We paid to have our air ducts cleaned and bought a new Goodman Heat and Air Conditioning system last fall from this company. We have had problems ever since. Each time we called the company to notify them of an issue, technicians were sent out and would resolve the issue by replacing the thermostat. We are on our fourth thermostat. We had our system one week and had no heat. The first time they came to our home we were accused of hitting a button that messed up the heating system. Not true.
When it is 40 to 50° outside, the heater seems to work. When it is 18 to 30° outside, the heater does not work. My home doesn’t get warmer than 64°. And in the summertime, the air conditioner fan outside does not turn on which means cold air is not generated. The manual suggests it as easy as flipping the switch from heat to cool, but that is not the case here. We called the company and once again they sent technicians out and they attempted to replace thermostat. We had to show them what the issue was. We called the company this fall to let them know that the same problem persists a year later. They would gladly send out a technician for $250 since our one year warranty with them has expired. They never fixed the problem to begin with!!!!NO WAY IS THIS A BETTER LIFE FOR ANYONE. Stay away from this business.

This has to be the worst Air company in all of Colorado, sales rep Alec showed up to my house and after a 2-hour meeting where the project was discussed in great detail and a full inspection of my home was done, I was quoted 14,100, a contract was signed and a service date was set. The sales Alec assured me that the project would be completed with no issues, and they conducted projects like mine "all the time". At 4pm the day before the service was set to be completed, I received a call from them stating that they would be cancelling my project because my home was not "worth it" to them, and that I was underquoted by Alec, Also keep in mind that I was not ever given the option to pay the additional cost to move forward, It was essentally assumed that I could not afford the additional cost; therefore, they decided to cancel. In addition, whenI spoke to Alec's manager Marco, he also stated my project was not worth it to them, and then started speaking in spanish to Alec assuming I didn't understand, instructing him to renegotiate pricing with me, I fortunely do speak spanish so called him out immidiatly, after a lengthy discussion both Alex and Marco lied repetatly and stuttered to even construct their lies. There are so many AC companies out there to choose from, so please stay away from this one. They do not care about you or your home at all! This companyonly cares about what they considered "worth it" to them. Oh yeah Marco the manager also mentioned that they have a lot of issues when performing "duct" work they always have to go back and fix things and because by project included duct work this was also why they didn't want to move forward with my project. How are you an AC company and have to back to fix "duct" work? Overall THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE DO NOT USE THEM!!!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT have better air do any work for you. If I could give them zero stars I would. We had an AC unit installed in April and they told us we had a year warranty but the AC has not been working correctly. We set up multiple appoints for them to come check it out but they never showed up. We called again and they told us they knew what was wrong without coming to look at it and wanted to charge us for the work. RIDICULOUS.

So we got a hole system furnace AC unit for over 10k last year. Was happy worked great.
14 months later the AC stops getting cold, so we try and get them to come out and look at it.
They said it will cost $350 for labor. They were supposed to show up at 8am, they did not arrive until 2pm, then it was to late, we went back and forth with them having horrible time management, then they said that I had a leak, that when they installed it.
Was a shabby job of installation? No filter was installed.
Copper piping had a bunch of Wells in it. So they redid all the copper.Piping said it was working 3 days later. Goes out again, the come out againow it's the coil that went take.
Out my coil, had to get a new they said, had to wait another couple weeks, so we were going without AC for 2 months now.
The parts are under warranty but they said. I have to pay $1000 for labor to put the thing back in. So do not use this company to use. A shitty manufacturer named bosh then after a year parts will go out and then they will charge you to put the damn thing back in.
