Staff I interact with were helpful and friendly even though I'm not a contractor (some places can be grumpy dealing with non-trades folks). Got what I needed and was cheaper than I expected! Would shop here again if I was ever in need of duct work!

I spoke yo Andre and he went far above and beyond to help me and give the best answer he can. He even called me back to relay what info he’s found for my situation. It was a 10/10 service.

Mike worked on my AC and 5 weeks later it broke down again, giving me the same error message as the first time it broke down. Mike agreed to come back to fix and gave me a time window of 9-10am, at 10:30am he still hadn’t showed up, I texted and no response. I texted him again at 11:30am and still no response, I also called and left a voicemail. I had a friend call him from another phone number at 12:20pm and he immediately picked up the phone, and threatened my friend. His unprofessionalism is unreal!! If I could give this business ZERO stars I would! I was overcharged, I paid $963 and my AC wasn’t even fixed properly.

We hired Metro Comfort Air to upgrade our furnace and AC. They were very thorough and professional in explaining the options. The installation was perfect and professional, and everything they promised was delivered at a very fair cost! We feel that we received excellent value from this company, and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Top rated heating and cooling installed our new furance and preformed maintance on our A/C system. They were able to get us a quote and install in a few days. The team that did the installiation were professional and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this company!

WARNING! Do not use Raul or his subs. He started a expensive HVAC installation, but Raul took half the money and never finished. The inspection never passed and Raul cost me 3x more to rip out his poor quality and hire someone else that was licensed and knew how to do it right. The good thing is,, I now know good quality from bad quality. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

Raul was very kind giving me the news that my 18 year old AC unit was dead.😃 it broke down on the hottest day 100 degrees. Had a new unit installed next day. Affordable and I'll use them everytime.
