They were supposed to add my cosigner but instead put the amount on the cosigner's credit and not mine. They also did a shoddy job on install and has so far refused to come out and fix it. Almost 9k down the drain. Will edit if they remedy at least the shoddy install. It sounds like a space ship and scares the kids and they put it on the same breaker as on my dryer so now I can't do laundry and have ac.

Don’t buy from these guys they are a Joke they promise you all kinds of things when they sell you their products and when somthing is wrong they don’t answer and never show up when they say their coming out

Install new furnace, new AC, change roof jack. Added new thermostat, new line set, coil and new breaker.

Not happy with your guy's I really think they don't understand what we are telling them is wrong

I called them multiple times to come out and check it cause it’s still hot in the house and they never show up then I called again today cause they were supposed to come out and he’s like oh we’re not going out I already know what it is and he said it’s somthing with the duct work and wanted to charge me 600 to come and check it and fix it without coming out to check to see if it’s even that

I got the ac installed in April and item already not working I need help not to be ignored or to be charged just to “check”

Our 27 yr old furnace/AC unit had gone out and we were desperately in need of a replacement as temperatures were hitting in the mid 90s for two weeks. I had been calling several HVAC companies for 2 weeks and honestly was very disappointed in response time and customer service in getting people out for an estimate! Two companies didn't even show up! I'm retired and work for Lyft. The very day another company decided not to show I just happened to meet Marcos! I was telling him my situation. He told me he worked for an HVAC company called Better air for a better life. We started talking.... he told me he could work up an estimate for me. We exchanged information and he quickly sent me all the information that evening! We did the financing that night and booked the install for the following week. The guys showed up right on time, were very friendly and did an awesome job installing both the AC and furnace in a matter of under 5 hrs! The new AC is so efficient that I was chilly the other night. Yaaaaay!! We highly recommend Better Air for a better life for all your HVAC needs!! Thanks to Marcos and all the guys who worked so hard to get our system Installed!! 😍 We couldn't be happier.....AND COOLER lol!!

I was hesitant at first but we got a good deal and it makes an instant difference! We can finally sleep comfortably in our home. I especially enjoyed talking to the friendly hard workers that came to install and set it all up in just one day.

I’ve had a horrible experience with this company! I’m quite desperate as to what next measures to take, a new cooling and heating was purchased from this company whom we called after seeing all these amazing reviews, back in June I believe, comes winter and my heating system wasn’t working so I reached out to Marcos my contact and he sends me to another employee named Gustavo who had committed to come to my home and fix the issue, only to leave me hanging with no cancellation call or text, then Marcos leads me to another technician named Frank who thankfully came and did what he could but unfortunately the system installed was broken from manufacture, keep in mind its now been a week going back and forth with them, finally yesterday after having to be bugging them nonstop about this issue and having my home at 60 degrees they said a new system would be installed 11/12 , well I got another call today saying they don’t have the system from Colorado Springs and they won’t install it today!!!
After paying close to 8k for a new system specifically to avoid having issues I’m very disappointed! I can understand things broken from manufacture what I’m having a very hard time with and the reason why I’m giving them such a bad review is for the lack of respect for their paying customers failing to prioritize this issue during a winter storm is just completely unethical!!!

Stay as far away from this company as possible. Multiple reschedules, multiple no shows. Charged financing account before showing up to do the install and now refuse to refund money or install new unit. Sales rep laughs and hangs up on you. Joke of a company, scams all day long.

Excellent service!! Installed ac in our house same day, the crew was very professional and very kind. Definitely recommend better air!

Worst experience, they say they are going to show up but they never do we have made several appointments and they never call or text to cancel. So far only one technician has come and said our issue was fixed then the problem persisted, we called again and someone was supposed to come last weekend we waited all Saturday no one showed up Sunday we had plans and we get a random call saying they are on their way when our appointment was on Saturday not Sunday! At this point we are done with this company if we could rate it a 0 we would. Stay away from this company they are clearly scammers!
