Tim installed our air conditioner. He was AMAZING! He was very professional, clean, considerate, prompt and did a great job. We had some issues with the sales employee not pulling the permit when he said he would, not communicating changes with our installation with us, and overall being inappropriate; but Tim made up for all of that and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our unit, install and his work.

My husband and I are new homeowners, and lucky us, came into quite the plumbing mess. We found A-OK plumbing through Home Adviser and were very pleased with the initial visit. Hen, was our plumber and he was great! He educated me on not only what we asked him to estimate (ultimately fixed), but helped fixed some other issues that came up in the process.

The appointment started at 10AM and was only supposed an hour or so. Hen ended staying the entire day to ensure all problems were fixed and addressed. He left me in confidence things were done and done right.

I would highly recommend him and his company. ASK FOR HEN!

Roberto had to come to our house after hours, just a couple days before Christmas. He was able to find the problem and fix it quickly. He was probably one of the nicest people we have ever met! He was careful to put down tarps before he started working, cleaned everything up when he was done and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend them!

Thank you Alan, Nick and Kathy for taking care of us. Alan has done work for us before and is always wonderful to work with, so kind and friendly and a wiz with heaters. During our most recent interaction with AOK, Alan some how revived our dead heater and kept it running through the night and Nick was here in the morning to install the new one. Kathy was great at communicating with us and even called to check on us to ensure we were staying warm.

Our experience with A-OK was great from start to finish! Kathy was very friendly when scheduling, and even squeezed us in for an earlier appointment after hearing that we were due to have a baby any day! Allen and his team were all professional, and stayed late to make sure the project was finished in just one day. Our house is from the 1950s, and was not built for central air, which caused some architectural challenges for installation. Allen kept such a positive attitude throughout all of the challenges and refused to charge us for any of the extra work they had to do to still make the installation happen. I would recommend A-OK to anyone! They were so awesome!

We have had several urgent situations over the last several months. AOK Plumbing and Heating has always been on time and their work is awesome. I felt that we were being charged a fair price of the services we received and have appreciated the way things have been explained to us. Roberto just left after getting my furnace going again. He was very personable and explained all the issues going on with my 20 year old furnace. When I first made the call Alan was great. He was able to arrange Roberto's schedule so he could come out first thing. (I had been without heat since the evening before and the outdoor temperature was in the single digits). Alan explained that this company has been going for three generations in his family. When I told him another company had been out earlier in the week. He refused to bad mouth them. I would recommend A-OK.

Nick and Jake have been working on the heating and AC for our new construction. These guys are amazing. They've done exceptional work, communicate status frequently, and always leve the worksite clean. I'd have them back in a heartbeat.

I am so happy we found A-OK Plumbing based on all of their great reviews - they did not disappoint. After having a horrible experience with a different plumbing company, we called A-OK Plumbing for our broken water heater. The customer service throughout the entire process was excellent. Alan took the time to walk us through all of our options and helped us find the best possible solution for our budget. They were able to diagnose and then replace our water heater quickly. I will definitely be using A-OK moving forward for all of our plumbing, heating and cooling needs.

I was very happy with the company and their technician, Marvin! I had a blown water heater and he was very patient in diagnosing the problem and explaining the options. He suggested I calll the original company and inquire about the warranty. He stayed at the house and spoke with the company and convinced them that they should replace the water heater for their $100 upgrade fee. He picked up the replacement the next morning and performed all of labor to install the water heater. He helped me save about $500 and I will definitely call A OK Plumbing whenever I need help with a project.

We had called 24 hr. Conditioner the day before they told us our conditioner was done and needed new one for $20,000. So our son-in-law recommended AOK to us and in one day they had our air fixed and said our air conditioner was fine just. All we needed was a new motor and some maintenance. It is wonderful to find an honest company!!!

If anyone needs an honest plumber call A-OK plumbing and HVAC services they deal with gas, water heaters, air conditioning and plumbing. They don’t try to upsell you or do anything other than what you ask them to do. It’s so hard to find honesty in this world today but I found it in this plumbing company so please spread the word use them if you don’t want to get ripped off. Roberto Jiron was such a great guy and he didn’t try to sell me on anything, told me worse case scenario and was honest. I wish I would have known about the company earlier when I got overcharged by a company on a tv commercial. Thank you Roberto and thank you to A-OK for being an honest company In today’s world! They are owner operators and that makes a huge difference.

We bought a house that had a small gas leak. I called A OK and they came out in a few hours. Roberto and Antonio came out within a few hours and we’re up front on the costs before they started work. They did not try and sell me on unnecessary fixes and fixed the leak fast. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. They are also a small family run business and the prices are better then their competition.

Our experience with A-OK has been fantastic. We hired A-OK to install a new HVAC unit. The process was pretty standard, I got several quotes from various companies, but when we met Tyler from A-OK, we knew pretty quickly that we were going to go with this company. Tyler made sure to explain things to us in detail, and showed us why certain places on our home were hotter than others (no air return upstairs!). He worked with us to find a unit that was within out budget and went out of his way to make sure we were getting the right-sized AC unit. Once we made the decision to move forward with this project, Tyler was able to get our new unit installed the same week. Installation day was great, Tyler and A-OK coordinated with an electrician and everyone arrived on time. The A-OK installers, Tim and Justin, were great too, they worked around me and my pets while I was on conferences. They were professional and friendly and worked very, very hard on a very hot day. In the end there was a small billing snafu, which Tyler took care of quickly and handled everything with professionalism. I highly recommend A-OK, we are very pleased with the service and product they provided. We will probably use them for our all of our future needs. Thank you Tyler, Tim, and Justin!

Amazing 👏 service! Roberto did a perfect job installing a water heater into a very tigh space with no room to spare. He gave me an excellent deal on a very high quality water heater and helped to bring my home back up to code. He came out and did the job the next day. He cleaned up after himself and left the area looking better than before. I have had experiences with other contractors who just didn't care about the mess, Roberto went above and beyond. He swept the whole garage!! I was floored by his amazing work. He is very professional 👏. I wish that I could give him more than five stars 🌟! I will refer him to all of my family and friends and I also plan on having him come back to do more work on my HVAC system next. A+ company!
