Terrible customer service! Pushy salesmen and when I cancelled my order, I have still not gotten my $3000 deposit and it's been over 30 days. Ive called twice a day, to the sales office, for two weeks, and corporate and no one will return any of my calls. I have even had to file a complaint with the BBB in attempts to get my money back. Still waiting....

The installers knew what they were doing and did a very professional job from start to finish. The breakdown was between the sales person and front office. Confusion as to what was suppose to happen with the order. I must say they did rectify the pronlem after several phone calls and complaining to the right person.

Mixed. The measurements for the sinks were wrong so what should have been completed in six weeks took three months to complete. The workmen did a fine job so when the remodeling was completed we were pleased.

New furnace completely balanced the temperature in the house! Installation was professional and well ahead of schedule. Will be using Sears for future projects!

Had new furnace installed. All people from the salesman who came to the house to measure and explain the different types of furnaces to the installers were very much professionals. They were friendly and courteous.
