Don't call here if you're not a contractor. Apparently they don't sell to the public anymore even though I had my part number.

I will give 5 stars because Dennis is a great guy and i would give you 10ten stars for getting rid of that idiot manager at the denver branch

Staff and prices are fine. Need to plan at least an hour of want time even if the order is called in. Night and day from the south location.

Facility was clean, organized and inviting. Assistance was friendly, efficient and did a great job if taking care of our shopping needs.

Awesome place to buy HVAC supplies. All the employees I have encountered are great! They take the time to answer your questions and help you every step of the way.

I would like to thank Steven Remi and Ryan for their hard work finding me a propane conversion kit for a furnace we need to install for a family without heat in the mountains they literally saved these people's lives these guys are awesome they didn't give up until they found me a kit that's why this is the only place that I will use for our HVAC company thank you again!!!!!!!!

Quoted price 80 dollars higher than johnstone supply. Said it is because of shortage of 410a. Derrick refused to get a manager and said he was the only person I could talk to. He had a smug attitude. This was a great place to get materials. They changed ownership and it has been a bad experience every time. Covid is not a valid excuse to price gouge.

The staff at Geary pacific supply have always been there for me and helped every imaginable the HVAC Jesus correctly answered one the most challenging questions I had arise go nick you rock the whole team is great and recommend strongly

Not a good supply store. Our will call order from 24 hours prior took over 2 hours for them to pull we arrived at 8 am and didn’t get out until 10. They seem extremely unorganized and make doing business with them difficult.

I had Jason on the phone for like 30 minutes just pricing things out for a bid. He was super happy to help and friendly through out the whole conversation! I super appreciate his customer service!

Not impressed, ordered a part was told it would be in on a Friday , never heard back , called that Friday. Was told part was on back order- was never told part was on back order when ordering ?? Was told that they would call me when part came in. Didn’t hear anything so I called again the following Wednesday, come to find out the part was delivered on Monday, no call nothing .Went in the next day thinking I’d be in and out in 10 minutes, nope sales counter had issues finding the part in their cluster warehouse. Never again will I order from this dealer again. Never received that call that hey sir your part has arrived. If you like waiting for parts and like calling in to figure out where your order is ,this is the place for you.

This rating is strictly for customer service. I reached out with a few questions and was not only not helped, but the curt responses were not from an identified employee and reflect less than poor customer service. They may be an amazing company, but my employer’s business will be taken elsewhere.
