I never leave reviews, but this company has been horrible from the start. The service and customer service are both awful. The guy I spoke to kept contradicting himself, refused to give me his name, and eventually just hung up on me. Our heater went out after only about a year and a half and their “warranty” is honestly a joke and completely useless. They wanted to charge $700 for a part that costs around $360, even though the parts supposedly have a 10-year warranty. I was then told I had to contact the manufacturer myself because apparently the homeowner is responsible for registering the parts and figuring out the warranty directly through the manufacturer not them, the actual company that installed and purchased everything from the manufacturer. None of this was ever explained to us and I don’t understand how that responsibility falls on the homeowner. This whole experience was super frustrating and unprofessional, especially considering how expensive everything was. I definitely should’ve looked more into all the one star reviews they have before going with them.

I don't know what alternate reality your employees live in but when there's clearly posted NO TRESPASSING and NO SOLICITATING signs thats not some secret code for "Let me leave my garbage on their property!" These guys did a great job installing my new furnace and A.C. today. Eli came out to give me an estimate the first day I called. They gave me a good price compared to other companies. They came out a week later to do the install even on a Saturday. The complete install only took about 4 hours. Great job guys. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

These guys are awesome! Yesterday they installed my energy-efficient HVAC system. They did not leave until they were fully done and had left my house clean. I was speaking to them about a heat pump system, but decided on having them replace my furnace, after they gave me the pros and cons of each system. These are the Denver HVAC people to use for replacing systems or service. I had two other bids to replace my furnace and theirs was 20% lower than the closest bid. At first I was apprehensive of their lower price and worried that their work may not be good. I was wrong. They showed up and stayed until the system work perfectly including making sure my high tech thermostat seamless meshed with the new HVAC system they installed.

I’ve been coming to Denver Winair North for a minute now, and I gotta give a huge shout-out to Ricky. That man is a legend—he always goes above and beyond to make sure we’re taken care of at Delta T.
It’s more than just a supply house; they really treat you like family here. Whether it's hooking us up with some fresh hats and shirts or having food and drinks ready when we roll through, they truly appreciate their contractors. It makes those early morning supply runs a lot better when the crew actually looks out for you.
