We have had a great experience using AOK for various plumbing needs. I feel like their recommendations are always legitimate, and they aren't trying to gouge us for unnecessary or costly repairs. We have really been pleased with the yearly maintenance plan as well. AOK has a lot of great employees, but Roberto has been the one visiting us the last few times and he really knows his stuff! He is prompt, professional, and does high quality work.

Our furnace started making a terrible noise in the middle of the night a few weeks back. I called several plumbing an HVAC places the following day and I either got no call back or was told that the earliest service would be up to a week away. Luckily I also called AOK and within a few hours Roberto was on the scene to take a look at our problem. We had worked with Roberto before and it was nice that he remembered both my wife and I. Our furnace was 25 years old and we had known for a while that replacing it would need to happen sooner than later. Regardless Roberto laid out some options for us to consider based on how much we wanted to spend. Roberto was never pushy and was very transparent which I appreciate as customer. When we decided to replace the unit Roberto again gave us some options and explained the pros and cons of each decision based on our budget. Again I really appreciated that not once did Roberto come across as pushy, it was clear that he wanted us to feel comfortable with our decision and he provided more than enough information for us to make an informed decision. For the installation his partner Nick came over and the two were able to knock out the job in a few hours. Both Nick and Roberto did a fantastic job! We are pleased to say that we have had no issues with our new furnace! I highly recommend AOK and both Nick and Roberto. They have been very easy to work with and were very helpful. I will continue to turn to AOK for all of my plumbing and heating needs. In short they are the best!

Roberto came out within an hour of me talking to their dispatch. He was ridiculously quick with my bathroom faucet repair and had a competitive price. A-Ok is not the cheapest, but I prefer to pay for the quality service. They also are Way more affordable than the major names who pay to advertise on TV. I will never call another company. Roberto was also kind, quick, hilarious, and a pleasure to talk with while he worked!

The team of Jesse and Daniel were professional, showed up on time, and did a clean, efficient install. They explained the system clearly and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. I’ve already noticed better comfort and energy efficiency.

I'm absolutely clueless when it comes to anything like heating systems, plumbing, electrical - basically anything that requires technical skill or knowledge. My AC stopped working a few months ago, and of course I didn't think it was an urgent issue as it's still wintertime. This recent heat wave proved me wrong, and I've been suffering the consequences.
