They installed the HVAC in our new construction townhome and we have had nothing but issues every heating season. We managed to get them out once to fix the plumbing work around the furnace, but it still breaks every season and they are always "fully booked for the next 2 weeks". We can't wait two weeks to get the heat fixed.

We chose r&o heating to install a new furnace and AC. The entire team was extremely efficient, and knowledgeable providing exceptional customer service. Two months ago, the blower motor in my apartment's A/C died. The management company shopped around among several HVAC companies. The part was a special order and my family's been sweltering in miserable heat. A fleet of fans and portable A/Cs stressed my cat to the point of illness. R&O came through fastest! Jessie was professional, showed up at the scheduled time, and resolved a technically and physically challenging issue replacing the blower motor. Although he had to relocate and disassemble the A/C itself, he finished the job in under 4 hours. Thanks to him, my family can get a good, cool night's rest for the first time in months.

R&O Heating was a referral for us from a friend. I can see why, Carlos and Edgar were very nice, they listened to our issues and helped us choose a new, high efficiency heating and cooling system from Carrier. They were easy to schedule with and work with and I appreciate the good work ethic of their crew. Carlos was very responsive and his bid was super easy to understand and agree upon, and once all the equipment was available, their installation was fast and accurate. Due to timing and weather they didn't have to make a second trip out, but Edgar shared his direct phone number so we could easily schedule the follow up visit. My furnace wasn’t producing any heat. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty igniter and replaced it efficiently. He also explained the importance of regular maintenance to prevent future issues.
The price was reasonable and in line with other quotes I received. There were no hidden fees, and he clearly explained the cost of the parts and labor.
He also checked the air filter and recommended a replacement, which I appreciated.

My dishwasher and oven were both broken and he came out and fixed the dishwasher that same day! The oven needed a replacement part that the local place didn't have, but he shipped it in promptly and got it fixed as soon as possible! He was very personable and talked through what he was doing. he tried the cheapest and simplest fixes first, and worked his way from there.

Martin was very prompt in responding to our requests and completing the work on a timely basis. His expertise is HVAC but he is very capable in all home maintenance areas. We have complete confidence in Martin's abilities and work and will call on him for any future projects we might have.
