Excellent experience today with Sanders and Johnson. My technician, Nathan, arrived on time was very professional throughout the entire repair work. Dispatch rearranged his schedule for me so he could drive to Denver to get the replacement part and fix it the same day. My AC had stopped working so it was pretty nice to have that done. Very good experience and very fair pricing. I would definitely use them again.

They came in to provide a service quote for a tankless water heater. I appreciate the time spent and the quote is good. I've used them in the past before and plan on using them again.

Thank God for companies like this one that have integrity. I received a quote from another Heating company for a $22,000 boiler replacement when all that was needed was to replace a valve and correctly attach the gas line that had been left on tightened by the company we used before. My total bill to get My boiler working and in good shape was less than $2000. Thank you for For being honest and for doing great work.

We had a string of bad luck with our sewer pipe bursting causing water damage to our furnace control board, frying it. The folks who installed it gave me a high estimate to replace the board, and told me it is no longer under warranty to boot. Got a second quote, mildly better. Austin came out from Sanders and Johnson for the 3rd quote and I'm sure glad I did. Not only was the quote extremely reasonable (I looked up the price of the part), he also identified the transformer was fried too, and replaced both, and was STILL more reasonable than the other two companies. I'm so pleased with this company, I intend to hire them for my water heater next and hopefully they can help me with my HVAC at my business too. Fantastic experience!

Nathan tried over and over again to fix three old toilets, twenty five years old, with those awful white plastic tubs in them. He was far more patient than I was. When he finally told me it would be a new toilet.
I was so happy with his patience!

I purchased a furnace from Sanders & Johnson around February of 2021. I had problems from the get go and should’ve went with a different company. First, the sales person lied to us about the warranty, he said we did not need an annual maintenance check but in actuality an annual check is required. That sales person is no longer with the company.

We had the new furnace installed. The next morning there was no heat in the house so of course we called Sanders & Johnson. They sent another tech out and they supposedly fixed the problem. However, later in the day I checked my furnace room and a pipe directly above the furnace had a leak. Sanders & Johnson inadvertently put a hole in one of my water pipes. I had them come back out the next day because again when I woke up the furnace was not working and to fix the water pipe the tech broke. The tech got the furnace running and fixed the leaking pipe. Within the next couple days, the furnace was not working again so I called Sanders & Johnson. They then told me I needed to pay them for the pipe repair (it was around $600 -$700). I told them that was ridiculous and I was not going to pay them for damage they created. After a bit of arguing they agreed to not charge me for the pipe repair. They then sent out a Senior tech and he discovered one of the reasons the furnace would not work. The stack taking hot air out was angled down, not up. Because it was angled down this would trap the hot air that was rising and cause the furnace to overheat and shutdown. This stack was installed by Sanders & Johnson when they installed the new furnace. Fortunately, the senior tech re-did the work.

The overheating and furnace shutting down happened for 3 straight years. The last time I had Sanders & Johnson come out to service it yet again the tech told me that the return air was not installed correctly. Because it was not installed correctly it caused air to cycle within the furnace and overheat. The tech said the solution was to correct the installation and have the cold air return come in from under the furnace instead of the side. He said he would have the office call me to schedule the repairs. Over the next 3 months I called 4 times and emailed the owner (Dan M). Sanders & Johnson never returned my call even though they said they would every time I called. After 3 months, they finally had the tech call me back and he backtracked claiming the furnace was installed correctly. It was clear by his tone that he was forced to call me and pull back his statements that the furnace was installed correctly.

I’m embarrassed to say after all of that, I was still willing to give him my business. Of course, I had very little choice because they sold me a 10 year labor warranty. I called them because the furnace went out again and they refused to provide service. I asked for the reason they won’t come out and they would not give me a reason. They are not honoring the contract that they sold me and are providing no refund. They claim I can call another HVAC company to service it and that will be covered by the labor warranty. Unfortunately that is not true. I’ve called several authorized Bryant dealers and none of them will honor this warranty.
No one should use this company for HVAC.

I was never hostile. I was mad that they sold me a furnace that kept shutting off, but never hostile. It is laughable that Dan Mingle (owner) claims he had technicians come out and fix duct work at no cost. He makes it sound like he was providing good service or doing something extra. The only duct work that was redone was the duct work that the Sanders and Johnson technicians did wrong as part of the furnace installation. They did it wrong. Plus, I purchased a 10 year labor warranty from them, so of course there should be no charge.
He also claims that he would never instruct their technicians to change their statements, but that is exactly what happened. The last tech that told me the furnace was installed incorrectly.

Tyler was highly knowledgeable about his service! He was polite and answered all of my questions. He placed booties on his shoes, which is a real plus for me because I have a no-shoe policy.
I will use Sanders and Johnson in the future and recommend them to my friends.

Zabih Popal had to return a second time (installed a kitchen sink) the threads on the pvc drain pipe had a slight leak. He showed up promptly and replaced the drain pipe with new and everything was fine. Thank you Zabih for honoring the warranty so quickly.

Our installation technician was Noah, and his co worker. I would give them a 10 if available. Thier professional demeanor and attention to detail was outstanding, they were punctual everyday and started working as son as they arrived, no breaks or lunch breaks either. Tyler came in and diagnosed our leaking water heater and quickly came to a resolution. Our water heater replacement was only a few hours from diagnosis to replacement (super quick turnaround). Noah came to help with the install, and both were respectful and professional. Thank you again!

Zabih the technician was very communicative and honest. He was kind to our pets and had to travel far for supplies. He came back the same day and worked late to get the job done. We had a great experience. Ian was part of the mgmt team and took time out of his day to come by and help us with our pilot lights. What a great team!

Not only did he do such a good job on the repair, but he was more than willing to answer a bunch of random questions that I had. He was so kind and willing to help.
