Horrible customer service and they were only attentive to us when it was time for us to sign their paperwork saying the install was good. Install spread out over 4 days because the salesman didn’t know what he was looking at (we got a new AC unit). Installers were completely unprofessional. Sears offered no resolution or compensation for inconveniencing myself and my family. I will never use them again!

I had floors and two bathroom vanities, mirrors, and over-toilet cabinets installed. The contractors managed to get it all done in three days, which I appreciated. The only reason I didn't rate this as a 5 is that the water was hooked up backward to my faucets and my clothes washer.

Additionally, my contract said they would move the furniture, but my husband and I moved most of it out of the rooms and when the contractors moved it back, some of it was damaged and some parts were lost. Everything was covered in sawdust by the time the job was complete. I would have thought they'd cover the furniture, but they didn't.

At one point, the foreman's daughter (I'm not sure she was an official employee) asked me if there was anything that needed to be moved that I didn't mind getting damaged. Seriously?! I was told that the crew putting in our floors were all part of Transform as employees, but I doubt that was the case. They constantly complained that it was taking so long because they had a lot of stuff to move. However, they left only one guy here the first day to take care of all that, it's no wonder it took so long.

All in all, my floors and bathrooms look great and the contractors were polite and efficient.

Jon's team installed a new furnace for me. They provided truly a 5 star service. All I had to do was send pictures of my old furnace. He gave me a price, I accepted and they installed 2 days later. No charge to come and estimate.

Just a great experience all around working with CAS. They are smart and hard working. But most importantly they listen to you and make sure they understand your issues and concerns before getting to work.

Top notch service. I call in the morning and they had two technicians onsite by the after to install a new water heater in my home. Clean, courteous and conscientious about the quality of their work and cleanup afterwards. Highly recommend.

Jon was very professional. He was also very helpful on the phone and this was evident when he arrived at our residence. He inspected a malfunctioning furnace for us and we were especially thankful as he was able to make it to our home during some unfavorable weather; it was snowing a lot and very cold that day. We appreciated his knowledge and swift diagnosis of the issue with our furnace.

Loved working with John! He was able to schedule the quote and the installation promptly, on time and did a great job with COVID distancing practices. Easily the lowest cost quote and the most thorough explanation of what was needed to be done. System is running great and I'm SO HAPPY to have AC with this May heatwave!

I have been without heat for 3 days I contacted Jon this morning at 8am he was to my house by 9:45am he found the problem within mins. I had a old air filter that stuck causing my furnace to overheat ( I was told it was different things for the last few days) Jon was such a blessing he didn’t even charge me 🙏 . I highly recommend using this company. I would give 10000 stars if I could. Thank you Jon
