great info on all the things I need check each year. I'll probably sign up for their annual service.

I've been doing business with A-OK for over five years. Tim did a great job today doing the seasonal service on our A/C! (I know, crazy that I didn't think of doing the seasonal service this year, it's been so cool. But I got a card and a phone call reminder, which I appreciate. Better to stay up with maintenance than to get surprised with problems.)

A-OK came the same day I called even though the operator didn't think they would. Technician found the problem right away and explained it to me in nontechnical language so I could understand. Then gave me a few options with prices. Could have just replaced the flame sensor to the tune of $200 but he simply cleaned it and showed me how to clean it in the future. Said if it still gave me fits I could replace it later myself. Furnace has ran better than ever for 3 days now without any problems. A-OK was very okay with me.

Why do house problems seem to happen over the weekend? Last Saturday night our furnace stopped heating so I called AOK Sunday morning and Allen came right over. He did a temporary fix so we could try to salvage the old furnace. We decided to buy a new furnace so Nick installed it on Tuesday. We've had a long-term relationship with AOK and appreciate how responsive they are. We trust them!
